This used to be a great place to live until the new owners took over. Its now called South Bend Estates and is going down hill fast. The new office manager continues to operates outside of her authority, constantly trying to harass, intemidate, & bully home owners and to defraud them out of their homes. Regularly blocking their sales for months when they try to sell them so that she can make a personal profit and buy the units for a lower price. The California based owners have allowed her continue to operate (unchecked) both immorally & unprofessionally despite being notified by residents of these shady & most likely illegal activities.

It used to belong to my family, since the early 1950s, but was sold to new owners as of Nov 1, 2017. Its no longer named Hamann Mobile Home Park. The new name is South Bend Estates. Its still a wonderful place to live. Lets just hope it stays that way under the new ownership!
