Clean, well staffed, and organized... a bit over priced but overall a fun experience for the kiddos.... you will have to buy their anti slip socks at $2 Pack to jump... I would also say they are fairly safe considering its a Trampoline park and those arent exactly injury proof. Would return or possibly consider a Birthday party at this location
Me and daughter went for 3 hours and had an amazing time. We got there in the morning and it was a lot of fun. Plenty of trampolines, small arcade area (but who really cares about that). The rock climbing wall was too much fun for us. Here you can find a dodgeball area and a basketball rims for everyone to dunk on. I will be bringing my family back again.
Altitude is a good trampoline park. I have attended many birthday parties there and they were so much fun. Although it’s a great trampoline park, last year while i was there with a friend, I jumped off the rock wall into the foam pit and broke my finger. In. The. Foam. i don’t understand how but i did. When i told one of the employees there he gave me an ice pack. Not too sure how that helps but I was rushed to the ER and had a cast on for 6 weeks. I do not think i will return to altitude because I know have a phobia of foam pits! :)
Kids had a blast! Love that they have a homeschool time.
Love this place, we went to a birthday party and the kids enjoyed it very much. It is an open space with many interesting things to do for kids at variety ages. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The restrooms are clean. This is a very fun and safe place for kids to come and enjoy jumping and other physical fun games. Would strongly recommend this place to friends.
Amazing, fun, and clean place for kids & adults! The staff is very friendly & helpful. The price is decent as well.
So much fun and really good prices! Fun for kids and parents alike and theres never a boring moment!
They tried to make it as safe as possible!! Hand sanitizer everywhere!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our kids are aged 4 - 16 and they all had fun with such varied activities.
Staff are nice, they cleaned every now and then. I feel safe letting my son play on the trampolines during this pandemic.
Kids had a great time! Good clean environment.
I had my sons birthday here last weekend and I have nothing but great things to say. All of my guests had a wonderful time and the kids enjoyed themselves. Very clean and bright!! Out of all the birthdays I have planned for my son, this one is by far the best. Our hostess was very attentive and catered to all of our needs. We will definitely be back. Thank you Altitude for a great experience.
Place is ok .. Staff are kind of annoying. Thats just my opinion
Great place for the kids to release some energy. Super clean and fun!!!
It’s relatively clean. Prices are about the same as anywhere else. The kids seem to love it.The place is huge. There is a rock climbing wall, small trampolines, large trampolines, and long and short trampolines. They have basketball goals to dunk and a spinning arm that knocks you down like on wipeout. There are also two foam pits to jump into and a battle area.
Both my children (3) and (7) absolutely loved it. There are so many different areas and activities from them to do. Reasonable price for the hour.
This place is just AWESOME for the kids. If you have a very active..hyperactive kid like mine ...this is the perfect place for them to burn energy.. The prices are not bad for the jumping side of it.
Great place had a ton of fun
Staff is nothing but children. I called to make plans hours before getting to facility to confirm holiday hours. I was given the wrong times. And there wasn’t anything they could do about the miscommunication that was not my fault. I had a girlfriend from spring meet us here because it’s the half mark between us, it’s holiday break no where on the site mention different holiday hours, the google information doesn’t have it listed differently nor is the staff informed that the place apparently closes early. Waste of time and trip for my family and my friends. I had to complain 3 times before being offered a 1 hr free jump pass which will be wasted because I don’t plan on coming back to this facility and patronizing again. I have better things to do with my time money and family than to waste it on unprofessional staff. Very inconvenient to plan my evening and it be ruined because your staff are a bunch of uninformed children. I called at 5 pm and planned our visit from 7-9. Get here at 7 and told they close at 8. Asked to get the special on the jump prices and split it for the mishap but was told no because they are closing early. Extremely annoying.
Really great employees nice service
So far so good.Low key (not crowded at 6p).My family are having a good time. The food was good.It was more like snacks, but it is affordable. The service is great. The spring break special ( 2 hours = $18) made it worth while. I think I will return.
My teenager and all his friends love it. They jump for hours and have tons of fun.
