Two days ago was the first time we visited this good place
Good show, good acting. Best Little Whore House was a fun musical. But the temperature inside the theater was a cooker. And I never would have found the place without GPS since there is no sign outside. Its a show on a budget and worth the price, which is very reasonable.
I would give 5 stars but we struggled to hear most of the performers. They do not have individual microphones and the band overpowers most of the singing. Rather disappointing when you can only hear 50% of the show.
Excellent presentation of Mama Mia! Im always impressed with the talent we have here locally. The two leads, playing Sophie and Donna, were especially talented. Sets, dance choreography, and acting also very good. They have had some recent trouble with their sound system, which they seem to have corrected. No theatrical fog today, which was a relief!
Nice place, 1st time being there. Bathroom could use update giving more space for sinks and washing hands..others than that it was nice. Probably could use a parking lot. We parked on the street.
The shows are great, energetic and fun. The small theater is intimate; every seat has a good view. It can get a bit warm during the Summer, so bring a fan.
We saw Mama Mia; it was a great show and very fun! The audience really got into it.
Nice theatre with good sound system. Set was lovely and the players were fantastic in Mama Mia. Nice local theatre.
This is a great production of Mamma Mia! It was fun, there was audience participation, and everyone in the cast was very talented.
Experienced the opening night of Annie. It was a very well done production of a musical theater classic. Way to go Seattle Musical Theater! I will definitely recommend this show for anyone seeking an evening of family friendly heart warming fun.
Cute place to see musicals, some are better than others.
This was a good performance! The Seattle Musical Theater always put on awesome performances.
High quality shows. More affordable. Free parking. It’s a hidden gem I tell you!!
Performance, acting and singing, were great. As a venue it was satisfactory.
All the seats in the house are good. We saw a performance of Annie, which was very good. I did not get a chance to see the rest of the stuff located on this former military base.
Didnt go to the Seattle Musical Theater. We went the the Rainer Rollerdurby and it Rocked!!!
The old movie theater from the army air core base at Sand Point from WWII has been repurposed as an OK venue for musical theater in Seattle. Unfortunately the HVAC systems are old and need lots $$$ to get them in proper working order. It can be really hot inside in the summer and pretty cold in the winter. The design of theater may have been fine for movies in the 40s, but it is a tough room to tame acoustically for the person running sound. Still, every year it seems like small improvements are being made, so perhaps in time it will become a historic gem.
Rollicking good shows. Its a large theater and Iver never seen it completely full, so you will probably get tickets even the night of.
It was simply amazing. Loved it.
Difficult to rate this place. When I made my reservation, I had no real idea of what I was getting into.Im staying downtown and I walked to the theatre. It is a long nice walk. The immediate neighborhood is rather desolate - many boarded up buildings. Okay. I had rather hoped to get there early enough to have something substantial to eat before play. Completely out of luck. I passed on the pizza place about half a mile from the theatre. When I got to theatre they did have snacks. I must say the snacks were SUPER unhealthy and SUPER EXPENSIVE. sigh. Goes to a good cause .... But rather disappointing.I saw Studs Terkels Working. It was GREAT! I really enjoyed it. The acting, the singing, the spare sets ... GREAT.The theatre itself .... Looks likes it has had better days. I hope it has had better days - rather run down. Theatre was maybe half full. Sad. The play was great as far as voices and actors.I took Lyft back. Not a good neighborhood, after 10pm and it was raining. I wasnt up to three different bus changes and walking around the neighborhood.Would I recommend attending theatre? Ummmm .... Great theatre. If youve got a car, do go. If you can afford the snacks, buy them. They need the money. Sigh. Im not sure Ill go back ... And that makes me sad.
It was a nice older venue, and the show was great!
Broadway Bound is amazing...such an awesome childrens theater! Their production of ELF THE MUSICAL spread the holiday spirit!

We saw Little Women here on 2/19/2017 and it was great! Really nice little venue.
Ive now seen two shows here and both were excellent! Great value for the ticket price.
Consistently producing something better than their last time.
My friends and I visit probably twice a year and have seen some wonderful, professional performances. Not enough people know about this treasure.
Always enjoyable. Quality performances.
Its an okay space. Felt cold and uninviting.
In great condition
There is no sign on the building, but its located in the Community Center.
A very fun show
Older venue. Ticket map does not show handicap seats.
Good productions and not a ton of money.
Aida was incredible!
The best!
They have wonderful showed in this slightly worn out theater.
Good location and the theater was nice.
Not the quality it had as CLO. Not very good to their artists
