Easy to find and navigate trails, beautifully taken care of and inside the nature center is great! You can ride horses, bike, or hike. Dogs are welcome on a leash.

Nice trails around a small lake. Western trails are a bit susceptible to traffic noise.

Great trail to ride with lots of views. Smooth rolling ride with a few hilss scattered in for good measure.

A pleasant place to mountain bike ride with several dirt trails to follow. There’s a pond on one side and Spring Creek on the other with plenty of nature in between. The trail that connects Spring Creek with Old Riley Fuzzel has been washed out.

Came to see the Bluegill Pond Mystery Mosaic. Its vague past is a riddle and likely dates back to long before the 1,000 acre master-planned Spring Trails housing community existed. For orientation, Bluegill Pond (and its infamous mosaic wedged in the ground) sit on the edge of this 400-acre nature preserve. Not much is known about the original owners of all this land, or why the community builders saw fit to leave fragments of this mysterious mosaic behind.

This is a nice place to hike. It has many miles of natural trails winding through the woods and a very nice pond for fishing. There is access to Spring Creek, which is a nice place to relax and watch the cranes and heron fish, via the trails. My only complaint is that the maintenance staff have overdriven the trails in their ATVs. There are several trails on which the low areas have been so rutted out by the ATVs, that they are now giant mud pits, some of which are totally impassable on foot.
