We met the owner last night and even though she had just finished cleaning up for the night. She was very welcoming at 730 on a Friday night! She worked very well with the kids as well! Definitely will be back!!! You can also tell she is very firm BUT fair and cares about her store and the families that come in! There also was another child that came on and gave her a hug then learning that she had known this family for years! Amazing!!! How kids and parents remember her and loving coming for so long

Its a great place to take your kid(s) to for an hour. Its perfect for toddlers! They have a 4 and under area that has a mini bounce, mini carousel, slide, playhouse, step keyboard, and play pit. I get an hour of the bounce houses and the 4 and under play area and she loves chasing kids around and going in both areas. She is 2 and we go often... there are kids there but never really crowded so it is perfect for us and safe

As a loyal customer who comes to this place very often I have to say how much my kids love it and has a mother I am happy that it is clean and always very maintained. Not every place is perfect but this place it pretty close. The staff has a lot to do with it along with the owner who is very nice and great with kids. Her staff is very friendly from the ones I have dealt with so far. I highly recommend this place for kids specially for younger ones under 4 that don’t like to play with older kids in the bigger bounce houses.

I happen to know the owner so my opinion may be a bit bias but Ill do my best to give you just the facts.Since finding things to do for the kids on rainy or cold day is hard, having the option to go here is great.Although I will warn you that the must have socks rule and parents must be present rule is strictly inforced (for good reason!)So make sure you have socks! Prices are more than reasonable and they have a sitting area for parents as well.

My grandson loves it! As he gets older he is trying the different areas. Lets grandpa rest for a bit, lol

I don’t know where the guy is coming from when he says the equipment is dirty and the owner is dirty but you have it all wrong my guy. I have taken my son here plenty of times and have never a had a problem with the owner or the cleanliness of the place. As I was there one night I watch the employee clean up because it wasn’t busy, the tables were wiped down the counters were done, the kidzone was being mopped and she was on to the bounce houses after we left. I was very glad to see such cleanliness go on. Thumbs up to you guys and I will continue to bring my son here!

My kids have been coming to FunTown Bounce for years. The owner treats our kids like family and April has been become a close friend.Looking for something fun for children with a great atmosphere?I would highly recommend April and FunTown Bounce.

Owner & staff is very rude. Owner seems a bit more worried about what’s going on in the mall then managing her own place. When i tried to bring my children, no one was around or in sight. So how am i suppose to let my children enjoy themselves if there’s no employees doing their jobs? The place isn’t all that good. Should be shut down.

This place is awesome! Tires the kids out and the owner is very friendly and even better very Military orientated! One of the few places that gives respect and Military/First Responders discounts and thanks them for their service!

There is a sign you cant see they have it on an angle. It states today is Wed the 23rd and its bring a friend Wed. Buy a 1 hour pass get the second free! Well as I said you really cant see this sign when we go to pay. After paying i see the sign and politely asked why the my second pass wasnt free. She says well were not going to say anything to tell you about it, you have to see the sign and say something. I just couldnt believe it. Its not like this place is even worth the money you pay yo begin with but its convenient. She was on her phone more than she wasnt and just didnt seem to care about anything.

Dirty not kept clean

Ive been going to this place for over 3 years never had any complaint or issue until last night. The woman who was working had her son (which i assumed because she was the only one trying to calm him down) and another child playing for free. I paid for an all day pass for my sons whom are 6, 4, and 1, and also my niece who is 8. The employee was not able to control her son and also all the other kids. There are strict rules about wrestling, pushing, and playing rough. The employee yelled at me because i had my shoes on as I ran to tend to my son who was hurt by her child, there is a rule that you must only wear socks yet there were mothers there who were barefooted. Second incident occurred when her son and the other boy kick my niece continuously in the back and when I complained nothing was done. As her son continued to terrorize I grabbed a card with the owners contact information and called but the phone rang to the bouce area. Whick meant there no way to get in contact with the owner. Lastly this little boy punched my son in his eye. When I confronted his mother/employee she put the blame on my son and as I assumed called her boss to defend herself before I got in contact with her. My son has a full black eye that comes only from a direct punch. I took him to the er and Im prepared to take whatever steps necessary to protect my son and get him justice from irresponsible employees!

This place is disgusting they don’t clean any of the Equipment the lady that owns it is very dirty and nasty no wonder why there’s no business in that mall half of it because of her watched her get out of her van to throw garbage on the ground

Very disconcerting that the girl in charge was more interested in talking on her phone ( personal) than doing her job
