No cash accepted and the basic concessions were very slow (waited 20 min while 2 people were ahead of me) but, seating is great! Got to choose our seats ahead of time online, all seats are reclining. Spaced out groups and not overly crowded. All in all, alot of fun with the kiddos and friends.

Went to see Lion King 3D (2 adults, 2 kids)priced at $53.22. And $32 at the concession stand for 2 kid combo packs & 1 large popcorn with large pop combo. For $85 AT THE MOVIES, I would expect to have a MUCH cleaner facility! The place is ABSOLUTELY disgusting! View pics below. And the ladies room smelled like a rotten, sour fish market and none of the stalls had toilet covers! Yuck! And beware of the orange popcorn seasoning. We thought it was a cheddar shake but it most definitely had to be seasoned salt. Needless to say, we over salted our popcorn & had to throw it away. Pros were friendly staff & comfy reclining chairs.

The place has done some major upgrades and looks a lot better and cleaner. Keep up the good work.

Good place to come and enjoy a movie. The concession is not that great. Long line with one person in the register and just taking care of the A list members first. I completely understand they pay extra to be a A list, but doesnt make sence to make the other wait for ever. Management needs to fix this.

This place has really gone down hill. The last two time we were there the restrooms were nasty with urine on the floor and a smell that burned the back of my throat.

The manager, Rudy, is very disrespectful. We had issues with the AMC app in which it charged us on our bank account for purchases of two seats, a popcorn and drink combo. When we picked out our seats, movie, time, food, etc, it processed everything but never sent us the confirmation. When we got to the theater, we talked to four employees whom all said “the app does that a lot.” The lady at the front confirmed that the seats we chose were blocked off on her end of the computer and we could sit in our seats. The movie was about to start when Rudy came up and asked to see our tickets. We explained again showing her the snap shots from 9am that morning of the time, seats, and combo we ordered along with our bank account to prove we were charged. She told us it didn’t work on their end and we would be reimbursed making it as though we enjoyed a free movie on them. We have been going to this movie theater for 13 years and have never been treated like this before. The manager made me pay (again) for the movie tickets. I went back to my seat to have her come back to us to tell us to move since she gave the seats we originally chose to another couple. We have had issues with the app before and the manager Rodger was a big help and let us enjoy our movie. Rudy made this movie experience terrible.

Great theater complex. Clean and well maintained. Staff have consistently been friendly and interested in making your movie experience positive. There is a bar for adult drinks and a good concession with a wide variety of different food. The AMC rewards program is also very good, the best in the industry right now in my opinion. My only request is that they introduce Google pay at the concession.

5 Stars for $5 Tuesday! We love coming to AMC for the Tuesday special. The theater is very clean. The popcorn is always delicious. The seats are super comfortable. Online booking is convenient.

Great Movie theater. Comfy seats. Just wish they take better care of it. Bathroom dirty, I had to search for soap dispenser that actually had soap, Coke machine was low on cokes; barely any syrup, and the seats were not that clean as you could tell they just spread butter all over it and it was torn. My son leaned back on his seat and it sounded like someone farted. Again, great building, just could use some tender loving care.

Its fine and cozy. But it gets a bit worst each time I go. Some chairs have their leather coming off. And the cup holders have started having leftover popcorn in them. Hardly a game breaker but not as good as it used to be.

Comfortable place, nice and clean, great recliners... had some issues during our showing with the lighting and sound at the start though.Other than that great place and still would go back and recommend! Staff was great.

Some screens were burned with a purple-ish tint to the center of the screen. We tried to stomach it for about 20 mins, but ultimately went for the refund(which was actually free tickets to another movie at any AMC).

Theaters are a good size. Recliners are nice and comfy. Concession food is terribly expensive. Large Popcorn and drink cost $16. Bavarian pretzel and drink cost $22! Ridiculous $22 for bread!! Decent rating is only for the cozy atmosphere its definitely not because of the food.

Older place without the glamour of the newer theaters. The Staffs customer service was professional and polite. I recommend this theater for those who wants to avoid the bigger crowds.

The movie was good, clean Theater, Ticket counter was also extremely courteous.....But the bar service... it took 20 minutes for anyone to show. The manager didnt seem to be a bit bothered that no one took their place. Lets try harder!

Very comfortable seats that lean way back. Makes it nice to place to go after a good long smoking session. Then kick back and much on some popcorn and hotdog. Im a little high as I write this review.

