The attendant was an rude and out of line. We were 10 minutes late because at the last minute I had to pick up a couple of the kids I that were participating and their location is not easy to find. I walked in and the first thing he said was you guys are so late. I tell him about the difficulty finding the place and he says you should have called earlier. Then after we were done he tells the kids that the main thing they should never do is wait to ask for help like I did. Confused I said I never told them to wait and he again says I waited to call for help finding the place. Maybe there should be clearer directions or signage so its easier to find! I drove across town to get here and did not appreciate being treated this way. I already hate being late for things and am usually the one early. I did not need to be chastised by this person. I will not be returning and would not recomend this place to anyone. I went there to get my childs mind off of the SAT test he is taking tomorrow and came out with him feeling like he needed to give me a hug and apologize for the attendant.

Absolutely amazing...so much fun!! Well thought out props and puzzle! Nice mix of locks, riddles, story line and clues! Brandon was our host and he was phenomenal. Gave us just the right clue we needed to make it out in the nick of time!! We will be back!

It was interesting to a point. You have to really be into solving puzzles, codes, scrabble,that I liked. Oh dont listen to intently to the gentleman who put you in that room. He said one room,but there really were two rooms to our game. Spent so much time in the one room we did not complete our mission or solve our murder mystery. Not enough time for second room. when we discovered it.They gave us one hour to complete our task. I thought expensive my family thought reasonable. You tell me $18 per person only 10 people to a room

Unfortunately this was not our favorite escape room. Items in the room were old and broken. We were able to escape with about 5 unsolved puzzles. The host was nice though.

4 of us had the most fun, challenging experience in The Cabin! I dont want to ruin it for anyone but there were a few surprise elements that made it so much more fun and exciting!! We all highly recommend this room if you like scary movies and a challenge. Brandon was great! This is a great room to experience. Recommended age ...teenage 14+ to any age adult. Not for younger children. FYIReally fun!!!

Hardly an escape room veteran (this was my second) but I enjoyed the room and the local. We did the Sherlock room, described as a puzzle as opposed to a physical challenge room and thought the clues and theme were very well done. Only thing that prevented me from the 5 star rating was the a/c being out on the day of our visit. Thanks Brandon for going out of the way (fans, water bottles) to try to accommodate the unexpected challenge.

Went here with my family. There were seven of us in total which was a great number for this room. We did the Sherlock vs the Illuminati room. It was a great experience. The owner is really pleasant and explained how everything worked and even walked us through the first puzzle so we could get a feel for it because it was our first escape room. The puzzles in the room were challenging but not impossible and the whole family was able to get engaged. We cracked the room in just over 50 minutes and would definitely recommend this place. They also do parties and I think it would be fun for a group of kids. Very family friendly.

Worst escape room. They made us go with another group even though we reserved the room. I cannot express in words how creepy the owner is. Several locks wouldn’t open when we put the correct code in and the owner had to tell us we had it right but to keep “playing with it until it unlocked” which took up a lot of our time. And we couldn’t solve the room because the clue maker didn’t know their facts and gave us misleading information. I’m glad this wasn’t my first experience with escape rooms because I would never go again. I will definitely not be back to this location.

Fun place! Had a great time there. Itd be amazing if staff told more of the story and got everyone into the mood a little better, dont rush it. Excellent way to spend an hour though!!

You get what you pay for and thats not much. You would be wise to shell out the extra money and go to one of the many other options in town. The difference is like night and day. I see others had commented on the lack of functionality of the physical puzzles and Escape In Time responded months ago by saying they would correct this. They havent. Prepare to be frustrated with faulty props and rooms that are literally falling apart ( and not on purpose in a fun way).

This was our first time trying an escape room and it was so fun. We did the sherlock room since we had kids. The room was challenging but fun. The room was very neat and clean.I will definitely be back to try out the cabin room with some friends. Thanks Escape in time for a fun memorable day!

