It’s almost six years since we moved in. We’ve never had a problem with neighbors and the staff is attentive to our needs. There’s plenty of schools and restaurants nearby. It’s a quite neighborhood with beautiful nature.

I love Timberwilde. It’s a beautiful community filled with trees, birds, and nature. The staff is attentive to any issues or problems and resolve them promptly. It’s very quiet and peaceful.

I have rented three different Timberwilde homes over the past 14 years and have always received prompt service when requested.I appreciate the continued improvements to the subdivision.

Great place to live we have been here for 3 weeks and love it management is amazing. Michael and Kent are always there to answer any question we have and most importantly act on what ever we need. The overall environment is beautiful trees birds and space this place is amazing Timberwild will change your perspective on a mobile community WE LOVE IT

This is the future of manufactured housing communities. Decks and brick skirting really make this subdivision stick out above the rest. Great community and very clean. Nobody walks into this beautiful subdivision and thinks of a trailer park . Don’t believe me? Take a drive through the neighborhood and you will see for yourself! You have to ask for Michael and he will get you taken care of.

Way nicer than I expected. The pictures are nice, but I was way more impressed with the property after I visited. So many trees! The houses were all kept in nice shape, and the drive through the neighborhood was so peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful, and you can tell that they take a lot of pride in what they are doing. I highly recommend Timberwilde if you are looking for your next home.

Great community. It’s a hidden Paradise. Fantastic area, 1 mile from The Woodlands. And best of all my dad developed this land 40 years ago! He is the most kind hearted person, and would literally take his shirt off his back for you! If you are looking for affordable living this neighborhood is for you!

I just moved to this subdivision last month. My husband and I are so happy we made this decision. It is very quiet and pretty. The developers Kent and Michael are awesome, so helpful and informative.The subdivision is a wooded area but is still accessible to many shops, stores and The Woodlands. I love this area and love Timberwilde Subdivision!!

We had a very good experience with Michael, he took his time showing the different options of lots and made us aware of the rent, park package and what all it included. The staff in all was very welcoming and made everything very smooth. Will be recommending this place to family and friends! Location, Location, Location.

Very quiet place to live, love the greenery. So much better than my small uptown apartment! Having two dogs I was able to put up a fence and couldnt be happier! Best place to live in my opinion!!

I live here. Very quiet place. Nobody bothers you and the owner visits once a year or so to see if you need anything or if there are any issues. Ken(owner) is a great guy!Only issue is people let thier little dogs roam and my neighbors kids keep playing with my driveway reflectors. Not enough to change my star rating

1 year later, Very disappointed. Kent said he would pay for half my fence when he was selling me in the idea of moving here. 1 year later NO FENCE. I paid $100 a month for 4 months, expecting any day that he would build fence, and nothing. I stopped paying $100 a month after 4 months on advise from numerous family members. I realize now buying a home in this trailer park was a huge mistake. My Mobile home will depreciated, and the lot rent will keep going up. The owner, Kent has told me he will be going up this year $50, and probably next year $50, so that means I would be paying $600 for just the lot rent. This is NO WIN situation for anyone, and a very bad financial decision. My advise is DON’T DO IT. Do your homework. You will not own the land your house is sitting on, and are at the mercy of the land owner who can and will increase the lot rent until it becomes too much to pay.

Kent has been amazing! This is where we call home for as long as possible. Kent let us pick our lot & how big we wanted it. He has been hands on during the whole process. Every resident that weve seen interact with Kent has been treated as family, as we have. I highly recommend giving Kent a call. He truly has his communitys best interest at heart. We found Kent Baltzell at Timberwild Mobile Home Park to be so helpful in finding a location for our mobile home. We decently recommend this place, everyone is so nice.

Its nice considering its age n the mobile homes they have are not on the low end of the ticket either...!

Not a good place to live. Owner will not fix anything that breaks. Wants everyone to move out.

Owner has taken a nice mobile home community and turned it into a real trailer park. From parking trailers less than 5 ft away from one another, to vehicles parked in yards. Owner cares about nothing but $.

Although the owner has started putting homes closer together we still love the park. I dont agree with his keeping the lots wooded. Ive started clearing mine out. The thorn vines are killing the trees.
