Tallview Terrace is not the best place to live management here that will help you out they constantly rag on you for whats on your porch how short your grass is if you got weeds or whatever criticized you for everything will color your house is and all that Google wants me to give a a good review for him I wont tell View Terrace is the worst place to live in Sioux City Iowa

I had gone and visited a friend here. The park look very nice and the people looked happy and care free. I’m seriously considering of moving here and getting out of lake forest. Hopefully the manager is a nice lady

Tracey is an amazing manager and super easy to work with! Lovely homes and friendly neighborhood. Kid and pet friendly

They try to keep things clean and attractive. Some people care about keeping their yard attractive while other yards look pretty crappy.

It is a quite nice place, very clean and very well kept up.

Tallview is very well set up with beautiful community settings and decorations. It is very quiet and although it is close to a main road, a person wouldnt be able to notice this while at the trailer court.

Nice clean and organized mobile home park, although I think it could use a little more lighting.

Dont do it. They may seem friendly at first but after a couple months or years, things add up about 100 every year to your rent. They charge month to month fee $50 or more, that is also including your rent. A couple family has moved out because of it going up. They drive around, just watching your every move. They only really care about the money.
