I love this place and have been to this place many times to the point where I saw someone break their legs and get escorted out on a stretcher and into the ambulance. It’s a great place but you have to sign a contract to bounce that basically makes it so they legally are not responsible for any harm that you cause yourself on their trampolines. Just be aware about that. But otherwise I love the place a lot!

Had a great time with friends and family. It really gets your lungs burning. You also sweat a lot so you may want to bring a change of clothes. A little pricey, for us it was $50 for 2 adults and 2 kids for 2 hours.

Today I had my birthday party with Joe & Alexa, and I was so satisfied. The park was so clean and it had great music, I think they need to bring a DJ back though... The park was clean, smelled good, and it was extremely convenient! I was so happy to have my sons party at AirTime Sterling Heights. Joe and Alexa killed it!

Separate spaces for big kids / small kids. Even the grown ups can join in! And the socks are dope!

Loved the place but the cost is rather steep in my opinion. For the most part the workers are pretty easy going but still keep you mindful of the rules of using the trampolines. But there are a few who act a little too much like a mall cop and let authority go to their heads.

Ive been coming here for over a year now and Ive had fun every single time! I met new friends, I became a lot more athletic, and there are different activities for all ages. The only reason why I gave this review 4 stars is because theyve raised the prices of basically everything, including the food. But other than that I love the place and will always be coming here!

As a mother who gets anxiety over throwing Birthday Parties, this experience was the best by far. We celebrated our 11 and 12 yr old boys Birthday Party mid July 2019. Center Stage is the WAY TO GO and worth the extra cost!!! (See attached group photo. Center Stage can be seen behind our heads. Its in the middle of the park). There are tables for the kids and theres couches for the adults. Its a great location to keep an eye on the kids and to observe all the on-goings. The kids can take a water break without having to miss any of the action. If you are spending the money on a Birthday Party, you will be very pleased with Center Stage! The highlight of boys who go there is DODGE BALL! When the boys got to spin the Birthday Prize Wheel, they received a private game which was played right after the Birthday Celebration was over. The age range of those who attended/jumped is 3-13yrs of age. They all stayed occupied plus if they are hungry, there are snacks parents can purchase to tide the kids over. (Nachos or slushies and goodies.) We had 17 kids and handful of parents stayed.The on-line calling staff (thanks Kelsey) has always been clear, kind and professional with multiple confirmations and available for any questions and any changes you have 3 days prior to event. The staff available at this particular Birthday Party was very attentive to our needs. They adjusted our time to have a little more jumping time and a little less eating time. Every 40 minutes the manager checked in with me on how thing were going and if there were any other needs. They served Jets Pizza/Pop and were available to cut/ serve the sheet sized ice cream cake we brought. They maintained the schedule but were also flexible to minor changes to it. The group photo turned out great!I also want to give a shout out to the owner. In the past I expressed a concern I had at a previous party. They immediately had a small token compensation which was appreciated but more importantly, the owner called me inquiring of specific questions. He takes prides in his facilities and his team. I appreciate his effort in showing care and a no excuse attitude as well as clearing up misunderstandings and taking time to receive criticism as well as educating me as well. A shout out to Ariel and the professionalism of the blonde girl checking in with us. I was impressed and it was the 1st Birthday Party I could actually relax and enjoy without having to expend much effort. Airtimes Center Stage Rocks!

Clean, fun and not as expensive as Dave & Busters or CJ Barrymore... All three kids (10,8,5) had an absolute blast jumping around, playing dodgeball and making crazy dunks! Bring shorts and T-shirt because the kids will sweat...

First visit to this Airtime to hang out with my 2yr old grand guy. He was able to jump for $5 which was pretty cool. You have to fill out a waiver for yourself and any minors you have with you on a kiosk before you can pay for your jump time. They offer socks with non-slip treads on the bottom for $3/pr. That seemed a little pricey but we didnt bring socks for jumping so of course we bought them. The young lady at the counter was new so she couldnt answer some of my questions & she seemed to be by herself so there was no one available to help her provide answers. She was courteous though and the rest of the staff was also. Overall the facility was clean, including the bathrooms. Half of the arcade games/machines were out of order but there were only about 8 in total. Bag toss boards were available near the arcade area which was cool. We went at 4p on a weekday so the place wasnt too crowded which was great since toddlers dont really care about staying on their own trampolines to jump. This allowed my little guy to run wild across the trampolines without putting too many kids at greater risk (or himself) for injury. There were couches and chairs for parents to chill while watching their kids as well. The snack stand has a decent variety of beverages and snacks like chicken strips, chips, & crackers. Overall it was a decent activity for us and we will probably go again.

