The city of Spartanburg has let this park get run down. The baseball field is sorta managed but everything else is in shambles.

I really enjoyed the spark! They have Great Wide areas for dogs to play and also a picnic area with the Pavilion on top very nice I will be returning to this park

Great baseball field! Unfortunately, the rain made the infield unplayable, but the outfield was as green as green can be! Parking is easy, right next to the home dugout. Down the hill next to a lower parking lot there is a picnic area and a basketball court. The only negative I would point out is that almost everything is rusty. This is obviously an old park. It could use some upgrades. The block wall supporting the backstop is beginning to crumble, and it appears that water from the rain pools behind it. Then for days after a rain water seeps through it and onto the infield. Its a shame because the field itself is well maintained other than being wet and muddy longer than it might normally be if there was better drainage. Overall a great park for baseball, basketball, and picnicking.

Very well maintained park! We held our service for Relevant Church at the covered shelter by the basketball courts and it was great! Plenty of parking and stuff for the kids to do like play basketball, have a little ball game on the ball field, or just hang out for a little while.

Needs some TLC but I love how close it is, and a cool environment to workout and shoot ball.

Like the scene of the park. Better Basketball goals from the city would be nice

Very clean park. Nice big covered picnic areas. Great for groups.

Cool little park out of the way but in the middle of everything on the east side.
