Its ok but people need to clean up there yards and help each other keep it clean.

Better than most mobil home parks I have seen. Pretty clean and well taken care of.

For this place to be off a busy road, it is very quiet and peaceful.

Northbrook park is one of the best trailor parks in spartanburg because its located in boling springs. Its the only place i know, where the landlord has an employee that checks over the nieghborhood and provides services such as plumbing, building, and more. Its a calm nieghborhood and theres no animals allowed.