Always a good time
400 Dollar birthday party is worth about 50 bucks. 5 dollar pizzas and warm waters. Then they want you to tip a party host who was never at your table. Trampolines are great, if your kids are getting screamed at by the angry manager lady in the pink shirt. Have your party at home and then go jump. Dont waste your money.
Kids enjoyed it, cleaned environment, cashier was very friendly, we will come back.
Very clean and nice plan to exercise and have fun!Very convenient for small or medium size groups, and the attendants watching over the place are really good! Highly recommended+
My son had an excellent time, filled the waiver out online. Made the process faster and didnt have to wait inside at the machine. Only complaint was the bathroom, the trash looked like a tetris challenge and it looked like it didnt get cleaned often.
This place was pretty good a when it opened. My Grandson is very good on a trampoline. We use to go here to practice. Very dangerous now. Rules are not enforced. Dozens of kids on the tumbling track at a time . . cutting in, running into other kids. A lot of kids who have no clue what their doing running all over with NO supervision.
Kids had a blast here. Would definitely recommend for groups, parties, etc. Even have TVs in the birthday party rooms so we could watch the Game!
The grandson and his friend spent a good amount of time playing on the trampolines. The only problem we had was trying to find a parking place!!!
The only issue Ive had here was parking on a spring break weekday because of the DPS next door. Parking wasnt a problem when we visited on a weekend. Staff are helpful and monitor throughout the facility. The play area is large but not too sprawling to keep an eye on your kids. Well-lit, relatively clean (with hand sanitizer stations), and a lot of bouncy fun for all ages!
3 stars because my kid enjoyed playing and the party that we attended...Loss of the 2 extra stars because the encounter that I had with (not one but) two of the front desk employees was rude. The first person asked my kids name, when I gave it she said so, you havent been here in over a year so you need to do another waiver. I said OK, and after that where is the party, the response was well you gotta do the waiver first and you cant get socks or a wristband until then...okay, but that wasnt my question. The second person (after redoing the waiver), took my slip from my hand and asked for the birthday childs name. When I gave it to her, she asked for the first name again. She looked at my mouth as I was saying the name (I assume to make sure she could see what I was pronouncing). Then she went to singing some song. She gave my kid the socks and said let me see your wrist. After she out the wristband on, she said okay thats it. I then said okay, I dont know where the party is...to which she replied with a name of an area. I told her I dont know where that is. She pointed and said up the stairs then turned her head and went back to singing.I thought... Theyre rude. Its not what you said, but how its said that can change the entire statement. If I werent there for a party, I surely wouldnt have been there for anything else.
Great place to take the kids, little on the steep side on the price, but clean which is a must with theres a thousand kids running and jumping in socks..on a hot day and a busy parking lot I wont go in. Id much rather get the kids ice cream and let them run it off at the house.
Very nice place to have a childs birthday. The staff were awesome and the party was great !!
Kids loved it, we had a BD party. Nobody got hurt.
Kids run freely. Not much supervision at all. Way more kids alone than kids with adults. They play adult rap music and encourage the kids to compete....even little kids. Just seemed kind of ghetto. Personally wouldnt ever drop my kids off there alone. One security guard on duty for a full capacity building of kids....under 15 yrs old...just looks like free for all. Kids walk in and out of the entrance...alone...no questions asked. Just not safe.
Very fun attraction for restless energetic kids. You can easily spend a couple hours here. The place is kept nice and clean. The staff is friendly and very attentive.
Oddly entertaining. Clueless staff but that’s the way we like them when you wanna cheat to the restricted areas!