Not impressed this time, my wife has been trying to get me to movies due to my hard hearing, asked for hearing device, first brought out for hearing aids. They took it back brought it out and said ready for #5. Got in would not come on, then it came on blaring different movie. Could not use. Hope next time goes better. Same employee that gave us hearing device did give us 3 free tickets (there was 3 of us)

This has been the best experience at a theatre EVER!! Everyone has been so nice and has really made this an enjoyable trip. We will always come back to this theatre.

This is one of my favorite theatres because of the location, but some of the people working there suck. If you dont want to work go home.... thats just my opinion....

Very disappointedThe movie starts 20 minutes late...ah ...because several customer went out to see what is going on... The answer....ja...They forgot about it...We were about 25 people more and less...Very poor service

Everytime we come here its so dirty. The floors are dirty, the place where you get your drink is dirty. Our movie starts in 10 minutes and our theater still hadnt been cleaned. Its filthy. We came here because its close to the house and we needed a late showing of the movie. The tickets are a little more pricier because of the reclining seats, but at least keep this place clean!

I was trying to go to premier member line and manager refused to allow me in line I asked twice if I can please go to the member line she said I had to be a member she assumed I didnt have membership was being so rude to me

Really enjoy coming to this movie theater. My family enjoys the reclining seats and reserved seating. Even if we are running a bit late or taking long at the concession stand I know our seats are reserved. The staff is nice and helpful.

The reclining seats are very comfortable, but its not stadium seating. If the person in front of me is tall I may have trouble seeing the theater screen. Im in seat H8 and its further back than I would like, but I had no sense of distance to screen when I selected it.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was fine, but I arrived after the lights had gone off. Came back this weekend and I can’t believe how gross this theater really was with the lights on. To start, It was extremely smoky from popcorn when I walked in and no one even checked the tickets we bought. So who knows how much money they are losing on that front. The soda machines were out of ice and when I asked a server, he just said he would go ask a manager. No offer at all to find us any ice. Once into the theater, we were greeted by the overflowing garbage cans (and smells) from the previous movies of the day. Our seats and cup holders also came with the grease and garbage from previous movies also. The main stadium lighting stayed on for the first 5 mins of our movie and someone had to go tell the crew to turn them off so that we could actually see the screen. It was as if no one actually works in this building at all. Disappointed is an understatement.

Loved the clean floors! Convenient and quick admission process with QR Code reader, which helps create short lines for tickets. Concession line very long but is to be expected.

I Love This Theater. Very close too home, a very comfortable setting inside as well.

The recliners are comfy. The theaters are medium in size, which I think is better than over-sized so that large crowds dont diminish the experience. The maintenance was a little sub par on the day I went, but it wasnt real bad. If your are prone to being cold, bring a jacket - its chilly in there.

Nice staff, Tuesdays busy with $5 ticket price. Screen 6 seats a bit worn off and not so comfy. Also second time you can see smoke from cooking popcorn or something like that in the lobby. It might be a time for new machines or upgrade on ventilation.

My friend and I stood at the front of the concession line for 10 minutes with no one helping us. A register finally opened up so I went up to it and the guy standing there did not say anything to me. I said hi and he still didn’t say anything. When I put a water bottle up on the register that I wanted to buy he looks at me and goes “I’m not ready yet” I told him how we had been standing in the line for a long time and no one has helped us and he just repeats “I’m not ready yet” again.I’ve never been treated so rudely at a movie theatre before and I definitely will not be returning to this one.

Not a bad viewing experience. Movie looked and sounded great. Assigned reclining seats were comfortable during the three hour run time. My issues were with the cleanliness of the restroom and lobby area. Unpleasant smells coming from the main hall entrance. Mens restroom needed more attention. Also, I didnt find rows to be labeled, making it more difficult to find seats.

I’ve seen multiple movies here the theater is nice ..but could do a better job cleaning out the actually theaters the seats can be rather dirty and sticky well they where there last two times I went ..

This movie theater is so nice and well worth it me and my children have an enjoyable time every time we go.

My experience this time was absolutely TERRIBLE. Purchased tickets online and food online to avoid waiting in line but that didnt happen. Get there they scanned my QR code for my tickets told me theater 1 then I head to concession to pickup our food it wasnt ready nor did they see it in their system but I had my confirmation (still end up waiting). Go to the designated theater to discover that it was the right theater wrong feature showing. At this point we scurry to the front to find out whats going on. I asked the ticket taker if he was sure it was the right theater he said yes. I then explained that that was not the feature I purchased tickets to see. He then went tell his supervisor who then explained that the feature was changed because it wasnt enough ticket sales. Now he offers us a refund or the opportunity to see another movie (now mind you we are standing here with a ton of food snacks and drink in our hands). He tells us what other features are playing at this time and suggest Us because it is a good movie. So we decided to see it considering the fact we were there and already had our food. Upon watching the movie I was ticked because the movie was HORRIBLE 2 thumbs down now I feel liked I got talked into seeing the movie so they could avoid having to deal with me complaining. If we would have been informed of this issue upon arrival we would have gotten a refund on everything and just returned to the theater the following day.

