Clean and tidy trailer park with good lighting, only thing that could be improved is sign posting for street names. *update* within a week all the sign postings were up (Hows that for service)

The Walmart right there had no cashier working only self checkout at the time, long lines, had to wait to buy this, need someone to put a code in! Why it a blood sugar test the lady told me she not sure why it did that....

I live here. Its nice and up kept. Just wish Comcast was offered. ATT and all the Satillite Companies are youll get ATT internet is horrible. I have lived here for 8 years now with up and downs with the entertainment providers. I am tired of arguing. But this place is fine for starter home families without the expense of perminent foundation homes.

It was a nice neighborhood when we moved in, but they sold half of it out from under 90 residents to developers with little warning (6 weeks from initial notification to mandatory move) and are likely to do so again in the near future as property values around it rise past the half-mil mark. It has become a cramped trailer park rather than a nice neighborhood as the Canadian owners try to min-max their overhead-profit ratio by cramming the residents into the remaining space.

Crime level has gone up there are more Spanish than whites or blacks the is limit as to what they can and can not do they feel they can do no wrong that you have parties until 12 oclock in the morning they park vehicles all in the grass but yet if we do something like that we our car tow image are we get a letter from the office I think it should be fair all the way round the board for everyone same rules for every person not your pick and choose I have been here for 10 years and I am not a very satisfied homeowner timber Crestvillage

This neighborhood doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Love my old neigbors but the managers are horrible. Please don’t waste your time.

Never opened during the hours listed on the door and are very rude and inconsiderate. They try to fine you for things that you had just done like mowing your yard or try to fine you because a neighbor made a false accusation without any proof of the accusation. When we moved in, we were told the house would be fixed up prior to us moving in and it wasnt. Its a run down piece of garbage that they gave us and has mold in the walls which caused me to be sick and my unborn child to have growth problems. I dont recommend living here .

Horrible Place! You cant have anything In your yard, no fences allowed, no pools not even kiddie pools, no swing sets, yet at the same time they will put a note on your door after they have invaded your personal space to tell you that you have 4 days to power wash your home, clean your roof, rake and weed eat your yard. So you have to keep your tiny lot immaculate and have no real use of it. I regret moving here, if you live in an apartment and think this better, remember all you will get is a tiny lot you keep perfect but cant use

We stopped at the local Wells Fargo branch. They are always friendly, and I receive fast service. I love this branch

I live here

Its a mobile home park that you rent spaces and put your own mobile home on. It is mostly Hispanic. It is very clean with large wide roads. It is next to a brand new Walmart that would be easy walking distance. Its easy to see from Kuykendahl. And a central location close to the Woodlands. I have been here before and will come back again. I highly recommend it to anyone.

If I could give Zero stars I would. This place is disgusting. The management sucks and so do their secretaries (who will stock you for no reason.) They are nice to you to get you in the door and then they treat you like crap and call you obscene names. Absolutely awful place. Dont move here. It will be sold off in the next two years which will force you to have to move again. Not worth it.

ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE GET TO HAVE FENCES. THEY CALL IT GRANDFATHERED IN. MOST OF THESE SO CALLED HOMES HAVE FENCES THAT LOOK HORRIBLE. OLD. FALLING DOWN..MOLDED ETC. TODAY THE WATER IS DARK GRAY. NOT ABLE TO SHOWER OR DO LAUNDRY MUCH LESS DRINK. WHEN CALLING OFFICE MANAGER IS TOO BUSY!! OFFICE STAFF CAN ONLY SAY ITS DUE TO ALL THE OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION. IM ON DISABILITY SO LIKE MOST I CANT AFFORD BOTTLED WATER. DO THEY CARE. NO!!

A mobile home community can have a stigma or reputation of uncaring or unkept homes and crime or just not a regular subdivision yet timmbetcrest makes all homse be maintained although some rules seem to change we are growing promised to add features many local neighborhood have 2018 I believe we get new pool play area always has been there I guess as in any neighborhood we are friends and care about keeping our surroundings and homes well kept again making changes we are just a local cummutilry.

Great place

They treat their tenants like trash. They let all kinds of felons and trash move in. Was a decent place to live until new management took over. Rude manager. They steal your cars out of your driveway if your tires touch the grass . Then they get kickbacks from the towing co who only accepts cash. They give you a 2 car driveway. When my daughter purchased a new vehicle we had to squeeze 3 cars onto a 2 car driveway.His car has been parked there for 7 years . Two tires were partially on the grass. It was,towed away with numerous other vehicles. Dont move here . Its a trash complex run by trashy thieves.

Wal-Mart always has what one may need. They also have parking on road in back of the store for 18 wheelers.

I have been coming here for a few years to visit my friends and it seems that the front office never is open during its blatantly posted hours of operation causing much hardship upon them and schedulings, which is absolutely uncalled for...

Not a mobile home community and not a place where I would spend time.

The people working and running the place are not very pleasant. They raised the rent not too long ago supposedly because they were going to improve the small park, which looks nothing like the pictures on Google, and they never improved any of it. I still cant take my child to it. But God forbid if you forget to mow the lawn.
