Awesome experience. Tim and Aaron were our guides. They were knowledgeable and fun. Tim knew lots of interesting history of the area and entertained is on our two stops. Beautiful scenery and lots of great pictures. Prepare to get dirty in the most fun way!

Tim and Donny were great. Started the morning with clear instructions for a safe day, for all 1st time riders. Tims humor and banter made learning fun and built our confidence for success. The ride was so much fun, a bit challenging. Awe inspiring and DUSTY DIRTY but what a blast. Such beautiful country to ride through. Tim shared history of the area and the rocks. Never been on an ATV but wanted a unique way to explore the desert. This company did it right!!! Quick baby tutorial at home base before exploring the backcountry of Sedona plus water, snacks and stories from our amazing guide. Also able to stay safely distanced while wearing masks!! I rode on the back of a double so I got to take great pictures while my partner did all the hard work lol.

Amazing experience, great enthusiastic guides. I was a first timer yet felt very comfortable after the training. Beautiful scenery and very fun. Only downside was anyone going slow in front of you ruins the fun of the bumpy ride

My husband and I, did a tour last Monday with Tim. First of all we did not realise our perfect hotel the Adobe villa was so close to it. We had lunch before our tour at Hilltop around the corner best sandwiches. Finally we met with Tim.We loved the fact that he is paused and reassuring. It seems stupid but sometimes frenzy like tour guides are not what you need when things go wrong. ( nothing will go wrong if you follow the rules!).My husband made the driving training, well explained, seriously done and we were on !!!!What we liked the most about any type of challenging driving is that it clears your mind of any other thoughts. It is fun.ATV is concentration, little driving skills, connecting with nature, relaxation, filled with good energy, freedom with the speed.Our favorite part was Tim, he is the hidden Vortex of sedona, he loves his county, his states, his tourists! He wants to share his passion, his knowledge, his humour, his cool way to handle nature and his postive energy, he is honest. I felt this from him more than I did from the vortex sights. I am glad we did with this specific company HUMAN size HUMAN approach HUMAN careThank you, Tim from your European new friends ! ( we found the margarita cactus, delicious). They will provide fresh water, snack, very clean Googles, hard hat, and bandana for dust. They will vacuum your shoes at arrival

This ATV tour company is apparently the only one in Sedona, and its probably because no one can compete with them! Outstanding service from start to finish, and after a quick tutorial for first time drivers we headed straight into the desert for our ride. Tim was a knowledgeable and friendly host, and did everything he could to make our experience enjoyable. The views were beautiful and our group was super glad to have been afforded such a fun experience! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for something fun and different to do in The Phoenix area.

Tim the guide made this an enjoyable outing. He was great with my grand kids - they absolutely loved the experience. The scenery was mostly the red rocks cliffs and canyons. The entire trip took 2-1/2 hours. We had a great time and I would gladly ride with Arizona ATV Adventures again

The ATV tours was hands on from the get go, small basic training. Then a 6 mile drive by van to the trails. Once we got there it was all on us to ride and keep up with the lead atv. This experience was great! The Two tour guides are great! If you want to have some fun and dont mine getting very dusty then I would recommend this to everyone ! 10/10

My boyfriend and I went on the West Sedona Canyon ATV Tour, and we had a great time. I have been ATV riding many times but this was my boyfriends first time; despite this, we both found the trails to be fun. The scenary is beautiful and youre given the opportunity to stop at the most scenic areas for photos/snacks.Our guide, Tim, told us about the history of the area we were riding through when our group stopped for snacks/photos. Tim also helped us figure out which local restaurant to check out after the ride!I was impressed by the level of safety procedures they took us through before the ride. Goggles were santized between each tour, which I appreciated considering COVID. To get to the area where the tour begins, we were given the option to ride in the van with our tour guide or follow the van in our own vehicles; that being said, if youre concerned about riding with other people right now due to COVID, they already have you covered.

Definitely the place to go. 100% recommended. The older gentleman there was funny and very insightful about a vast majority of information about the ATV and the areas we were at.

This ATV tour was so much fun and worth every penny spent. You get to see such up close, beautiful views of the mountains. Our guide Scott was great on our ATV tour! He took safety seriously, took all of our group’s photos, and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Highly recommend! Only feedback would be that the safety briefing was too long for the hot sun - recommend doing it inside where there’s shade/AC or shortening the material.

This was my first time on an ATV. Tim was extremely helpful and great as well as extremely professional. The history that he shared regarding the area was extremely informative. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sedona.

The tour guide Scott was great. I will recommend this company if you like the outdoors. My husband and I just did the ATV tour this weekend and he had a ball. It was worth every penny.

It had been a while since my husband and I had driven an ATV, but our guide, Scott, made sure we had the right safety equipment and had a test track for everyone to practice on before going out on the trail. Scott started the tour out easy, allowing everyone to get comfortable with driving before going into some harder terrain. We saw some beautiful scenery, and Scott was able to give us quite a bit of background on the sites we were seeing. We would definitely do this again and recommend it to our friends and family!