It was great for the big kids. I just wish there was a baby/toddler area so my 1 year old would have more things to do while my big kids played
I went to take my son to a birthday party and I planned on purchasing passes for my daughter and I. I waited about 5-8 minutes in line and when I got to the counter I explained my son was here for a birthday party. The lady asked if I had an online waiver. I said no. I expected her to maybe have a paper copy to sign or use a computer maybe to sign the waiver. I had not been there before. She said I needed a waiver first and pointed to a group of computers where there was another line. They happened to be busy at this time so there were long lines. I looked at the new line then back at her and said seriously. I told her I was waiting for a while in line. She said yes, I needed to go get in that line to sign the waiver and come back to wait in line again. I told her I had never been there before and she said that I should have known I needed a waiver. I said, so now it is my fault? She said yes. I couldnt believe it actually! So, I went to wait in line and signed my son in, then went back to another line for another person (didnt want to speak to the 1st person again). I asked for the manager and explained the situation and all she could say was Im sorry...yes you need a waiver. I told her I was going to pay for my daughter and I, but there is no way I can pay money to her business. She didnt seem to care really..like I said they were busy with customers. So after about 15+ minutes I got my son signed in for the party. I will never pay money at this place or have a birthday party there for sure. Only if my kids get invited to a birthday party will I ever go back. Poor customer service in my opinion. My daughter was upset that I wouldnt pay money for her to jump, but we discussed poor customer service and how you dont have to pay money to a place that treats you a rudely.
My two boys 8, and 6 love Altitude. Weve been to all the other trampoline parks as well but Altitude is big wide and open, well-lit and tons of employee supervising the kids which I have not found to be the case at the other parks. The only complaint I have with altitude is high prices. The toddler Time is awesome, very reasonable. The 14 to $15 an hour is ridiculous. Still in the heat of summer or on cold rainy days during vacation its nice to do something indoors where boys can exercise and move and have a fantastic time. The bathrooms are clean and smell great. The staff is very friendly.
Just try and get an one hour jump on a Friday night for my son and got told I had to buy a their special that was three hours long!! We’ve been coming here for a while now and they refused my business altogether?? Get some adults working in this place!
Great place for my grandson. He had alot of fun. Price is right
The AC in this place is the best. The upstairs quiet room is a great get away for adults. The drinks are reasonable. I liked everything about this place. The kids enjoyed it. This is a nice affordable place to take the kids. They have a lot of things for the kids to do. Plenty of space to do it in. This will be our go to jump place.
It is very fun! No flaws as far as I have seen!
Good place to go for the trampolines. They need to change out their padding more often.
Can only rate this place based on its location, not the facility being as we couldnt even find anywhere to park after driving around the extremely crowded parking lot for 30 minutes before giving up. See, its connected to the DPS office, with roughly 100 people just meandering around outside the building, not really the feel safe experience I find appealing when I have my children with me, much less wanting to park at even if I could find a spot, as well as happy massage next door and f bomb pizza or something next to that. Ya, Ill pass. Wish I wouldve known before driving 40 minutes to get here.
Its Fun and a great place to hang out
Total open space... The upstairs quiet room is a great get away for adults. The drinks are reasonable. Our birthday party was hit . The kids enjoyed it. This is a nice affordable place to take the kids. They have a lot of things for the kids to do. Plenty of space to do it in. This will be our go to birthday party house....
Altitude is pretty lit I love how they do teen night for so cheap and we stay for so long
I went for a relatives bday. The kids had a blast. It was Papa Johns pizza,(no choice there), and chicken strips and salad. The chicken was great. They also provided bottled water. All in all. The kids and adults have fun.
Much cleaner than the other Altitude locations. Staff is run by teenagers but theyre friendly and willing to help. My kids have a blast here and it is easy to keep an eye on them.
We had our sons 7th birthday here. All the guest children and adults had a great time. The staff is very good at setting up, serving and making sure everything goes smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place and will be having more parties or just dropping by to jump in the future!
This place was pretty fun and has a lot of different attractions than a regular trampoline park. They have a rock wall with a foam pit floor, a high wall jump area, etc. I liked that my 3 year old come go on just about anything and there werent a lot of restrictions. I dont think there were enough staff people watching and making sure things were safe. I had to remind a kid not to jump until someone else cleared the foam pit and then my 3 year old fell off of a platform and no one came to help us at all or see how he was. For those reasons I took away a star
Had so much fun during toddler time.
Fun to go there with family and friends.
