Price ok. Good range of golf products.

Be prepared to spend some $$$, building was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Golf is an aggregating, expensive sport.

Just to give you a idea of what they do. My Son had just bought a set of irons Mizuno MP25 complete set not even really broke in a few rounds of golf. Took them in to get trade in value or store credit. They only said they would give $125.00 . For the complete set. Please do not give your clubs to this store they are ripping you off.

Very disappointed in the customer service at the new store on I-45. I needed a quick repair to glue the driver head back on its shaft, which I needed for the next morning. The repair person said he could fix it, but that Id have to leave it overnight for the curing (

Buying new clubs. After 2 hours trying different clubs with no real improvement vs current irons ( they were friendly making the clubs available), they tell me they have the personalized fitting sessions to really improve the performance ! 2 hours too late...

I love their selection for ladies! A lot of golf stores skimp on us so it is nice to have somewhere to shop! They always have great prices and sales. Also, their customer service is definitely on par (pun intended ;) )

I purchased new Cobra Max set today from this location. They didnt have the original ones I was looking for but decided to pay more for the nicer grips. There was no price on the clubs and couldnt find someone to help us so we took them to the front to run price. We didnt realize how much more expensive they were but they told us if we found a better price online from a legitimate place they would match. We found them $50 cheaper at Sears. When we showed them they said we dont match Sears. I said I dont get how a large chain wouldnt be matched. The salesman we agitated with us for even asking so we said we would go to Sears. He finally said he would match the price. We said thanks for working with us and he just goes yeah in a not so pleasant voice. Not good customer service but ultimately they still gave us what we wanted.

While it is true that Golfsmith has a great selection of golf equipment and apparel their customer service (or lack of) is APPALLING. This seems to be a consistent trait as we were recently in the large Austin store and their service was equally as bad. We even asked for someone to pls help us with some club selections and after 15 minutes no one bothered to come.It is not good enough to simply assume people will tolerate bad service just because of the store name. Even if I have to spend a bit more I will patron a store that has time for their customers.

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Employees spent more time shopping for themselves than actually working, yet they still didnt know where certain products were or what certain signs said on them. John had it right with his review. I dont know what Juan experienced unless he was an attractive teenage female because they sure got lots of help when they walked in but I didnt seem to exist. Go to Edwin Watts! Every experience I have had there the associates were Much more knowledgeable and helpful. I will be sending a corporate complaint.

This is the GREATEST golf store I have ever been to.The staff,from the manager and assistant manager to every sales person on the floor are all customer focused for the best experience possible.Whether I come in to buy or just look around they are all always cheerful and helpful.The knowledge of the entire staff is incredible,best in the business.They get to know you and never tire of seeing you.Hats off to the entire staff.Best manager,best crew around.The ONLY place I will ever buy.

I went strictly for golf apparel. I thought it was a little on the high end but they have great quality items.

Went in looking to find a set of irons. Nice store, but nobody helped me as I browsed for 30 minutes. I wont be going back.
