The floor plan for the activities is well thought out. Not a generic trampoline park but I do recommend getting there early like we did so there is plenty of playing space. Unfortunately most of everyone didnt wear masks and social distancing was basically non-existent however kind of hard for those to observe in a place like that. Staff wore masks but saw no cleaning or disinfecting in such a high traffic area. They were mostly on their phones behind the counter. Nevertheless, my boys had lots of fun and it was reasonably priced and staff was overall pleasant.

If youve seen the American Ninja competitions on NBC this indoor park is the training ground for that. The kids had a blast running jumping climbing over under in through around, you name it, they did it. Kids of all ages were participating and the bigger kids were very careful of the tinyest little girl. If she was 2 Id be surprised. The best part, adults can play too!

Their website falsely advertises that masks are required for everyone ages 13 and up. Even though this is a citywide mandate, apparently Sevier Air doesn’t care.Though I 100% understand the difficulties behind enforcing this policy, not even the workers were wearing their masks. They just straight up didn’t care. If you’re looking for safe and fun activities, this is not the place to go.

The staff was amazing they closed at 9pm we had got there at 745 so we paid for 1hr got 2hrs its so much fun will be going back next yr thank yall (STAFF) they was amazing. A little blond girl gave us a good deal ask for her she works at the front desk thank yall

Our boys enjoyed their time here. It is very clean, and there is a lot to do. Upstairs has several jumping areas and ninja obstacle courses. Downstairs you could buy snacks and let the little ones play. The only problem we had was with the staff. They were friendly, but they were more focused on socializing amongst themselves. We did have one gentleman be very sweet to my youngest boy. I wish I had gotten his name.

I enjoyed bringing my kids here and had a lot of fun. the majority of the staff were awesome, but when my sister had called about a party the girl who answered the phone was a little rude and I believe her name was haley. Other than that we enjoyed coming there.

We went early to avoid the crowds. Our kids had a blast! Clean building with friendly service. A bit pricey for an hour. But our kids had a great time. Well be back for sure.

We spent our Thanksgiving vacation in Pigeon Forge, and with two small boys, they had to try this place out. It is absolutely fantastic! So much to do for all ages. I had a blast, as did my husband (particularly running up the warped wall). My kids still want to come back and visit for another vacation.

Short version: I definitely recommend! Great for kids of all ages, affordable, excellent indoor activity option for a rainy or super hot day, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Convenient location near back roads, shopping and several restaurants.**Make sure to register and complete your waivers online before you arrive to save TONS of time! Having to wait in line to use their computers to do waivers for everyone in your party can take a while depending on how busy they are and I can assure you that your kids will be bouncing off the walls begging you to hurry hurry hurry since they can see all of the fun from the registration desk Once thats done you just go to the main counter to choose the length of time you want to purchase, pay and receive your socks and color coded wrist band and youre all set.We are local and come here every couple of months to let our three children play. Its affordable and all three kids love it which is a rare find with their age range (8yrs-22m). Staff has never been less than friendly and the bathrooms have always been well stocked and clean. My only suggestion is to revamp and add to the downstairs portion for the smaller kids, its also very dark down there when the sun starts setting so adding a little extra light would help make it look more inviting I think. Extra perk for the parents.... They even have massage chairs so you can take a break and relax while your husband/significant other chases your bouncing kids for a while. AND as if that wasnt reason enough to love it I can almost guarantee that your kids will sleep/nap great after you leave here!

Family friendly, clean and affordable. Two hours is perfect for my 5yo and 3yo. They have an adult ninja course as well and a cargo net jungle gym. The downstairs area is a decent size area for toddlers to play and they have a BEAM interactive floor projector that was cool even as an adult. They got rid of the foam pits and have an soft air mattress thing that deflates as you fall into it. Safety was my issue. They have teen ager staff that just stand/sit around while older kids run uncontrollably right in the way of others without looking, repeatedly. Give them whistles like life guards and enforce your own rules... or age separate the trampolines so that 11-16yo arent jumping with 5yo. would return, would recommend and would ask you to stay with your kids.

