Im a regular at MGM Springfield. Ive noticed management has increased its waitress staff.The slots payout is Ok for a small casino . I feel safe with the virus protocols set forth. I go Daily in hopes that i hit the big jackpot!Good luck to all. !!!!!

Covid compliance & health safety feel was decent for the facility, not all patrons we adherent & i saw no attempt to make people follow posted requirements. Gaming wise, how can there be maybe 20% of their small amount tables open & not at least include at least 1 of each game. And really...only maybe 30 tables open to have a 500, & several 100 minimum is a joke.

Love this casino. Small yet plenty of machines. No smoking which is a wonderful feature. Good places to eat and nice big Court yard.

Amazing staff, very clean, an absolute ball. Would highly recommend.

Poor planning for events and not disabled friendly. The Chandler steakhouse is the only bright spot. Both Indian casinos are a better choice.