Fun place for sure, just odd a couple left their micro baby alone so long.... Poor Lil dude. We hung with lil homie about 40 solid minutes until a group of people scooped him up.

They charge way too much money for the very little activities they offer. Something tells me the new joint down the street from them will run them out of business. They tie you into being here hours at a time, and my kid and her friends are always bored to tears by the end of the event.

Took my 2 year old and 9 year old. They absolutely love it here. My only concern is that the parents dont pay attention to their kids whatsoever. We still need to teach our kids respect and manners. Other than that I will continue taking my kids here as they do love it!

We had my sons 9th birthday party at Sterling heights Airtime. It was awesome!! We had over 40 guests and the owner John and staff were fantastic! Our servers were wonderful and very accommodating! Food was fantastic and accommodations were great. It was an expensive party but worth every penny. I would highly recommend this location!

Grandsons friend had a birthday party here. The children definitely had a great time. Pizza, cake and ice cream were served and lots and lots of jumping. Socks, water bottle and band all with air time logo for each of the guests. I dont know how much an outing is but worth looking into. The birthday was for a girl so all children would like it.

Always a great place to take the kids! Or for babysitters (like me) to get your kids out of the house! A simple waiver that can be completed online, tickets to jump, and a pair of airtime socks and they are ready to go. You can also save your socks for next time to save money. Have never had a bad experience here :)

Staff is beyond lazy. Several jump areas were not monitored while kids constantly broke rules and staff hung out and did nothing at the front counter. Equipment is in bad shape with torn balls and ripped netting.

So much fun. Staff is super-friendly. It was my first time there but I did not know where to go. Put my sons things in a locker for $1 which is no big deal but we were there for a party & didnt know we had a room to place our things down.Kids had a great time and the staff was very good about keeping the kids safe on the mats.

Nice place, not too crowded. The people that work there try to keep the kids in some kind of order but they dont listen and some are out of control. This isnt their fault the parents should be watching but it was kind of annoying. Overall, good place. If you rent the locker its one time open so make sure you take out some cash and keep in your pocket if you think you might want to buy a snack or you have to pay another dollar to lock up your stuff.

Spent roughly an hour here and found the staff friendly and accommodating. Kyle was the gentleman to check us in and was friendly and polite. He explained where everything was for my wife and kids. He was also very willing to ask what we knew were some silly questions. It was my sons birthday and Kyle made him feel special just by interacting with him like he was competent and mature.Also, Waters were not that expensive. We very much enjoyed our experience.

Spent a couple hours of parenting time there with granddaughter Guin and her dad Stephen. They both had a great time on trampolines, playing dodge ball and diving into the foam blocks.

I brought my son to airtime thinking we would have a fun morning and it ended in tears and a terrible experience. They have by far some of the rudest staff members I have met and they were very unfriendly. There was a loudspeaker playing music but it was interrupted every 15 minutes with an emergency broadcast stating the rules which scared my son and deterred him from jumping all together. We played with foam dice and brought one to another safe trampoline area and we were told not to. There were three kids who jumped into the foam pit and then trampolines were then empty. My son went to jump in and was told there were too many people and that we could not play in that area. I have a toddler and when I went to help him up on the same trampoline I was told only one jumper on a trampoline which again excludes us because I will always have to assist a toddler. The energy of the space was depressing. We will never go back and Sky zone will be our new spot. I hope that they take this review to heart and they work on training their staff and hopefully will remove that awful broadcast.

Recently had a birthday party for my daughter at the Sterling Heights Air Time location, Never again! It was an absolute free for all, there were 3 areas of jump activities that were totally unsupervised by any staff, kids were wrestling and jumping on each other in one square, I went to the desk and made them aware and asked them to send someone to supervise before a kid gets hurt, was told ok and nothing! The music wasn’t working which is something the kids looked forward to for their party, the birthday spin wheel wasn’t working, you can’t bring any food other then the cake In which is fine so we ordered the pizza through them, my order was wrong! The party host are suppose to assist in keeping the party on tract and schedule, I had to ask for the food, drinks and then for the cake ect... I’ve left a message for the manager of the location to call me, haven’t heard anything! All in all terrible experience and I won’t be back!