I went to see Harriet on Sunday Nov 3, 2019 the movie was really good and I will not spoil it for those whom haven’t seen it yet. I didn’t know what to expect as I really hate slave movies, this I actually loved. It wasn’t too long and I enjoyed my popcorn and goobers, for this if you deciding should u go, please support Black movies and stop the bootlegging it is so worth it.. Take a wrap it is cold in there bbbrrrr

Dirty seats, but the movie was not too loud, not too cold. It was good!

It was mostly clean. We went to see Sonic on a Monday mid day and it was very empty.

Finally a theatre that was like the ones back home in St Louis. Comfortable and fun

I went in with my kids to see the lion king, we went on a Friday morning to catch a morning show. We went to get popcorn as usual but the popcorn we received was cold and you could tell it was day old popcorn. When I went to ask for a fresh batch she said they couldn’t because their machine wasn’t working therefore there would be no refills either. You would think this is something that should have been fixed before the opening of the business day if they know popcorn is the best seller at any and every movie theater.

The employees were cordial enough but the environment is less than pleasant. The upkeep...there is none. The seats are all torn. The carpets are all stained. Most of the restroom (womans) stalls had clogs or a big mess. The soda machines were out of most products. The lights were not turned down when the movie started. It was disappointing.

The screens are great, Individual seating a plus. The seats could be better taken care of and they need to do better at cleaning up the seating between features. Sound system is good but too loud at times. You dont have to crank up the sounds to have a great experience. Overall a good family experience. Pay attention to what the customers use and give us your best and be consistent with your efforts.

Tonight was not their night. Went to a 7:30 movie. Line to concessions WAAAY to long. Extremely short staffed. Theater not cleaned prior to seating, trash overflowing. This is the third time attending that Ive sat in a seat that the recliner did not work. None of the staff seemed in any hurry to accommodate guests, kind of sad. This is my neighborhood theater, been coming for 20 years and its potential is there. But so is its demise if the right management staff is not in place.

First time there,visiting grandsons. Rushed for the beginning of the movie. Always have loved the more comfortable lounge chairs. Plenty restrooms. Great popcorn. Plenty parking too.

Need more than one person ha dling tickets and also letting people in.Also sanitizers would be wonderful

It was really nice when they first refurbished the place but they havent kept up with it. Im literally sitting in theater number 7 right now waiting for the movie to start and the place has an odd smell to it and many seats are torn and gross. The seats we were suppose to sit it were missing the armrest so we had to move seats. Thankfully the place is deserted.

The reason why I gave this review 3 stars is because:1. I tried to order a #2 off the menu. It included 2 gourmet popcorn flavors and 1 large drink. They have 4 flavors listed, but only 2 were actually available.2. Quality of Light was Poor in the Theatre. They had the lights on, even after the trailers were finished playing. Someone in the audience had to run out & tell a crew member to turn them off. The lighting on the movie screen appeared darker than normal. I was watching Jumanji and in scenes where it was supposed to be normal daylight, appeared unusually dim. A bit bothersome on the eyes, but I eventually made myself adjust to it.Ive gone to this movie theatre many times in the past. Not sure why my experience was a little different this time. A little disappointing.

One of the movie rooms has a strange smell to it. Pretty silent. Nice color walls. Think they carpet need a good cleaning. Like washed.

Good price and service

I went to AMC 10 Spring on Tuesday night. The young man working the concession stand and the young lady selling the tickets were the only nice people in the theater. I had to wait about 20 minutes for popcorn to made. The area by the soda machine, full of liquid and it was still there when I was walking out. The whole theater from the main area to the bathroom and the actual theater room was not very clean. I gave 2 stars because of the employees mentioned at the beginning.

I used to live in Spring (my parents still do) so i remember when this AMC opened, it was the place to go for movies. Comfy, friendly staff always clean. I went this past weekend and it was ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT. Dirty, out of everything pretty much, i asked for lids because they were out all around and the lady i asked gave me a very nasty attitude. Sucks to see this AMC go downhill, its starting to look like that very old theater that used to be there before AMC.

Good place to go see a movie. Though, if you do come here bringing the family or maybe a girlfriend or boyfriend. You better be sure your wallet or purse is loaded with money! The prices on the snacks they sell are over priced.

