My family and I chose Clear Water because of the safe neighborhood and lived there for 10 years. It was a great place to raise our kids and generally a quiet area. They take pride in the look of the community and ensure that it is always a beautiful place to live. We chose to move because we were outgrowing our space and they helped with that too. They brokered our home and the selling process went very smooth.

Well run community. Great place to call home.We just got our lease signed today and have been very impressed with the service of the office staff thus far in making this as smooth of a transition as possible. The community seems well maintained and quiet.

Really nice place! Visited friends, and was impressed how nice the grounds were. It was Friday around 11 at night, and totally quiet in the neighborhood too.

Seems like a very nice place to live. It is out in the country type setting instead of elbow to elbow in town. Places look clean and well maintained.

Lot rent very expensive. Just a place to live. I lived there for 23 years. Went downhill for past 10 years. Now back in apartment living...so so.

Ive been here 3 years. Bought my trailer for almost $20,000 and went from paying $299/ month for lot Rent to $480/month. Why am I paying almost the same amount as people who dont own their trailer?? Why 12 days into the month am I almost $1000 in Debt if I dont pay rent by the first? How can you charge me $430 for eviction papers not even 2 weeks into the month when I own my Trailer, and legally you cant take my trailer for a month of back rent???? I would not recommend ANY one to live here and I think yall are rip off Artist. Selling my trailer to someone that ISNT Clear Water or dragging it off the property the first Chance I get.

Lied to try to get wife and I to buy a mobile home. Then lied and told us we were not alowed to remove a mobile home if we purchased from them. Overpriced community as well

I did not exactly like this because of how the staff treated the kids and also one of the staff were fired because he was helping old ladies cut their yard. We were cussed at,flicked off and kicked out of the park for innocents.