The kids loved it here & it wasnt as expensive as I thought
Fun place! Just please be mindful if you want to have a birthday party here, they do not allow outside food or cakes unless you purchase the birthday package from them.
Wonderful place for a birthday or just for plain having fun :))
Kudos KYLIE and AMY! While visiting the Altitude Spring Klein location today, my daughter dropped her cell phone in an area that could only be reached by employees. Kylie and Amy went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that the phone was returned to us! I have nothing but positive reviews for this location and the employees that work there! The facility is well kept, security is always available for teen night and my daughters always enjoy their time there. I am so glad to have this facility in the area and thanks again, Kylie and Amy for caring enough!
We have been twice and kids (8 and 10) really enjoyed it. They said they liked it better than sky zone as there are more areas than just jumping (rock wall, jumping pit, beam battle, etc). My son also really liked the VR experience. We will definitely go again.
It was ok, getting my papers processed wasnt too painful and I was in and out within an hour. Overall, I would not go again. The DPS gives me a lot of anxiety.
Love this place my son wants to go every weekend. I have not had any issues yet. Only thing is on Friday and Saturday night when kids get dropped off. I think maybe the cop that’s there supervising should stand outside in front to monitor parents picking up. They pull up and park and block traffic in front of doors. Park right in middle of road and actually get out to go get their child. Just don’t understand people’s thinking! Smh this happening can also cause a child to get ran over by one of these parents. Just a suggestion. Also I think it should be a age limit as well. I see high schoolers jumping around with Elementary and junior high kids. Also saw a high school boy and girl kissing and holding hands. Very touchy! That needs to be addressed big time. On Saturday nights would not recommend any children under 12. To many teenagers! Just something to think about.
Perfect place for the kiddos. Adults can jump/play with them too. The snacks and beverages are not overpriced which was a pleasant surprise.
Toddler time during the day is almost always empty. Its a great time for small kids to play without fear of being run down. Very fun place. weve been to several trampoline parks, and this is one of our favorites.
Its a good place for your kids to enjoy but its good for kids from 4years, its more safe for them
We had a birthday party there for my daughter, and have attended other parties there. It is clean, and organized and our party host Kayla yesterday was awesome making sure we had everything we needed.
Super clean, great staff and awesome service. I will be coming again.
Way more fun than urban air and sky zone they have much more to do
Great place to connect with your kids. I love going here just as much as my kids do
My kids are huge fans of Altitude. There is so much for them to do and despite how busy it is, plenty of room for kids of all ages and adults to enjoy.
Lots of fun and easy to keep an eye on kiddos.
Doesnt work there anymore, but Jessikah at the front was super nice and helpful. 10/10 would jump again because of the awesome service.
Toddler time was awesome. First trampoline park I have been to. Took my kids 6, 4, and 2. All of them had a great time (so did I). Place was clean, bathrooms were nice.
Great place, great food and most importantly a great staff.
Good place for kids to have fun!
Had so much fun, definitely coming back!
Had so much fun coming back again
It’s very fun and great to hang out with friends
Super fun place! It has more activity stations than other trampoline parks in the area. They even have a quiet room for parents.
It’s a very fun place to have fun with your friends!!
Super fun for kids super nice staff!! Had my daughters birthday here we had the best time!! We go all the time now!! Everyone is very nice here I would most definitely recommend it!!
Came here for my nieces bday and my girls loved it! We will be coming back a lot more now. They have specials on certain days which is great.
Very fun and and a lot of cute boys had fun
Awesome for a 5 year olds BirthdayVery laid back not and crowded on a Monday afternoon
Great place for kids teens and even adults to just let loose and have fun.
Did a great job for daughters 15th Birthday Party.
This is our go to jump place! My kids have an absolute blast. The facility is very clean with a fantastic set up. The staff was inviting and warming and the owners were there overlooking things. Although this location only recently opened, they are doing a superb job making sure everyone is happy.
It was...........I have no words. It was beyond awesome. My kids are sleeping so good.
Today was my birthday and i had the best time. Great place, really nice staff, tonight at teen night was a great first experience