Very pricey on Saturday $34 for a hour of jumping in a over crowded place for 2 kids and socks.Sock option is only for the $3 socks they sell no competitors or no off brand no slip socks. So the $3 socks or barefoot on dirty floor from outside shoes walking around in jumping area.My son likes the fun he had even with long wait for foam pit and basketball hoops.The restrooms need a step stool to allow smaller children to wash hands without a parrent.

Thought it was overpriced but my Grandkids just loved it for over two hours. Only bought a hour and half but they werent strict on the time. I rated it how much my Grandkids enjoyed themselves.

I will start by saying that all three kids had a blast. The place was clean and safe ( could use a door attendant so younger kids can’t accidentally wonder towards the door). That being said... 1) they charged a different price than was advertised both online and the screens at the business itself( yes they upcharged me from the advertised price on the screens in the building!!). That added up when you consider three children and two adults. I talked to the manager when I finally saw her later( the young girl they previously said was the manager was not) and she told me that the prices in the computer had changed a week prior and they had been charging extra all week without telling anyone!! I couldn’t believe she told me that. 2) Online it was not clearly stated that specific socks were needed and my youngest with sensory issues had a problem having to Change his socks ( when I have the gripper socks they require at home). Also they forced another parent in our group to change her child’s trampoline approved socks because they said airtime on them. 3) there was never an employee at the snack bar and when people asked for help only one person worked the counter and prepared food also there was no clear way to get your food so, people were just standing in a crowd grabbing food off the counter. Very unorganized and unsanitary plus the fact they were out of items and didn’t tell the patron until food came out and had been paid for. 4) though there were many employees rarely did you see them actually getting involved to keep things under control. They did not greet or offer help in anyway. Overall as a parent I was disgusted with their bad customer service skills and lack of control over the place.

Took my stepson here and he loved it. He had a ball we originally bought one hour, we stayed two and a half. Everyone was nice and friendly. It was organized and clean.

My son’s birthday party was today and I was extremely pleased with staff they were nice and friendly. My son has sickle cell and unfortunately had a pain crisis in the beginning of his party they gave us a warm bucket for him to soak his foot in & made sure that we had everything we needed, our party host Amber was great and willing to make our visit as pleasant as possible !!

Absolutely awful! The staff were inattentive at each station, kids were jumping on the same trampoline and no whistles were blown for not following the rules. Also, there was a ranch dressing spilled on the floor by the bathrooms and no one was tending to it. This was my last time going, I will not be going back and I will be telling my friends with young children to not waste their time or their money!

Nice place for kids to jump, can get a bit pricey sometimes. Although, you have to do at least something nice for your kids sometimes!?!?!

The kids liked to jump on the trampolines. It was quite frustrating signing up for their free Icee for becoming a member. Birthdate is not a drop down for choosing the year. Going back that many years is seriously wrong. Please make it drop down or type in a year as guardians may not be within the first 30 years. Imagine going back month by month over 16 years which is where most kids have cell phone.

The kids always have so much fun when we come here! Great place For them to burn off energy and get some physical activity in during these cold winter months.

My son had a pretty good time.

This is one of my daughters favorite places to go. It is clean, fun, and the court monitors keep the kids safe by enforcing the rules. They have a few video games, a hurricane simulator, and ride simulator which she enjoys at her age. There is a small station for drinks and snacks. The trampolines are so much fun for the kids plus great exercise so its a win win! I do wish the prices were more reasonable but its not too bad if you grab a groupon!

I had my sons 8th birthday party in the VIP section. Sign up for updates via email and you can get a $75 off coupon. I thought it was totally worth the cost. We can see over the entire building so dress your child in a bright color and you can see them almost everywhere. Oh, and there are two massage chairs that are totally worth $6 for a 15 minute massage.Sign up process was easy and there are plenty of friendly reminder calls and emails that were super helpful. The facility is clean and all the staff actually seemed to like their jobs.I didnt like that the snack bar wasnt allowed a tip jar. It was very hot in their work space and it was a busy day but then it was suggested to tip the party helper up to 20% of the total bill.My party was rather well behaved and small and we cleaned up most of our own mess, so I felt that a suggested $50-100 tip was not appropriate for the work she was required to do. We got a sideways look for the $35 my husband tipped her. Setting up paper products on one table for ten people, two pizzas, three pitchers of pop, lighting 3 birthday candles, and clean up in a kids venue is worth that much.We eat out alot and are always generous but there is no way Im tipping someone more than I make an hour as a registered nurse to make a couple appearances at a kids birthday party. If this is split among staff, this should be discussed in the sign up process.Otherwise a fun, worry free place to celebrate a birthday!

