Faulty property electrical system for RVs. Recommended to leave by local repairmen and RV service shops before more damages occur to my unit. Notified management of tripping shore breaker, but became irate with me instead of fixing. Melted my plug wire as a result. Left within 48 hours of incident to a new and cleaner RV resort who tends to property issues as required by the Texas Property Code, and nice about it! Glad this happened because I found a much better place that just opened!

Great Swinger Lifestyle park on Saturday nights! My boyfriend and I went in a little nervous about swapping. We met a few nice couples and next thing you know we are in full swing with a HOT African American couple. It was a first for us both but wont be the last. We exchanged contact info and will be back to the park next Saturday.

Best peaceful and quiet place ever. On site storage, and cheap trailer storage for residents. It is parking your camper in a nice neighborhood. Trash service twice a week, concrete slot with grass yard and tall trees, shade everywhere.

Trump 2020, youre luck. At least you got your deposit. We shampooed the carpets, wiped everything down, made up grades. She flat out told us she was not giving our deposit back. She said she had to call the office. Her reason was because some black friends scared the elderly. They werent bothering anyone. They came and left in 30 minutes. No load music, shouting nothing.Besides that!That has nothing to do with how we left the place. We left that place clean and in better shape than it was when we moved in.She owed us our deposit and she kept it.BTW, they do think they are the police.MONEY HUNGRY OFFICE STAFF!On another note she loves charging her late fees. On top of that we always gave extra to keep the peace. You think she wouldve considered that.

Great place. Nice and quiet, with all sorts of places to shop and visit nearby. A good slice of the country in the city. The residents are very nice and respectful. Everyone minds their own business, but looks out for their neighbor. Very nice place.

I have had a storage unit here for years and that part has been pretty good. Cant speak for the current staff, as I have not dealt with them yet, but I know the former ladies that worked there were very friendly. My issue is how payment must be made for monthly rent now. No more stopping by to pay with my card, no more dropping off a check in the night drop, you must pay online only. That wouldnt bother me so much if I wasnt charged ridiculous fees for doing so. Whether you pay by card or bank account online, you get hit with a big fee. Not only is this very off putting but it should be illegal. You shouldnt get away with charging a fee just to pay your rent when that is the ONLY way you can pay it. This needs to be fixed.

Nice quiet place to stay!!

Quiet, easy access. Main roads close by. Park is quiet and clean. Has a laundry room. Feels like out in the country, but in the middle of spring. Some are year round residents, others are temporary. Concrete pads, and all amenities. Grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants close by.

When we first moved in everything was good and then they hired a new manager she in my opinion hasnt a clue on what she is doing she talks to you like you are an 2nd class citizen, always attaching new rules to your door on what you can and cant do (mostly cant) and also made a statement if you see someone doing something wrong than say something to them! SAY WHAT? We are not the police and the manager should say something not the residents, She raised our water bill saying the county told her to. Maybe so i dont know but i believe we were on a private well. But my biggest gripe is the way she talks to people and handles herself. When we gave notice we were moving out she said that she had 30 days to return our deposit and when you call to ask her about it she gets very rude and saids she will call you when she gets it but thats not happening and when we did receive our deposit it was short so we called to ask her why she said she would have to call the main office and find out what happen to make a long story she said the mail man returned it because it had gotten wet (thats a new one on me) but in all fairness we did finally receive the balance owned just well over the 30 days she said they had. As far as the park goes it nice quite and clean mostly elderly people living there and some for a very long time. The park is already set up nicely and its a shame they had to get someone thats so unprofessional to set in the office and answer to all the nice residents that call the park home. if i were the owner i would at least send the manager to a management training class. Miss Manager it cost you nothing to show some respect and kind words toward the people that pay you rent every month!

Iv lived at Trinity Spring Oaks two years and wouldnt live anywhere else. I have the highest respect for our manager, maintenance man, landscaper and of course the owners. You cant put a price on peace of mind so you get that free at Trinity Springs.

The property itself is well maintained and clean but the office staff was not very friendly or helpful.

We have found a semi permanent place here at Spring Oaks RV Park! There are many residents that have been here for years. Many RVs spend months at a time here. Most spots have picnic tables as well as large shade trees over lots. There are squirrels and other wildlife here. The neighborhood is quite large so its great for walks and bike rides. There is a laundromat with washer and dryers at reasonable prices. You need a code to get in the building, and it is wheelchair accessible. You can make change at the main office. Office staff is very friendly! Its a great place a bit off the road to stay for a few nights, weeks, or months! Do call in quite a bit of advance because space is limited. So many couples have chosen to stay longer periods. They take reservations with no deposits for any amount of time that you need. Some negative points: this is a park with no frills. There is no playground or pool, but it is family friendly. No partyers so far! Enjoy your stay if you choose to come to Spring Oaks!

Its an ok place really quite. Not alot of young people. I wouldnt live here permit.
