Minicine? Mini Cinema. Why the question mark? Because, who knows what will happen? Great venue. Lots of character. The owner is wonderful and tells marvelous stories. Id go back just to listen to him talk.

Minicine? Is more than a microcinema and gallery space. The possibilities are endless, thanks to David Nelson, its proprietor. In this case, it was a space for a wedding reception, and it was just perfect.

LOVE THIS PLACE! This is where people can go to find all disciplines of the arts. Constantly blown away by the caliber of music, visual art, and film.

Minicine is a hidden jewel. Kind of an underground feel in that the artists may be local, regional, as well as, musicians and film makers that are local, regional or international. The appetizers are usually vegan. minicine? opens its space to showcase artists of all types, often for the less conventional. Always a delight.

While I have only been to minicine?, a half dozen times so far, I have yet to be disappointed. It is and may always be a work in progress. It provides an opportunity to be a part of interesting, high quality cultural experiences that are uncommon in Shreveport. Thanks to David Nelson.
