People need to keep there yards cleaner and help each other keep the park clean.

I just purchased a mobile home here I’m trying to pay the lot rent I have the title and mobile home key I don’t know what’s going on here but I come today and locks are changed my curtains are in the garbage and someone is painting the house I’ve been trying to get in touch with people in the office and they never call me back it’s looks like they sold the house to someone else also I need to know what’s going on whom I need to talk to about

Floors caved in, no heat or air, oven didnt work, two bathrooms yet only one usable, ant infestation throughout, management has nasty attitudes and refuse to fix anything

Greenleaf is the new owners the offer manager doesnt smile. Mae Co was the old owners I wish he was still here.New owners put in the least no pitbulls and Rocks and cant be over 60 pounders or pay $300 fee with rent. I had my pit for 2years no problem,but had to give it away They here 90 days tho..

New owners dont want to fix anything but still expect u to pay full rent

Theres great trailers for rent over there. The only problem is a lot of cats running around.

Its a dump. Drugs,galore on every corner. Not fit for humans to live there. Management is hateful and wont repair anything.
