I took my daughter (17 months old) to see the new how to train your dragon.You guys made her first movie experience awesome! Thank you!!!!The cinema is a bit older, but its clean, you guys have new things added. And we loved the kids tray and boosters!!! The manager was very helpful as well.The kids tray was a hit with my toddler. It came with popcorn, candy/fruit snack and a drink.Most definitely will be back.

Staff was friendly, ticket prices were reasonable compared to other theaters. Snack selection was good for a theater, decent savings if you choose a combo. Free refills offered with select combos was nice. Coke fill station was a pick your flavors machine, lots and lots of options. Seats were comfortable, sound was loud enough to drown out a would be rude taking neighbor, but not loud enough to make your ears bleed. Theater was clean enough to enjoy the movie, but not White glove worthy. If your after a great movie experience without paying for the extra money for reclining seats this is your theater.

Fair, cheap prices for movie and popcorn. Big fan of having the free flavorings available. Seats were comfortable and spacious with removable armrests. Only complaint is the seats dont recline. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Weve never been to a movie but we did get high outside in the back for a few days even pulled up a mattress be and camped out for a few days and the plugs work

I like the experience we have here every time. It’s not as fancy as some of the other theatres but I mean that in a good way. We always get good service and I love they still have the butter your own popcorn machine!

Great experience. We watched ‘It Chapter 2,’ and halfway through the movie an employee dressed as penny wise stood near the entrance and gave us a scare! It was a night to remember and the employees were super friendly and hilarious. Great theater!

They have flavored popcorn which is amazing! It is also nice and quiet. You dont have to waddle through the big crouds to watch a movie and enjoy time out. its a clean place as well

Enjoyed the movie, seating accommodations were really good.The management needs to improve their service to customers. Long lines, computers down, phone lines slow, forgot to turn off the lights when the movie started I went out to tell them to shut them off they did so pretty soon.

Its a good movie theater. I had wanted better prices for going early are $5 Tuesdays like Im used to it from where I came from. But its more pricey and it seems like theres been road work going on for three months in front of it. A little difficult to get in and get out. I just think they should have better discounts or at least a $5 Tuesday movies.

Clean theater with all the top movies. Offers cheap family movies for summer through special ticket packages sold at local schools.

Only place we go to see movies . Dont have to walk a mile or pay for parking and always have a seating for the 5 of us. Food and ticket prices are high but where is it not these days! Bathrooms are always clean . Employees are always nice.

Great theatre. But doesnt have recliners. Thats because the ticket prices are pretty good

We love seeing movies here. Its the closest place to our house. They have great concession prices and a vintage theater feel. Its like when I went to movies in high school.

The staff is wonderful and the theater although they dont have reclining seats are pretty comfortable and they are great priced and kids 3 and under are free

Great movie theater. Comfortable and feels a little more personal. Never very crowded. Staff is always friendly.I love the different seasonings they have for the pop corn. And of course the awesome coke machines with more flavor options than you even knew existed.

I love taking my daughter to the movies here, the establishment is usually clean and the employees are very sweet. The only issue I have is that they have a few small theatres that do not accommodate the amount of people that come for that particular showing. Otherwise the popcorn is always popped tastefully, the prices are outlandish, but that is the same for any theatre you go to. The atmosphere is always welcoming.

Nice smaller theaters. With good snacks and drinks. And Its never too busy.

I have 4/5 stars because the seats havent been upgraded like the other theaters. Overall everything else was great!

I enjoy coming here, it doesnt have reclining seats but tickets are cheaper then going to the mall. Theaters are usually clean and maintained. Overall, nice theater nothing really to complain about.

Last time I was here, granted its been a while, there were just the regular movie theater seats. It may have changed now, but either way, it doesnt matter. The place is clean, they crowds are minimal and the staff is great.

Do not go here! My car got broken into last night and it’s not the first time its happened there. The employees were very nice. However, it’s a shady spot and they do not have working cameras.

Had a fun time..and the customer service was excellent

The 3d glasses are thin. Which caused me to get a headache. They very super freindly and let me switch to the 2D version. They also bring you food to your seat if needs to be freshly cooked.

Smaller cinema, usually clean and tidy. Very nice and helpful employees. Matinee times our usual so not commenting on peak hours. Plenty of parking easy access off hwy 2.

Ive been going to the Village Center Cinema since it opened out here. Ticket prices, food, and drinks are all fairly priced. The place is always clean and movies start on time. Anyone who is a film lover such as myself will appreciate the rewards card!

Theater is comfortable. The seating is spaced good and the screen is positioned good so viewing is comfortable. The place is well kept and clean. Bathrooms are not something out of a horror movie but opposite, they are clean and working. Prices are high in cossesions as with all movies but a good selection.

Staff was very friendly! I even received cookies for customer appreciation day! The theater is quite clean and its got a good basic layout. Very enjoyable experience.

