So far so good.... Give 3 (3.5) because cant do halves. Going to definitely need a lot of TLC to be comfortable, which is optional.

At one time a nice park. Has had bad management in past. Right now looks like a Sanford and sons. Little bit of junk,cars abandoned or non running and trash all over. New managers I think are trying but think over their heads and owners that just want the money and dont care what park looks like. Such a shame too, it had the potiental to be a beautiful place. I just say were are all peoples mind at its a very low rent Im gonna be paying 450 come on people! If the community doesnt like trashy fix it up your self I mean make the best out a home you have. Obviously whoever chose to live there is just trying to survive because they really cant afford better in myopinion

Ive been lied about here ive had the police called on me for no reason. Theyve tried to go above the law and no trespass me from my own property. Everything about this place is corrupt and if you try to expose them for the bad stuff they do they terminate your lease. The place is in shambles its pure filth they buy condemned trailers and move people into them then refuse to fix a single thing and tell you to your face you didnt report any issues even if you did. They have people spy on you thats their own words then when their spies complain even if its a lie theyll terminate your lease. Dhec came and condemned pretty much all their trailers and they just told me dhec cant condemn their trailers lol i guess theyre above the law. The living conditions here arent legal. They just terminated my lease because people called and lied on me and im forced to get a lawyer and take this to civil claims court.

I have lived here for several years. This is a decent place to live. The landlords try to accommodate the tenants as much as possible. I know a few people on Google reviews who have made bad comments about the park and people who run it and the only reason they give bad reviews is because they have caused problems here and been given many chances to act like they are supposed to and follow the rules and regulations of the park which they already knew from signing the lease but didnt want to and either got evicted or had their lease terminated, but that was their fault not the landlords. The only complaint I have and its only very occasionally, is the loud music from some of the tenants and the revving of vehicles and some speeders. The landlords are working on those issues. Overall happy with this park.

Whoever owns this place which I will find out. the woman took an application which has my social security number and she only wanted to copy my financial information then she called and said I was denied she never veried ANY of my information or rental history. She didnt want identification. I am going to report this place to every agency I can. Its a reason there is no way to contact the owner. I think I was denied because I am black beware of this place.

Have lived here for several years nice quiet place most neighbors are friendly and respect each other management are very nice and try to accommodate and help in any way they can.

I disagree... It got 1 star from me because thats the lowest I can rate. In all reality it dont even deserve that.

Was thinking about renting from this place but once I rode through and seen everything and I met the landlords and seen how they lived I quickly changed my mind I strongly agree if you are looking to rent from here I wouldn’t they are supposed to uphold the image of the park and they are making their community look bad

This place could use some improvement. Site management is lax. Takes a long time to get maintenance jobs done if at all. Not highly recommended. If anyone is reading this take heed, RENT ATYOUR OWN RISK

The lady was really nice to me when I came today.

I lived there for 14 years.it was drug dealer infected.they got them out.then it went though new owners.now it looks like a scrap and hoarders domain.If you rent forget about getting anything fixed in a timely manner.neigh had a branch come though his roof.after 3 weeks I fixed it for him.his floor was crumbling it took 6 months to get it fixed.I owned my trailer.glad to be gone from there.
