Great gallery! But the customer service really is what’s outstanding.. Marika went above and beyond framing my piece from another Carre store and communicating and shipping out of state. I really appreciated the help. She cleaned my piece, placed new matting and backing and had great helping me pick the perfect frame! Thanks so much..L
Beautiful and unique gallery! The ladies who own/run the shop know their artists and the pieces in the room. If youre in Sedona, definitely visit!
I was in the area visiting and came upon your lovely gallery. As I wondered around the gallery staff greeted me and was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable about each artist and really provided depth to the conversation. I look forward to returning and working with your staff to pick out a statement piece for my new home. I visit a couple times a year and I look forward to working with Julie when I return in November to pick put my art.
Both my husband and I descend from generations of artists and collect art and decided a few days ago to bring 5 of our kids (ages 8-14) to this gallery because 3 of them are also involved or interested in fine art. Our children knew to be careful with the pieces and we were there right alongside them pointing out techniques and styles. We were the only people in the gallery and the one staff member there initially greeted us politely and then occupied herself with the computer. After a bit, we heard rock music playing. I thought it was the employees ring tone. However, it continued for several songs. My husband and I were amused at first because it was our preferred genre of music, but then we noticed the employee turned the volume up higher than was normal or appropriate for the small space. Thats when we both realized she was trying to drive us out of the gallery.I said, Ive been here before and theyve never played any kind of music. We each looked at the employee and she gave us only a stone-faced glance before feigning attention back to her computer screen. At this point, the music was blaring and too loud for that space, but we decided to endure a few more minutes in sheer stubbornness. In reality, I should have called out her rudeness on the spot! The next day, our family returned and I spoke to the gallery director about this horrible display of unprofessionalism. We found out that employee is there about half the time, so be aware if you plan on coming to this gallery that you have a 50/50 chance of snooty service, or lack of service. In the directors defense, she seemed surprised that we were treated this way. She did immediately offer to show us pieces, but we no longer felt the desire to purchase anything there. It is very unfortunate.
Unbelievable! Very phenomenal and quite exquisite, every piece and I mean every entire piece in this gallery is an original! Very well priced and just a absolutely to die for experience when it comes to friendly staff and what a wonderful facility. Really makes visiting Sedona even more special.
Awesome place and fun to look at everything!!! I have been there four times in the past two years and bought a new piece each and overtime. The staff is AWESOME and super kind also and they only carry one of a kind original paintings.
The art was exquisite and Im sure those that run the gallery are better most days, but me and my daughter (who is 5 and extremely respectful) did not feel welcome. I was looking to add to our collection, but due to our experience, walked out. The woman at the counter spoke to everyone in the store with the exception of us, I spoke to my daughter on several occasions proactively reminding her not to touch any paintings not in casings, and my daughter asked to sit down. The woman at the counter was on the phone on what sounded to be a personal call, and as my daughter was getting up onto a stool and I was going to assist her, the only interaction she chose to have was to say, Can you have her get down from there? If she falls its a liability on us. Granted I understand that past experiences could have shaped why she said this, but we were respectful, kind, and when I proactively addressed issues I saw could arise with my daughter in the store, the woman still sighed heavily the whole time, annoyed. I left abruptly and said we would find another place to sit down and told her to have a good day. I felt very disrespected, but I truly do hope she has a better day. Maybe next time we will try again...
Great art and friendly people!
