Clean nice grass not many people

A hidden gem, if you are looking for something different! The kids play area is very small comparatively to other parks in the area (a small wood-chipped area with set of monkey bars/hanging structure, a rope climb, and a couple of logs to play on, and thats it!), but theres much more to this park than initially meets the eye. There is an expansive green lawn with lots of room to run and play, a cute little gazebo, a historic house, and wooded and meadow areas for exploring (with wildflowers and a small stream in the spring). Parking is convenient and plentiful and theres decently clean restrooms. The park seems to cater to crowds and parties with lots of picnic tables situated throughout and large and small BBQs. What this place lacks in playground equipment, it makes up for in charm, cuteness, and interesting places to explore.

This is a pretty peaceful park for you to hang out with your family and friends.

Love this place, lived next to it for many years, great place to vote,get Married, have a picnic or anything you like,miss it now that I dont live there anymore

A beautiful park surrounded by safety

Nice park. Small but good for a birthday party with toddlers. Easy to keep an eye on my little ones.

This park could be so much better and they recently redid the playground and it is way worse than before and basically has rocks to climb on. There is a public restroom and a really nice BBQ pit along with a gazebo. The old Scott house is in the middle of the park and its a great park to walk your dog.

Lovely little grassy area and the bathroom was nicer than I expected. My one issue is the play equipment is sort of lacking. It’s....well, sort of boring. Some rocks to climb on and a strange monkey bar thing that is too high for the kid’s to reach.

Nice clean park. Great for large BBQs. There is a police substation on site so you feel safe. Good area and there is a play structure for little ones.

Great family Park, best kept secret

Beautiful open grass and gazebo, never crowded; however, the play structure was recently remodeled and is horrible, I am 510 and I cant even reach the top. No slide or swings just a few fake logs in bark and a weird set of very tall metal poles (parkour inspired maybe). Clean bathrooms, nice bbq area with sink and table space.