Im ready to watch Dark Phoenix.Ok so heres the deal. I walk in to the cinema purchase my ticket and popcorn and drink. So far so good. I am then told I cannot enter the movie room with my backpack, I am to either leave it in my car (I have no car because Im in Spokane, Wa and my semi truck is at the Petro truck stop) or leave it with them at the register. I look over and see a woman with the same size backpack enter the movies, mind you it is not a diaper bag, shes accompanied by what I assume is her 10 year old child. I then ask them why she gets to enter with hers and not me? They call the usher and tell him to ask her to leave her backpack. I then turn around and notice they did nothing to actually store her bag at the register as they did mine. I say to them it is unfair and proceed to hand the usher my ticket, at this point I no longer have my backpack with me, I hand my ticket to the young man and there is a young girl also there so i ask them politely, why she went in with her backpack and i was not? This is where it gets interesting. They proceed to tell me that it was a purse and of different size than mine, to what I then exclaim that it was the exact same size as mine, a backpack! They continue saying it contained her personnel belongings and that she is a woman and I a man. That is when I said, it is unfair and a double standard. I also have personal belonging in my backpack. I then said I would have left it in my car, but, unfortunately I walked over to the cinema. I find it unjust and a bit discriminatory that they would do that and treat me that way. Saying that mine may contain WEAPONS or food. They put extra emphasis in the word WEAPONS. It just amazes me that we live in a society where everyone wants or demands to be equal which we are, dont get me wrong, but, there is always going to be that divide or double standard. Anyway Im here now and am going to enjoy my movie.P.S. Ive been to other movie theaters which never even bat an eye at me let alone mention my backpack. Even to the point that once in Sacramento I went in the movies with a fishing pole sticking out of my backpack.True story.

Our friendly neighborhood cinema! We almost never go out for a movie but the convenience of this location is unsurpassed and the quality (comfort) of the setting is great.

If you don’t like people or crowds come to this theater it’s nice and dead and quiet! Perfect movie experience

I enjoy the cinema not only because its the closest to me, but because the staff is friendly and the building is clean. Parking is usually easy to find, at least during most weekdays. Weekends it can be a bit more difficult.

Quite a few of the lights on the outside signage is out. Im wondering if the even care about the place. Seems like a fairly new theater and its quite nice inside.Seats are comfy but they dont recline. The arm rests do go up though. Each theater is just over 100 seats.Overall a decent theater.

Best movie experience any where around. The staff are super friendly and let you put butter on your popcorn when its half full then return to top off your container and go back for more butter. I love this! The seats are super comfortable and lots of room. Sound is excellent. Totally awesome experience!

It was good. Maybe better for movies 2 hours or less because seats get a little uncomfortable when watching long movies like Avengers Endgame.

Nice alternative to crowds at downtown theaters.

This was a cute, small theater. It was clean, the price wasnt bad and the staff seemed pretty friendly and attentive. The only reason why I did not give this 5 stars was because the seats are not as amazing as the ones in AMC Riverfront Theater downtown, and the sound system wasnt as good. Still, this is a good theater and I would come here again. It was not crowded, and we went to see the latest Avengers movie. Places that are not crowded are great, so yay to that too. If you live in Airway Heights, this is for you.

Theres absolutely no way to contact the theater. were coming in with a quadriplegic from east spokane because its supposed to be the most accessible theater in the area. So thats all great except for the fact that you call & the automated systems functions well with giving show times & all that, but when trying to get a hold of the box office or any employee whatsoever the automated system drops you completely, every time. very disappointed, we have questions regarding a few handicap things before coming in today & absolutely no way to get a hold of anyone to figure it out without driving all the way there or waiting back for a possible email response..

I appreciate the basics this cineplex offers...however, I’d be more inclined to become a VIP member if the theaters offered reclining seats...at least those types of seats provide the OPTION to adjust seats whereas what exists now are stiff and uncomfortable. What I’m paying for directly references the majority of my experience: my comfort — the movies and refreshments are interchangeable, the comfort isn’t.

I wanted to take my friends to a rated R movie, I am 18, and they are 15 and 17 years old. I thought I could buy them a ticket, but nooooooo. So, I have a question, we can join the military and kill people but not buy our friends tickets to see a horror movie? Will not be coming here again.

I love this little theater. Food prices are very reasonable comparatively speaking. Very clean and well run.

Great staff with a smile. I love the set up and how its is not too big but big enough to have great theaters. The seats are comfortable but not reclineable, and its very clean. The concessions are super cheaper then normal as well. Loved it!!

I got to the theater way before my movie started so I was able to observe the staff and their interactions with the other staff. All of the staff were very courteous to the customers. I noticed one employee in particular going above and beyond to help patrons AND accomplish behind the scenes activities. Ian was the staff member and when there were no other customers to be helped Ian was checking the bathrooms for needed supplies and the ice machine for ice. Many of the mundane tasks that many customers take for granted. I definitely appreciate a worker that looks for things that need to be done, and I wanted Ian (and his employers) to know that his hard work shows that this theater really values good employees. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

My husband asked me to marry him again here! The entire staff was involve and it was so sweet! This is our favorite place to go The coffee bar makes it a standout in my opinion, the people are great and there is always a good movie to see! We love it

Nothing special about one theater over another but this place is always clean, has a huge parking lot so parking is not an issue and I don’t believe I have ever seen it crowded. Popcorn is good which is important to me.

Nice movie theater in Airway heights. Never seems to be too much of hard time getting tickets even for new movies. Only $8 with a military ID as well!

I love getting the bundle packages for movies all summer. Even though they are older movies, you cant beat taking the kids. $5. For 9 movies once a week. Love it!

Little awkward in their lobby. The employees were fantastic. They even helped me when I dropped my drink. I was sticky before the movie even started.

We like this theatre, because its close to home, and they are seldom super busy.They have surround sound and true theater seats in all the theaters, and theyre staggered in elevation so everyone has a great view, even the shorter of folks.Snacks are outrageous as usual, but thats to be expected.

Staff is great. Facility is clean and The little theater that can is a fun experience!