Woke up on Sunday, 1/7/2018 feeling energized and looking for a way to start my day off with my 2 year old daughter. Shes real big into jumping right now, so thought maybe Id take her to check out the park. Went online to see how much it might cost to take her jumping when I noticed there was a junior jump for Sat/Sun mornings. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was listed for only $10, and only had kids her age jumping. When we arrived I stood in line and waited to pay. When we made it up to the clerk, I was told I had to sign a wavier for the both of us. It didnt bother too much, just would have been nice to know before hand, so I didnt have to stand in line twice. When I finally made it back to to the clerk I was informed we had to purchase the air times socks as well. That was something I wasnt expecting because it was never mentioned in the junior jam description. Overall once we got situated, and started jumping it turned out to be a great time. She also made a couple new friends so that was also a plus. Now that we have the socks, we hope to return more for the Sunday morning jumps.

This establishment gave my son an excellent experience. The staff/hostess was exceptional and we walked away satisfied!!

Staff not very helpful in person or on the phone. My son lost his cell phone in the foam pit Sunday night 8/26/18 at the Sterling Heights location. When he was trying to report it to the staff he was being rushed out of area and was told they will check the pit after closing. When he asked to leave his name and a number to call he was told not necessary we will just call one of the contacts in your phone. When I called to follow up the very next day I was told they don’t clean the pit every night they just fluff it (what does that mean?!). The next time they will do a full cleaning will probably be next week. No sense of urgency. I had to offer my contact information for someone to call if they find it. I was not expecting the place to be shut down but I was hoping some extra effort would have been put forth and I would not have to wait a week before any attempt is made. I work in customer service and I know what it should look like and sound like and my son and myself did not experience customer service we were just brushed off.How you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark!

My three year old had a blast here! The staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely be a return customer in the future.

This is a great place to bring you kid and have fun Airtime have many types of trampolines that are pretty fun they have a wide trampoline space for just jumping around and a large foam pit in which you can jump as high as you watching jump into the pit in hard to get out yeah but still pretty fun there is also the basketball section which there are for trampolines and for baskets each at a different height so all the kids can try dunking the ball they give you wrist bands that tell you how long you can play and usually when you go up to the counter and go buy them theyre usually an hour or two hours depending on how long you want to play when the time runs out they check everyones wristbands and see if the time matches a time that is being told in the clock and if it is then they cut the wristband and your playtime is over unless you want to go back and buy more time anyway pretty good place to go with your kids

When its time to burn energy, and have fun doing it Airtime is the place to go. The kids enjoy themselves, and believe it or not when I jump I too truly enjoy the experience.

I must give props to Mr.Melvin and his great team! They made us feel right at home. Before they closed they played corn hole with our family! These are some great people. Hopefully the company is taking care of them like they’re taking care of the customers!! We will definitely be back.

I want to start off by saying my son and I had a wonderful time! We came in the establishment was extremely clean and the staff here are top notch. What made our time even more special was the fact that Melvin was so accommodating. My son has autism. We have yet to find an establishment that actually goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The way he and his staff interacted with my son and I made us feel welcomed. Not often do you go out and actually feel as though the people who are serving you want you there! The staff and manager are full of compassion. Also for the workers watching over my son as he played thank you for being patient! This place rocks!!! We will definitely be coming back

Husband said lackluster and overpriced (I agree with him on this -> we spent total of $30+) but overall fun. Make sure to bring a pair of grippy socks to avoid additional costs. And a locker costs a dollar, only accepts quarters so prepare quarters also. The place includes other stuff such as photo booth and a couple of arcade games which could be fun for kids.

My 6yr old liked it. But I paid for me to jump too and not a lot of adults jumping. Plus they looked at me like I should not be jumping. It was not worth the money. They are to strict always blowing whistles. The workers don t talk to you or greet you. I rather go to bounce house and its less exspensive. Not sure I will be back.