Sherlock vs Illuminati was very fun. They have different levels of difficulty in the room so let the person know how difficult you want it.There was a mixture of puzzles and electronic switches so it was fun.Hard to see the entrance even after parking. Just walk between Cicis and Subway and youll see the sign after a while (it is hiding behind another sign).

Escape in Time is AWESOME! We went as a family and everyone down to my 9 year old participated and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was fun and interesting with something for everyone. Staff was helpful and informative and made sure we had a good time.

Great time! Some rooms are very hard! Some clues are poorly worded. Some steps, basically, come down to intuition rather than following a clue. All said and done, having failed our last room: dang, I had a good time! FAQ: Yes, once you reach the main room there is a display counter and clue counter. Yes, the staff will help if you are running long or way off track. No, it is not easy for two people to pull off an escape (some machinations really need 3). All staff are wonderful and none are harsh or impatient. Bottom Line: Go! LOL! It is a humbling experience!

Only three clues for newbs is too few. It should be unlimited. They need to show examples of the locks first, esp the directional lock. The room (the cabin) was hilarious, but not everything functioned very well and even though we were doing the right things, the functionality of some of the puzzles was very low and we had to waste a clue for them to tell us just do it harder. Otherwise, the facility was clean. The price was good, and I liked the place. Ill go back here for other rooms in the future.

We came here with a group of girls and did the Cabin. We had so much fun we ended up doing the Sherlock also! Our host was awesome, thank you for everything! Rooms were well thought out, challenging and interesting.

Third time doing an escape room, 1st time at this location. Underwhelmed with the room, is an understatement. As we love escape rooms, we did still enjoy the expierence. Would not return.

The game we played was The Cabin. I was the only one in our party of five that had done an escape room before. The Cabin has plenty of puzzles to solve. Some that everyone could help solve and some that definitely provided a challenge. We finished the room with the help of several clues and a couple of extra minutes. We all enjoyed ourselves and plan to go back and do a different room. I do recommend Escape in Time and The Cabin.

This wasnt my first Escape room experience so my review is based on comparison with many others.The concept and room itself was awesome fun and an undoubtedly a thrilling experience but the crew needs to take care of basic arrangements. The descriptions/writings were not clear, some props in the room did not work well and somehow coordinating with the game master during play seemed difficult.

Loved this place. My wife, her brother and I did the Sherlock room last week. The puzzles were challenging, but there was a great flow to everything. Moving from one clue to the next made sense so it didnt feel like we were just trying random number combinations on all of the locks (like other escape rooms weve tried). With three of us, we used the full 60 minute time limit (actually went 38 seconds over), so the pace was great and we felt like we got our money’s worth. Also, the decor was great and some of the locking mechanisms were really clever, but I won’t spoil them here. I highly recommend this place and plan to go try the other room soon.

So much fun! This was our first escape room and it was a great first experience. Super awesome and friendly staff, we genuinely enjoyed our time. We will be back soon!

Firstly I want to compliment David who I believe is the owner for the constant communication with rescheduling our reservation due to the hurricane.We had a blast!! We have been wanting to do an escape room for quite some time and this was a well put together and thought out room.We did the sherlock room and will be returning once the other rooms open.I feel bad I dont remember the managers name but he was very helpful to us noobies. I love the system for him to talk with us in the room.

Done numerous Escape Rooms but this one is the best. The puzzles were hard but fit the theme perfectly. My entire family can’t wait to go back.

This was or first time. Took us a bit of time to catch on, but that was our doing. We would for sure go back. The owner was accommodating and very helpful.

I might now be addicted to Escape Rooms. Its so much fun! The hour flys by and you wish you could keep going. Will continue to visit as new rooms are added.

Tried this place with a Groupon and it was fun. It is very hard and more critical thinking with lots of puzzles and riddles. Managed to finish with 40 seconds left in the clock. The only think that bummed me out was that there were 3 rooms advertised in the Groupon but they arent available yet. I will say this. As soon as they are set up we will be returning to try the other rooms.