This was an awesome and exciting experience. Being first time riders, our guide, Audrey, made us comfortable and did an amazing tour. It was nice learning more about the mountains and town. They don’t short change you either; the tour is literally 3 hours with change in terrain, nice speed. I would recommend and return for another ride!

As a birthday gift to my boyfriend, we did the group ATV tour in Sedona. I was a first time driver and a little nervous, but they give you a demo at the beginning which was very helpful! Even though I was a beginner, the ride still had some challenging and exciting parts which my boyfriend really enjoyed. Our guide, Tim, was so helpful and always checking in to make sure everyone was doing well. Aaron was also very helpful with the lesson and getting us geared up at the beginning. Its a great way to see some beautiful Sedona back country and we both really enjoyed it. Expect to get very dusty!

Myself and 2 other friends went on the morning ride through western Sedona. Our guide was Audrey and she was great. The 4 hr schedule consisted of set up and a van drive to the site. They take you through a tiny obstacle course, one at a time before you leave, to make sure everyone is comfortable and able to operate the ATV. 50% of the group had never been on a ATV before this and everyone was comfortable. The actual ride time was about 2 hrs which was a good amount of time because your hands start to get tired. We also went on a extremely hot day. I highly recommend scheduling in the morning in the summertime. They leave time at the end for your return and turning in gear. You are provided with a helmet, goggles and bandanna which are all required for safety and it gets very dusty on the trail. The company also does a great job disinfecting the gear. Our trip was fun and offered various obstacles including one rock trail which required a little skill but we went slow and did just fine. Just remember to counterbalance! We had a great time and saw some great views. I would recommend adding this to your vacation if you want some adventure.

The forecast was for showers, coming from weeks of rain in New England didn’t bother us but everyone else rescheduled so we had a private tour and pretty much the park to ourselves. It was amazing. Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. So much fun, great way to really experience the beauty of this area.

We are on our honeymoon from California drove two hours from phoenix to attend a 1 PM tour Was given three different addresses By the time we got to the third address we were late then we walk up to the group and We were told that we are not even on the manifest And drove two hours for them to tell us that they don’t have any more tours for the day and did nothing to make it right was asked if I would like to do a Jeep tour and I said flat out… if I wanted to do a jeep tour I would’ve booked with a pink jeep tour company“Darrell”was such a nice guy .-.

This is the second time I’ve done a guided tour with Arizona ATV Adventure. Tim was my guide both time and both experiences were wonderful and Tim was a fantastic guide. I get it, you guys might of been slow because covid-19 but dont take it out on the very ppl that support your business...! We had a graat ATV tour of Box Canyon with our guides Billy and Ray. They were professional, fun, and informative. Loved hearing the history of the canyon and the plants. They also brought lots of COLD water to keep us cool on this hot day. Our teenagers and 10 year old loved the trip! Highly reccomend for families lookig for fun.

We had an excellent tour with George and Jamie! They gave excellent instructions to everyone driving, especially any newbies. They made them feel safe and comfortable. They shared great knowledge of the area and were very easy to talk to. The type of people you randomly meet and then go have a beer with a few hours later. The tour was a blast, some technical stuff, fast stuff, a little mud! Had quite a few fast sections of 30-35 mph. Keep in mind, if you have a group of people that can keep the pace, they will take you over tougher terrain at higher speeds. If people in the group cannot keep up, they will take it down. We will certainly schedule another trip if we are ever visiting Sedona in the future. Thank you!

I took my son on the Box Canyon tour for his 6th birthday yesterday. Ray was our guide and he was awesome! He took pictures for us and gave us a lot of information about the canyon.This has been my third tour with this company and I’m sure we will be on many more

Loved the entire experience! Surprised my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved it! I was worried that the actually Box Canyon portion would only be a short time of the tour but it actually was majority of the tour! Loved all the little fun facts and jokes, the guides were wonderful, fun, and very knowledgeable. I also did not realize that seeing Bog Horn sheep was a possibility and we ended up seeing about 8! Would definitely recommend!

We are a family of 6, ages range from 22 - 68, each & every one of us had a blast! Dave & Tim were absolutely AWESOME! They do a little test run at their location prior to going out, which I think is great. They make sure each and every rider is familiar and comfortable with the ATV prior to going out. In all honesty, I was originally hesitant booking with ATV Adventures, not knowing if it would be too relaxed for my 25 year old son who loves riding (fast & dirty) - but he honestly had such a great time! How can you not... Dave & Tim are super cool and truly made this adventure memorable. You will not regret this tour. It has something for everyone, including challenging trail obstacles with some opportunity to open up the throttle, as well as relaxing breath taking views of the scenery and some awesome wild life. George and Tim were great tour guides. You will learn some very cool stuff about the geology and history of the red rocks. The machines worked great. This is a safe tour, but the trails are not a cake walk FYI. But super fun!! Recommend this to anyone traveling to Sedona!