This is a great theatre. The chairs are amazing. Parking is great and its not attached to a mall. The bathrooms are still dirty but if you get pass that its worth the drive.

Easy entrance and ticket station area is huge. It has a full bar and the food court has issues slow so make time to stand in line for a while.Thanks

No doubt about the comfort, but something is happening here for months this place is extremely dirty without any maintenance soda machines do not have all the flavors, ice sodas machines definitely do not work, garbage is accumulated by all sides there is no supervicion or managers around.

This is my favorite theatre. Always will be my go to. The manager helped us when they had system problems and staff is amazingly nice compared to bigger amc. No imax in here but the atmosphere of this location makes up for it, it is worth the trip if you dont live close as i dont. Kudos to the management and employees, you deserve an award for it and i aint talking trophies

First off the theatre was absolutely REPULSIVE!! It smelt of mold, mildew, urine, and just absolute filth! The theatre had NOT been clean at all, there was popcorn everywhere and trash. I’m so glad I brought blankets and wipes, I had to wipe down my seats and sit on the blankets because they were disgusting. There is NOTHING I have good to say about this theatre. The employees were just hanging out not doing there job, just chatting. The screen was distorted you couldn’t even really see that well.It was such a horrible experience and I will absolutely NOT be back! The WORST experience I had ever had at a movie. We almost left, but we stayed since we spent good money on our tickets. I feel like I need to shower the minute we left. I didn’t even sit back in my chair because I didn’t want ANY part of my skin/ hair touching the seat. It was that nasty. DO NOT GO HERE!! Waste of money. This place needs to be plowed down, ASAP.

This theater is new with very comfortable seating and a cool ticket purchasing process, but they dont staff the snack bar well so lines are long and slow moving. I got my tickets 20 minutes before the scheduled time and still got in to the movie late because of snack bar lines. Wish theyd at least have a way to get a beverage quickly. Maybe a designated line or automated system for quick stuff like fountain drinks.

Had an issue with the APP, need more cleaning, popcorns tasted like old popcorns, service was good.

First time going to this location. The theater staff was rude at the snack bar. The theater itself was fine, the seats are the normal seats.

This place is a disaster zone. Not sure why we keep giving it a chance, maybe becomes its closest to us, but it’s the same story every time. Short staffed at concessions, every single time. Facilities are a mess, and the place smells.

It was standard, easy to navigate, lots of parking and the bar is a perk. The seats were a bit worn and the armrest was broken, but they do recline all the way back so thats nice. Not the cleanest, there were alot of wrappers and trash in cupholders seats and the floor so you could tell no staff cleaned up in between shows.

Updating from 5 stars in 2017 to one in 2019Last few times I have been here it was horrible, the bathrooms are gross and customer service is non-existent. The wife went in to three stalls with toilets overflowing and the mens restroom was extremely dirty. Both were out of stock of towels and soap. The concession stand was out of stock up front and no employee was willing to get stock from backroom or even check, when you can clearly see boxes stacked up with more product.Two of the drink dispensers were broken. Multiple employees were standing around, very sloppy and avoiding customers.The time before we saw a manager yelling at an employee in the auditorium after our movie. He was almost crying, based on the conversation he was trying to leave at the end of his shift and she wanted him to finish more tasks before leaving, after clocking out. Even if employee was in the wrong the manager was being incredibly unprofessional. However it seemed like the employee was just being harassed. He may have been special needs, but in that situation it was hard to tell due to the managers actions. Not many people could react well to the situation.Current management has let this once great theater go down the crapper. I doubt I will be going back to this AMC.

Comfortable to watch the movie glad we didnt go hungry. The only concessions they had to offer was popcorn, fries, chicken tenders, water and candy. They were literally OUT of EVERYTHING else including soda!

This theater is awful. AMC should be ashamed this is part of their brand. The seats are torn/broken. We reserved online then we still were not allowed in the movie till 4 minutes prior till showtime. The seats are sticky, disgusting the cup holders and seats are filled with popcorn and sticky. The view is awful there is almost no incline to the seats so you see heads and chairs in front of you. I have been to dollar theaters that are better than this place. The bathroom was disgusting, the family restroom had diapers piled on the changing station I mean just nasty. Avoid this place at all cost.

The seats are good if you are lucky enough to reserve seats that arent torn. I give this theater a 2 because of the view of the movies. I went on a Thursday afternoon and the line for food/drink moves super slow. While soda/icee machines were out of a lot of flavors. Also, the popcorn was old. Im not sure how long it had been there. The food/drink options were very disappointing. I have been to this place before only during the weekend. Im assuming it is run better during the weekend than during the week.