The place itself is very fun and clean. Had a great time & there’s a lot to do. However, upon arrival there were 5 workers behind the counter sitting on their phone and nobody said a word for a full minute. Looked up at us then looked back down at their phones. Workers sitting around everywhere, only socializing with eachother not worried about anything else. Felt like an inconvenience

Best place to expend energy! Also to try you luck at the Ninja course (not as easy as you think). Great staff. Clean building, and more to do than most are physically able to do. Great rates and you pay by the hour, so only at for what you want to do.

I brought my family here last year and we had a great time. My 4 year old kept asking to come here again, so we did. This year my son had an accident and hurt his knee a little bit. Staff was super attentive and came over right away to see if we were ok and if we would like any ice for him. We will definately be back.

Highly recommend on a rainy day or super hot day. They gave us a discount because some of their attractions were closed due to COVID-19. Its a great way for kids and adults to burn some energy. There is an orange leaf located downstairs.

Great time with our 4 year old. $12 bucks for an hour of jumping and the socks are included. She had a blast and we will definitely be coming back!

The parking lot was so full it looked like we would have to wait but we did not. Quick easy sign up at the waiver station and $47 later our 5 and 7 year old had 2 hour passes to do whatever they wanted including the ninja warrior course! They had a blast and enjoyed the multiple different trampolines and foam pits. They have a balance beam and a rope swing! This is the best trampoline Park Ive ever been to and weve had our kids to MANY different ones. There was plenty of staff always around and they were very nice and attentive to our needs. Our oldest got hit in the face with a dodgeball and knocked his glasses off, she quickly ran and grabbed ice for him and made sure he was OK. Definitely highly recommend this place for inexpensive fun and a AMAZING place to let kids burn off some energy.

This is a fun place for children and adults. Great workout while having fun. They have 3 basketball hoops, at least 2 places for trampoline dodge ball, tumble tracks, free play trampolines, rope thingee, climbing wall where you can compete, and Ninja Warrior course (no jokes) with the warped wall! One hour was enough while we were there. It was not busy as we were on spring break and TN students were not I believe. They had activities on the first floor. My only small, tiny statement... clean the water fountains again. Fun place, highly recommend. Great for kids and kid at heart

Don’t bring your kids here, the staff was not friendly, there were seven teenage staffers who spent all the time hanging out together, and playing basketball with each other and not helping the kids. They shut down the mini ninja course to fix it, but did nothing more than play on it themselves, and when they re-opened it, all the staffers play basketball together and again did not help the kids. I took pictures, but this website won’t let me post them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere avoid this place, avoid this place and save your money.

My daughter loves Sevier Air! She enjoys jumping, running, and playing. I appreciate she has the challenge of the obstacle courses. We live in the area and visit often.

Kids enjoyed it but couldnt find a water spicket unless you went to the bathroom...? Definitely work them kids into a sweat!!!

We had a super fun time, we got to have the party and dinner and cake here and my house stayed clean! We will for sure be coming back for another party! And just to jump through out the year. Great place! They have it all. Nice, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The refs are very friendly and fun! My 12 year old had a blast playing and chatting with them.

This has always been our favorite trampoline facility, but recently the music has been horrible!!! Playing heavy metal music with young children jumping! Would love for them to change this to be more family friendly!!

I had only been to one trampoline park in another state previously and was NOT impressed (specifically because of over-strict rules that kept me from being near my 3 year old while he was jumping.) This place here was AMAZING. The GM was so friendly and personable. His son, Chandler, knew his stuff on the rock wall. The blonde girl working the counter (she was dresses as a disco-chick for Halloween today) was very friendly and helpful. We went on a weekday while other kids were in school so we had the run of the place. I love the ninja warrior course for big kids and adults. The smaller one is fun also for smaller kids but I wish they would expand it a bit. The climbing wall was fun but small with basically only one way up. I love jow there are couches and chairs and benches all over the place for adults who are just watching. I cant comment on what the staff coverage is like or if the lines get long for some of the activities when they are crowded but I was just really pleased today and will be back. They also offer a great home school rate as well as local discount so be sure to ask if you qualify for either of those. The bathrooms were also super clean and the party area large. I liked the climbing net a lot and that it was good for all ages. I would like to see the toddler area at the bottom have some more activities as well as have a baby gate that closes it in. This is a feature I have seen at other indoor play areas and it makes life easier to sit and play with a toddler if they cant run off!

