Debated on posting a review. The stables is well kept and the office and staff are great. They never had issues fixing things and were so kind. The only issue is the massive amount of ferrel cats all over the park and being fed by residents. It needs to be fixed or I think they will lose out on residents staying. Other than that I would give it a 5/5 on everything!

Waitress was very friendly. Not a long wait at all. Food was out fast. Only issue was food just tasted ok. Two adult meals and a kids meal for #70.

Good layouts on homes but if you buy you still have to pay a 500 lot rent for grounds yet you pay taxes and upkeep on your own property not sure what the 500 covers outside the community they have

I lived there for 10 years and loved it. My kids had a great time there. We have many friends that still live there. We moved because lot rents got rediculous.The staff of the Stables are very professional and kind. Its a great place to raise kids and safe.

Good other than the drain hole at the entrance of the stables it bout tore the underside of my car out

My family has lived here since July 4 2018. We love it here and haven’t had any issues so far. Kerry has always done what we ask no problem. She is true to her word. All of the girls in the office are always nice to us and make us feel like family. They always keep the park very neat and clean! I recommend The Stables it’s a very good place to live.

Hello, my name is Stephanie. My husband and I, along with our children moved in here at The Stables in Aug. of 2017. Staff and managers are very friendly and the community is beautiful and very peaceful!!! We have truly enjoyed living here and feel very blessed to have found a place that said yes to our fur babies as finding pet friendly in this area is near impossible!!!!! My family and I moved here three months ago and love the office staff, maintenance crew, and our home itself! The office staff has been very helpful and caring, especially the manager Kerry. The maintenance crew is fast and efficient, plus nice to our kids. We live in a safe area where I know my kids can play and not have to worry about crazy neighbors or traffic :) We enjoy our home and are proud to share we live here!!!

Beware. Do not be fooled by how nicely they may treat you while they take your money. I wish I had kept looking for a better place to live. I am stuck here for now but I hope that changes soon. The staff has been nothing but bullies and they pick favorites with the residents. There are at least 3 people that constantly feed stray cats and they never get any punishment for it. The cats have torn up my underpinning and as previously stated the lot rent is totally ridiculous. Almost 425.00 a month to have cats tearing up your house. Shame on this place.

Whatever you do do not move into this neighborhood the rent is high and increases often. My rent has doubled since I have been here. When you first come here they are very friendly and get you in the door after that they are rude And dishonest. Don’t be fooled.

I bought a double wide from an individual in the park approximately 7 months ago. Its a pretty park. I love the girls in the office. Some of the kids in the park our rough with our little ones (hence the 4 stars). I read through the reviews myself, I see others post about the office being strict, theyre just trying to keep the park nice for everyone. Theyve came to my door before and asked me to move or fix something. I respect that, everyone deserves to live in a clean looking park.

We lived in this place, which was akin to Hitlers Germany. You cant do anything without being written a ticket by the neighborhood Gestapo. They drive around on their little golfcarts measuring your grass with a ruler and telling you to mow. I did mow the grass regularly, they were just unreasonable about it. It didnt matter if it had rained all week and you didnt want to clog up and damage your mower. If you couldnt mow, you were charged $50 to mow your grass. There was a large dead tree leaning over in the rear of our lot, the branches had damaged the gutters on our home. I asked the community to remove the tree for six months and nothing was ever done, they just kept making empty promises. You cant have vehicles that are not in running condition/ have plates (not an issue for us, but could be for someone in the automotive hobby). They tell you who you can and cant have as house guests. The playground was tore down, and never rebuilt/ replaced to my knowledge. The pool is a cesspit of urine, and the bathroom at the pool was permanently closed due to vandalism, so where do you think those kids are going to urinate. Lot rent was $500 for a plot big enough for a double wide with literally 15 feet on two sides and 10 feet on the other two sides. You live and you learn, but I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. We were written a ticket on our first day there for having a childs toy in the yard. No swingsets, playhouses, or any toys are allowed in the front or side yards.

I love it here. Best state to visit in the entire U.S. People are very nice and southern people. I recommend coming here for any occasion.

Mostly good quiet neighborhood. If youre buying, lot rent is kinda high. If youre renting, it takes maintenance quite a while to fix something, unless its critical to get fixed.

Ive lived here almost 2 years. I have some cats and dogs. Im unable to handle a two-story place as I have back issues that prevent me from walking well some times. This was the only place I could find that allowed pets and 3 bedrooms did not want over $1,500.00 rent. The homes are old and not maintained real well. They also have problems keeping maintenance people. Ive seen a lot worse! Over all at least its not a trashy place. Would never buy used home here but would consider a new one brought in.

It is a great neighborhood, there are some bad kids in here but they get arrested.

If customer service is what you are looking for then keep looking. The only person at this office who comes close to having a since of what that means is Bree. However she is more about telling you what you want to hear. I have lived in this community for 2 years and have never been late on my rent. we were looking to purchase a home and as we had our own inspection (out of our own pocket because they do not give inspections on home purchase?) we were basically told that the guy we hired lied to us about the inspection and Kyle would have his own guy inspect it. The guy had nothing to gain by lying to us about what he found in his inspection, he didnt know us and we didnt know him. Well like I said Ive lived here 2 years and seen their guys at work, hince I hired a 3rd party to come in. He told us the heat unit would more than likely go out in the next year so we asked to have a new unit put in and added to our loan Kyle said it could not be done? So we opted to stay where we are at. 4 months into the new homeowners moving into said home the unit had to be replaced! 4 months ago I started telling Bree our lease was up at end of October. She was showing us other listings in the community we may be interested in and in the process they overlooked our renewal papers. 2 months ago we recieved a letter stating that lot rent will be increased, Kyle stood in office and told my husband he would hold off on adding the increase to ours until the first of year. I paid my rent on the 5th as I do ever month and on the 6th recieved an eviction notice over $50. As previously stated I have NEVER been late on rent as I have 2 kids who need a place to lay their heads at night! Since we choose to not take any of the other homes they choose to add the increase to this months rent without telling us and that is why I recieved an eviction notice over $50? I have paid $18,600 (on time everytime) in 2 years and you are going to send me an eviction notice over $50! If there was a negative rating they have definatly have earned it.

Office staff is very poor they lie about whats really going on very rude and un professional and if you call them out on there lies they will tell you your not qualified. Dont go here read other reviews pretty place on outside but staff makes it very ugly on insied

Ci Cis Is Awesome!!!

A relative of mine is dealing with these people. Prices quoted are NOT actual prices as they keep adding to them.....and by more than a 3rd! This reeks of shady. These mobile homes they have are not well kept as i have friends living in some and while businesses are allowed to make money, fleecing low income desperate people is NOT how you should do it. BEWARE!

Will never live here again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
