We rented a theater for a private viewing for our family and it was an awesome experience!The staff are young, but friendly and helpful.They keep the place very clean and they use the aerosol disinfecting units similar to what they use on airplanes. So, we felt very safe.It was the first time in my life I was able to talk freely and use my phone while the movie was playing. Quite fun! Like having your own theater in your own home.Best of all, it was very very reasonably priced. This is a great option for families to gather outside the home during the pandemic.

Worst movie theater Ive ever been to. Complete dump with untrained employees. Ive never seen a more dysfunctional business. The strange thing is that it wasnt built that long ago. Ordering popcorn and a drink proved to be a challenge with none of the employees seeming to know how to do it or who was responsible. The place was trashed and a train wreck.

Might be great during non pandemic times but while they try to separate people to the side of you the rows are not far apart. A person sitting in front or behind you is 2 feet away no mask claiming to be eating the entire time. Will try again when things are back to normal but for now AMC has a significant amount of space between rows so its just more comfortable

Since they have opened back up to the public the staff have made it their priority to keep every area sanitized and extremely clean. Sanitizing stations are everywhere and restrooms are cleaned every 30 min. Theater is also sanitized after every showing. Of course no refills on popcorn and drinks for our safety other than that i felt safe to able to go out to see a movie. Since the theater just opened up last week it was just us and two other people.

Another day at the cinimark theater however this in was abit different. Instead you buy you tickets inside the theater and the whole building was different from the usual cinemark Ive been too. I was with my girlfriend that day to watch the Little movie and it was a great comedy film.

Miss this place! 5 star rating, clean always and I just miss the theater

I personally love this theater. If I was to compare it to others, it’s definitely lacking due to old style seats (no recliners) which may leave some people feeling cramped. But, for me it’s kind of a nostalgic feeling watching a movie here. And the quality is great in every theater. The XD theater is great. Just saw Rise of Skywalker in it and the audio and visuals in there was a 10/10.

They are doing the best one can during these trying times. Im glad they are open for us to continue the communal experience of taking in a movie

I went there one day before the closing and so glad that I did. May never get to see a movie in a theater again. I really enjoyed their food and movies.

This is my family’s go-to movie theater. Extremely close to our house, movie theater is really nice and the seats are comfy!! There is not only food and popcorn but a bar as well!! I HIGHLY recommend signing up for the movie club for $8.99 a month if you are a movie watcher. The perks are amazing!! I highly recommend this location on Kuykendahl and 99.

This isnt just a good place because its the closest one around. Its actually a nice theater. I recommend purchasing tickets online to avoid the lines. Also, bring a couple extra bucks to try their popcorn and a slushy .

The standard theatres here have huge screens that make the experience seem like the XD showings even when you arent in that theatre. I have never had any issue with the cleanliness and have only ever had a positive experience!! I would definitely recommend this Cinemark.

This is my favorite theater. I am getting used to the select a seat. I LOVE the stadium seating, it is perfect for watching a movie in the attentive position and the seats are pretty comfy.

Great movie theater! Experience has always been great and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Prices are what to expect at a movie theater. There is an expansive concessions are with lots of choices and even a Starbucks and bar! Seats are very comfortable. One of the nicest movie theaters around!

The theater itself was great. the lions at the snack bar moved quickly.And the movie Angel has fallen outstanding exciting in suspenseful all the way through not a dull moment action-packed, and very well made. I will see it again

Love this cinema because they still only charge $5 for all movies before 4pm! I dont need to pay double to reserve seats or have a waiter bring food to me in my recliner!!

I love this place. Its somewhat small, theaters are cozy and comfortable unlike some that make you feel like youre in a stadium. Ive probably seen 25 films there - never a problem - always a pleasant experience.

Welcome improvements - This location is not very old, but has been upgraded with bigger, more comfortable seating, and seat reservations. I also like the status board showing when each theater is ready.

Apparently, coming into this cinema dressing up like iron man or any other costumes arent allowed in the building! I know its a safety concern, but kills the spirit and the fun. So instead to make people leave the property, maybe you can anticipate some security or check up people at the door for those kind of movies! Thats why there is and area to have fun and hang out before going to see the movie!

The worst, dirtiest, unstocked concession line Ive ever been too! The price you charge for concessions in this place should be stocked and spotless!No lids for your $6.00 drink cups is UNACCEPTABLE! ETC! Stale popcorn. Etc! Empty napkin holders!And you charge $.50 for jalapenos for the nachos. What a BS thing you have going on here. Ugh!

Ripped seats in almost every theatre. Rude staff. Unprofessional. Extremely dirty concessions. Understaffed, or miss-distributed staff. We went to refill popcorn and the staff member was wearing sunglasses. We didn’t mention it and then we’re berated for not mention the sunglasses to this staff member. We were miss-charged on a separate occasion for a kids pack after a miscommunication over which pack was which price and what it included. A manager was called and simply said “no” to us. Some how, left with gum on the side of my purse from the dirty theatre seat. We will never visit this theatre again.

Went to and 11:45 showing. Concession area was filthy. Trash all over the floor. Viewed the Photography movie. A lady and 5 kids walk in 30 minutes into the movie talking loudly. Someone notified management and had them removed. Missed parts of the movie due to 30 minutes of distractions. Very disappointing.

Nice location and Yummy Snacks. Their pizza is pretty great. The staff is friendly and they keep the theatre clean. Only visited the bar once, so I cant say much about that.

