Helpful yet more then I want to pay

The community isnt bad. I have great neighbors. Its the management that is insufferable. They bully their residents and break almost every part of the lease agreement. They do not attend to duties or address concerns and will not send maintenance if they just dont feel like it. It would be a thousand times better with adequate and professional management. But its home for now. The neighbors are quiet and Ive had no issues with anyone besides management.

I live here. Its a nice place. Been here over 15yrs.

Glass every where broken pavement through out the entire place good place to get a flat or huge medical bill for your pets or children..

I have 40 year history of paying my mortgage later rent never missed have. Money good credit and wouldnt even let me fill out an application due to my disability income 1350 month. Who set this scales I only have 230 month going out shady judgement

A big trailer hood but at least they got a nice big underground pool to swim in the summer time so that says all there is to say about this place obviously.

Super nice. Landscape is awesome. Easy access to by pass and shopping.

Terrible place it floods out the Manager does absolutely nothing but bug you about Rent a tree knocks stuff off my trailer and they threaten to write me up if it doesnt meet the park standards they keep the pool closed they dont cut the grass out front allergies and fleas run wild its just a bad place

One of the nicer mobile home parks right located off the mayflower bypass which is nice, but I dont like that its a $100.00 deposit for using the community center for an event and you cleaned your mess up and dont get it back, other owners let you deposit 50 and get it back if you cleaned up afterward. Its $350.00 for lot rent. You pay utilities and rent on trailer.

We could smell someone cooking meth in the front of the park. It may be better now.

Tried applying here and they never called to inform myself or the father of my kids if we got approved or not but yet found out from other residents that stay here that management informed them that we wasnt approved. Hmmm last I checked thats illegal to give out anyones information like that.

Its a better place n nice to live there n it nice for the kids to live there

Good people good neighborhood

It was not to bad. I had a room that I shared and I had to sleep on a pull out bed. The showers were nice and hot though. Gave okay cause I only got to spend the night. I guess if I had a bed that was a real bed I would have gave more stars..

My daughter and her husband andchildren been out there for about 5 years and they like it

The staff were so helpful! I saw a variety of options right from the get-go. Never felt like I was being ignored or pushed. So friendly and wonderful! Look forward to seeing all that the community has to offer!!!

Management harasses you if you have a complaint about anything weve lived in nasty flood waters and the water is unsafe to drink but you complain about it and youll have write ups for little things like not taking all the leafs up outside when we dont even have trees they find ways to push people out already had two meth labs on my street and one of the trailers are still just sitting here with roaches living in it but like I said you call and complain about anything be prepared for some write ups

They advertise about a handyman special and you call and leave voicemails and they never return the voicemails. Not a very good business model

When we first came to see what became our home quite a few years ago the park was quiet that day. We moved in about a month after buying and we have been living in hell here ever since. We have complained about the noise level here ever since about 2 weeks after moving in they have done nothing about it and even now with a new landlord the extreme noise continues when I moved in my hearing was fine now after excess noise level from neighbors car stereos and in home stereos that well exceed normal limits I have constant ringing in my ears we have had 2 glass light fixtures fall from our ceilings because of the harsh vibrations loosening them from their mounts. People still do not have dogs on leashes need I say more? If we had known this place was this bad we never would have purchased a mobile home here! oh and so far as safe not true 2 neighbors had their doors kicked open and now have no trespassing signs on their homes and we have a window in the back of our house that has been knocked out frame and all plus we have had tennis balls launched at the back of our home leaving dents and a small hole in the siding and had the original front porch light yanked off our house and placed in a small pile in front of our front door it costs money to replace the damage so please think before you buy here if the new landlord will finally do something about the noise level here i will change the parts of this post that have been updated

I literally HAD to give one star. I have been trying to contact these people for weeks at first by phone and then by Facebook message no one ever answer or responds.

Nice place

I have lived there. Pretty much its a quiet layed back place. Sometimes you run into incidents or situations as every neighborhood or living complex. Trying to get something done sometimes dont get taken care of. I have been promised to have my sidewalk fixed since I bought my mobile home will be 2 yrs this summer. I have tripped,fallen, broke snowblower blade on sidewalk and have had several visitors that have tripped, stumbled or fallen themselves due to treeroot that has grown under my sidewalk. Im on disability and have complained every month I go to pay my lot rent. I have never been late or caused any problems and not trying to. Just would like to be able to walk down the entrance to my home without fear of tripping or falling. Recently new owners took over there and have made a few improvements. Built a new park, which we had one just tore it down and made a few improvements. Moved in new mobile homes but have now made it where you can lease or rent to wear as it used to be on only for your mobile home which is caused a little chaos, with the chosen people they have let move in.

It is a very relaxing comfortable place to visit

Very nice has a little wild life as well good people and easy in and out exits

Its a great and fun place whether your In the woods in the trails or in the play ground there is always something to see and hear

Pretty good place to live, but not a good place if you want to have a kids Personal pool in the yard Or swing set of any kind or childrens large toys for your yard The office does not allow it

Nit pick to much and why dont mobile home park rent to felons? Everyone needs a home even if they have a past !

Did electrical work for the facility in January 2018. Still not paid in July 2018. Keep getting BS about they are contacting corporate to get it resolved today. They are thieves and have no intention of paying.