I have brought a group of students to this location for several years. Today was the best experience we have ever had from this location or the the one in Troy. The entire staff was amazing! They seemed to love what they do and were appropriate with dealing with our minors. They were supportive and encouraging! I highly recommend you check them out!!!!

My son loves this place. Lots to do and places to sit. My son came here for his birthday in May. His very close cousins was in June. The Hall Rd one is better than the Troy location.

The wait to get is not bad but the wait for food is crazy. I ordered 2 pretzels a d 2 drinks and they charged me like 30 bucks so I gave them 40 because I only had 2 twenties and they didnt give me my change back. And they never gave me what I ordered.

I am a cheer instructor from Canada . This weekend I decided to take a group of about 35-40 young ladies to this air time. I want to express how impressed I was by how friendly the staff was. And equally impressed with how clean the establishment was. We had such a great time. Tess was really sweet and helpful. Before we left the Melvin allowed us to use the private dodgeball area and he reffed the game his self. I want to thank you all behalf of myself and the girls. We had a awesome time and anyone who is looking for a great place to get exercise and have fun while doing it this is the place to be!

Super cool place! $15 for 3 hours . 5 year old and her dad had so much fun! Friendly staff keep things safe. Has a toddler area for kids under 46inches . They have a live DJ too!

Trampolines are to stiff compared to other parks and they could also use more activities. Possibly obstacle courses like some of the other parks have.

This place has almost no seating, very frustrating for a parent who wants to stay while the kids jump. The staff is very rude to paying customers. Most of their seating is reserved for parties and sits unused for hours at a time, but you will get yelled at if you sit there only for a few minutes, even though its the only open seating available. We made the mistake of visiting in January and it will be the last time for sure. Theres much better options in the area for jump parks thats for sure! Why pay them for such a poor experience?

I recently had my 8 year olds birthday party there. The hostess that was assigned to us gave us no direction on what they were doing or when. She seemed more confused than I was. When it came time for our party to return, I sent some of the kids to round up the rest of them, and before our hostess could announce over the PA for our party to return to the table because it was time for us to eat, cake, presents, etc., one of the staff members cut one of my younger girls wristbands and said she had to leave, it was time for her to go. My girl was distraught over being spoken to the way she was and being touched by a man.This was our first time ever here, and it will be our last.Speaking to a manager the only thing she offered was the man be spoken to about this, and told me its protocol for them to cut the wristbands off when they see them expired.... Hostess never told us this. And what kind of rule allows anyone to touch peoples children without permission. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My Kids Favorite Place

($$) Way too strict. It was a jumping prison for kids. I tried helping my almost 3 year old jump by holding her hands and letting her jump and had the whistle blown at me that only one jumper at a time (I wasnt bouncing). You also cannot fall down and take longer than 3 seconds to get up. Do they realize these are kids? Sky zone is the better place to go by far. I understand safety is a concern but I like to spend the time jumping with my kids and not being yelled at by a teenager. Maybe its just me but by far to strict that it wasnt fun. I was also left with the impression of bring nickel and dimed. 1$ per open/close for lockers, socks, and cheap food. Overall, I just wouldnt recommend and would rather go back to sky zone.

If I could put 0 I would rudest staff ruined my birthday party almost kicked us out for accendentaly headshotting. They said if we accidentally headshot we would get kicked out. SKYZONE IS BETTER. Plus they only have 5 places to jump and 2 of them are not allowed to go in.

Jake was a great server I would suggesting to host your party. The event went off flawlessly it couldnt have been better.the only suggestion I have is that if you have a party when they give you the bill at the end they ask you to tip your host and I was not aware of that going in.

The worst staff ever!the staff at doge ball likes to run the game for the kids and chuck it at 3 year olds and break there rules. They will tell at you on the trampoline if you don’t do cool tricks on them. Not to mention the trampoline sections are tiny squares. Also I left my food to go to the bathroom and it was gone. Also I caught adults digging in shoes lockers.. this place is terrible.

Took my daughter and her 3 friends. You can’t have drinks by the trampolines which is completely understandable. The food and drinks are way overpriced - but that is also to be expected. What is not to be expected is when you leave your overpriced drinks and food on a table to go to the play area only to come back and see the $40 with of food and drinks that were on the table with your coats and shoes thrown away. I will never go back to a place where 1 hour is well over $100 and $40 of it is literally thrown in the trash.