Want to talk to my girlfriend to pick another movie, and we seen the dam movie on the board..... the bathroom was a gross dirty !!! I’m a Cinemark member and I’ve never been to a heatre without reclining seats in a long time, I felt like we were packed in the seats like sardines . It was like sitting on top of each other. I guess that’s why the tickets are less there. Also, the concession is a hot mess. Strangest way of ordering and paying for food. Only one entrance to get into the theatre as well. Also that bar when you walk in is too big for that establishment just a hot mess. Sorry, I’m sure it’s good for folks that don’t want to pay a little more for nicer seats and a better concession but I was visiting from Friendswood and our Cinemark in webster blows this place out of the water!

I do not normally attend the movies since studying the bible I have cut off all distractions, but I wanted to treat my wife. 1st this location is in at very diverse area so many signature restaurants. 2nd the Movie House was well maintained and the staff Mellisa at concessions outstanding personality, as well many of the staff,We saw Overcomer and i teared up more than a few times. The restrooms are clean and odor free,well stocked. A Awesome date night.....

Wonderful place to watch movies, with Tuesdays price cut I love to watch every week. The screens are big, sound is amazing and XD truly feels amazing.

Pat at concessions is the best thing about this place, she always has a smile on her face and is super sweet. The theater has improved with new management and is cleaner than other theaters but has room for improvement. The bar doesnt provide too much variety of drinks. Staff is friendly for the most part.

Overall a good movie theatre in a nice area. However, I think guests should be allowed to choose their seats in advance. I’m also surprised they haven’t installed the reclining seats that just about every other movie theatre has now. I don’t know how they will compete without them. The concession area also seems a little cramped with the way it is designed.

Love the facility but they need to not allow infant babies in the movies, esp not in the center of the theater, or prime time. Mandatory sitting in front area so the crying babies audio will be directed towards the front. So annoying having crying babies and kids in adult movies. Parents are selfish. If you have an infant, go during odd days and times, or sacrifice a few months. Good frkn lord.

Conveniently located from my home so I like coming to this theatre..They have different promos like movie goers can join their membership to earn free movie tickets and their Tuesdays discount ticket is a good deal. The lobby and food concession needs more space especially when there are a lot of people. They need more cashiers to make the line move faster in the concession stand. This theater is maintained cleanly and their employees are friendly.

Id give it a 3 because the seats are comfortable but its hard to decide on food cause the concession stand menu is a little bit complicated. The way they did it however reminded me of like a school line type thing. The building itself however looks great and reminded me of some 50s type style and I liked it.

Worst theater around! Place is extremely filthy, employees are rude, concession lines are always unnecessarily long! Even though we live close we drive the extra way to go to Regal instead which is always clean and worth the money! Dont waste you money coming to this theater!

We bought both our grandchildren Icees to watch the movie they wanted when we went to pay the manager or supervisor of the theater told us to use the designated cups for the Icee instead of the small soft drink cups. We told him that there were no other cups available to use. When we pointed that out he simply went on his way and shortly after we saw him quickly restocking the Icee cups. Poor people skills but more importantly and apparantly no customer service training.

Needs to be better staffed and it needs another vendor...food station. Employees were great, but working their hearts out due to shortage of staff! Dirty counters and floors around the concession station!

Chairs squeak and are close together. Food lines are long. Dont order pretzel bites if youre running late for a movie. They take FOREVER to make.

I have been coming here for years as my choice cinema. Always very clean and welcoming. I just wish their seats could recline with a foot rest like most theaters. The lack of comfortablity makes long movies very uncomfortable.

This is a very nice and well maintained location. The concession stand is not so good, but since Ill only go for the movie itself it doesnt bother me. I love the screens and seats are comfortable. Plus Cinemark matinee price is the best!

My family came here to see Avengers due to the line was outside an mass confusion all the workers were nice, they had patience, an seemed to be smiling thru it all. I spoke to a few to help understand how the line work an bought my tickets. No negative attitudes.

Honesty goes a long way (note that this is not the first time this very thing has happened). I asked them if they do refills on soda, because in the past while watching a late movie (10pm) they have shut down the concession stand early. They said yes... again. However, the soda machine was shut down... again. So, why arent you just honest and tell your customer that you are shutting down the concession stand early? I dont think well be going back.

We live coming to this theater. The people are nice and everything is CLEAN and so are the theaters, which is a HUGE thing to me.

So I purchased our tickets an decided to sit an wait the 2 hrs in the lobby till our movie started however I’m currently 6 months pregnant an had a 7 yr old child with me not only did they fail to inform us of the line we should have been in to be seated they also denied me bathroom access till our show was being seated we waited outside in the heat for an hr before we were let in to be seated the bathroom was a mess an tissue was everywhere everything else seemed to be clean the concessions were great however if u plan on coming here prepare to fight for good seats

The place deserves a 1star because the theatre itself is comfortable & clean. Whoever designed the concession, must have been on something. You dont know what line to get in,where to go. The popcorn lady was nice. Told us where to get drinks,where to pay. You shouldnt have to stand in line for tickets,then popcorn,then drinks, then to pay,then stand in line to get into the movie. Bad planning. I will never go back to that theatre.

I wish I could share pictures. This place was a DISASTER. We went to see a movie at 1:50 on Saturday 11/25. Huge spill on floor left unattended.. cup dispensers empty. Coca Cola product out. Huge line with only one cashier while other employees just stood around. I told cashier it was a mess and his response was that it was his job as a cashier to make sure the place was clean. Clearly this place has bad management it place. How can the one cashier make sure everything else is clean and stocked if he has a “mile” long line??? Im not sure if I will be going back after my experience.

The location of the theater is very easy to get to from many directions.

Its ALWAYS filthy. Popcorn, soda, straw paper and napkins are always everywhere. Its gross! Ive opted to go to the newer theaters opening in the area. They need to hire more ppl.