Good trail, fun ride. Wed never been on ATVs before so could have used a little more explanation or guidance instead of being mocked for slowing the group down. That aside it was a good experience.

Had a great time with this tour! The guides make sure you are confident on the quads before you go out on the trail. There is a quick training session and then youre out on the trails. They bring plenty of water so no need to worry about that. If you have any kind of filtering facemask that might not be a bad idea! Otherwise you are provided with bandanas to go over mouth and nose, goggles and helmets. Would definitely go back to this place.

We had a great time on the ATV tour. The view of the Saguaro catus on the way to the box canyon trail was great and the ride in the canyon was amazing with views of petroglyphs as well beautiful rock formations.Some of the riding was challenging with going over big rocks and around sharp corners with a little water running through the canyon.The guides were knowledgeable and told us about the stage coach line that went through the canyon and when you have been through it you wonder how a stage coach could have ever gotten through. There is a rest house still there from the days of the stage coach.I would certainly recommend the trip to anyone interested in seeing terrain not easy accessable and willing to go on an ATV.

George was an awesome guide, super friendly, and nice enough to share his Navajo culture and rock knowledge with us! He was very patient and instructive with my family who were first time ATVers. A fun and safe excursion with great views!

Worth every penny. Magnificent doesnt even begin to describe these views. I was a little intimidated at first but quickly got the hang of it. George and Tim were phenomenal guides with safety as priority. Georges knowledge of the history and geology of the area was amazing. I learned a lot.

We did this experience for one of our honeymoon activities! It was SO MUCH FUN! George is extremely helpful, patient and kind with everything. He is immensely knowledgeable about the prehistorics of Sedona and gives you the rundown of ancient formations all around the valley. Absolutely wonderful.

So much fun on this ATV tour. Be prepared as the course is physically demanding and these ATVs do not have power-steering. Our guides were very good and enjoyed the stories they related about the area. The trip was worth every penny!

We had so much fun on this ATV tour. It was the right amount of adventure...not too extreme but still makes your heart pump! George and Jamie were wonderful. George is a really funny guy and very knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed his company. The trail was really fun with stretches where you can pick up a little speed and some with rough terrain. We rode by a herd of beautiful horses along the way. It says they provide snacks and water, but the snacks are only candy so Id suggest bringing your own snacks. I highly recommend!

A group of three of us took a 4-hour, 25-mile tour with George from Arizona ATV Adventures on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. The tour exceeded our expectations! It was fun, challenging, and had breathtaking views of beautiful Sedona!

Great fun on guided ride. We were experienced riders but still had a blast. Bikes were in good shape.

The tour guides were amazing! They were fun, knowledgeable and accommodating. This was our first time riding and they safely pushed us to our limits! The course was exciting with steep climbs, quick turns and dusty straight aways. We would definitely recommend this company and look forward to bringing more friends and family along for the ride!

Over the top desert tour with Jamie. She made the tour awesome guiding us through adding interesting facts to the beauty. Saw a snake, dodged the rain, great photos taken and lasting memories. I was passenger, my husband drive ATV. He was all smiles - we lived it. Thanks Jamie!!

This is an ATV “TOUR”. We had a great time. Lots of fun and photo ops. If you want to go off I suggest renting equipment. For us 6 it was perfect. Guides were nice. Views amazing.

Read the other reviews here and I hate being the one person extremely dissatisfied. My girlfriend and I left our hotel (while on vacation) at 6am to make it here the requested 30 minutes early. Our tour was scheduled from 8am-12pm. Unfortunates there was a couple members late and our tour guides made us wait. Our tour ended up not starting till almost 8:45. At 8:30 I wanted to leave and find something else to do. My girlfriend talked me into staying. The tour was SLOW. If you have younger children or if you are older Im sure it may be enjoyable. Im in my late 20s and expected to be able to open up the throttle at least at some point. Never happened. I also expected to have some free time to ride around and do what wed like. This never happened either. We took two 15 minute breaks for water which was more or less pointless because there was also 3 stops we made to see different sites which were plenty of time for break. The snacks they provided were mini snickers and all of the registrations for the ATVs were expired. All this being said I called the office by 11am to complain. ( yes 11am we were back and finished with the 4 hours we paid for and scheduled within 2.5 hours.) the gentlemen that answered the phone was polite and said he was sorry and would get back to me shortly. A couple hours passed and I called back. Same guy, rude as hell this time, said there was nothing they would do and oh well if we didnt like it

No, you dont get time to yourself and no, you dont get to go full throttle for miles on end. This is their equipment and they are liable for their customers safety. If you want to do your own thing, buy your own machine and go on your own. What you get is a great tour with great scenery and great guides. I cant think of a single negative with my families experience. We will absolutely be back. Thanks guys!
