Ive lived here 3 years now. After the fires they wasnt many places to rent and we needed something right then . We were moving back from Virginia and so we picked us out a place and made it a nice home. Great management.

I like the park.Some say its not the greatest but it is what you make it.Home is where the heart is.It is close to everything & reasonable rent & very cheap lot rent.I would recommend this for anyone looking for a great place to live thats close to Pigeon Forge.

I like it here. Very peaceful and quiet. Landlord is nice as well, he works with you as long as you show effort!

Homes are very close together, but two playgrounds. Decent rent rates.

Good place to live Gary is a good guy. My wife and I with our 5 kids moved in April 11th so far its been peaceful and quiet. We love quiet lol nice trailer to. I know hes not selling trailers no more because of people in the past but I hope he let us buy this one next year around tax time lol fingers crossed or if anybody here in Dear Field Park is selling their home let us now about it or right a review here im in eight point. Other than that good place thank you Gary

Gary Dixion and his wife are good people always been fair wi people fair ive rented for 10yrs now never had nothing but good exper9with them if your getting kicked out u have a reason for. For not paying rent. Pets ur lease plainly say no pets or liveing nasty or destroying his place

The owner may be strict but thats the way he should be if it wasnt that way there would only be trash up in this place I know and my husband knows many people thats got booted out of here due to not following the rules for buying their place and its been quiet for the longest time weve been in here thank you Gary you are a very good owner and thank your wife to cuz it takes two to make a good marriage and I think youre both great and so does my husband Gary

This place is a joke. The landlord, Gary Dixion is a complete joke. Hes nasty himself. He only cares about himself and his money. I lived there for almost 5 months. Worst experience ive ever had. I had complaints the day I moved in. Everything I had problems with he would never fix. Not to mention the carpet inside of the place was so nasty. I shampooed the carpets multiple times and still they were filthy. The walls looked like they had never been washed down. The cock roaches were so nasty and so were the bedbugs. I have to say living there put me through pure hell. I would suggest no one to live here. Its not fit for anyone and the health department has been called multiple times on that place. Gary Dixion and his trailer park need to go. Theyre nasty and filthy people.