This was one of the best experiences we had while in the area. Both my kids (16 &12) had a great time. Its a huge facility thats kept super nice. They enjoyed racing each other on the ninja course over and over again.

We did the weekday after school deal. $10 and we jumped for an hour and a half. Our kiddos had a great time. The staff was nice. Everything was clean and ran smooth. Crowds were low as well. We will be back

This place is a great time! The trampoline setup is cool, the staff is fairly attentive and the price is just right.The waiver process is well written and executed with an informative and engaging 4 minute video.We came for an hour and my kids bounced, jumped and climbed the entire time. They played ball, they bounced and climbed through the obstacle course and they rose to the top of the awesome rockwall.It was enjoyable to see them have such a great time. If we ever come back to Sevierville, this place will be a go to guaranteed. We highly recommend!

Probably the best trampoline park weve been to. My son loved the Ninja warrior course. I liked how open the facility was for my to be able to see him without having to follow him around. It is also doesnt smell like sweat and feet in there like most of the others do. There is actual air flow. My only two complaints are price ($22 with tax and socks for 1 hour). Also they dont have a jumping area for little kids. My two year old wanted to jump but couldnt because it was too busy with bigger kids. They need a small kids area. They apparently had a playground like area downstairs for small kids (thats what someone there with their kids said) but I wouldnt be able to watch my son too.

Kids always have a blast! I recommend them for every event. We go every year on all birthdays.

Every vacation we visit most of the trampoline parks in the area. This is one of the best we have ever visited. Wonderful mix of activities for all age ranges. Really was able to wear this kids out with a two hour jump pass. They do offer military discount. We will be returning to this one next time we are here for vacation. Great fun! Lots of trampolines and cool foam areas with a jousting section. We only did stuff in the junior ninja area, but the bigger one looked nice too. We didnt find the rope climbing area until the end, but it was awesome! Even the toddler area was nice. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.The only complaint is there really needs to be a water fountain on the main level instead of having to walk all the way downstairs in the middle of jumping to get a drink.

The biggest jump, ninja warriors course we have been too. Prices 18. Dollars an hour 26 for two hours. Kids loved it, we will be back. Staff was very nice and pleasant.

This was my first obstacle indoors and i liked it. Visiting from Florida I would say this is a nice stop by attraction. Parkway is where its at. And staff was helpful and very polite. Great place! Hey fix those pads please.

Sevier Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park was great! The employees were awesome! There are three separate levels to the parkThe main level is full of trampolines, ninja warrior style obstacle courses, and a multilevel net tower.The upper level has an observation area for spectators. The lowest level has a snack bar and small child play area.

It was pretty fun. Lots of different types of things to play on. The Ninja warrior part is pretty difficult and much of it is sized for an adult but they do have a very small one for kids. They also have a thing that goes around in a circle that you have to jump over and a section for jousting and a platform you can jump off of and a Dodge ball section along with regular trampolines. It was really crowded though...a Saturday in January.

This place is sure to keep everyone occupied for hours and very well priced. Im always pleased with the cleanliness and friendly staff-great place for exercise too!

I wasnt sure because we are local and weve been to the other trampoline parks. This was by far a much better experience. They offered us a local discount. They were friendly. And most of all the limit how many people can jump at a time. It was busy but not over crowded. This will be our place from now on!

Idk maybe i was just inna bad mood but literally the ninja course thing doesnt work and the only thing i actually liked was the diving board into the big water like thingy and theres really nothing else to do...

My kids enjoyed this place. We purchased the 2 hour pass but my kids were exhausted after one hour. We did stay the whole time. The water fountain was downstairs and all the play area was upstairs. This made it difficult for my kids. Overall it was lots of fun.
