It was better than I expected. We had really good time. We had to take kids course cuz my little one is 9. (If I knew that if we had to go to the kids course I’d lie to them lol) but even kids course was real fun!They did a very good job ..:)

ABSOLUTELY GREAT TIME!!!. WOW! WHAT A BLAST. Had a semi reunion with my 5 kids to enjoy an afternoon together and I couldnt have asked for a better time!Thank you so much to Michael and Olivia for creating such an amazing outlet to enjoy nature and feed your adrenaline rush in a fun way. The staff was attentive and professional, not to mention very personable. I highly recommend this adventurous time to any and all who wants to enjoy an innovative way to spend an afternoon. Ill definitely be back over and over again. My only regret, I didnt know about the place sooner. A+++.

Mountain Ridge is a must! I did the Zombie Zip-line & it was definitely a night to remember! From start to finish- it was a great time! The Zombies were spooky & the staff is absolutely amazing! Took a trip all the way from Jersey to go there ! I encourage everyone to give it a go! Look out for Sage the Zombie ! & Glenn^2 is awesome! Be sure to stay safe & mask up !

My husband and I just left Mountain Ridge Adventure and we were very happy with the experience. We had only ever gone to Adirondack Extreme in the past but if I had to choose a course to do again I would choose this one. First of all the course was a lot more creative with the various obstacles, to us this made it more exciting to see what was around the next corner. Another huge plus was the number of people they had working. All you had to do is look down and you would see one of there staff members there to help us you didn’t know what to do or where to go next. Thankfully neither myself or my husband got stuck but we did see two different occasions where someone needed help and assistance came in a matter of minutes! Although the mechanisms were a little more involved than standard carabiners the system was a lot more safe making it impossible to unhook yourself entirely. Once we got used to it it was simple and we appreciated the added security. All of the staff was super friendly and would stop and talk to you if you asked them anything while still keeping a close eye on the obstacles to help people who needed it. I never felt like I was bothering anyone. Last but certainly not least is the zip lining course. It was made of several long zip lines that were extremely fun. The fact that if we wanted to spend the entire three hours zip lining we could was awesome. The other park we mentioned really only had one major zip line so we appreciated the actually zip line course that Mountain Ridge had to offer. Thank you for an amazing time we will definitely be coming back!TLDR: Great experience, Highly recommend!

Came here while I was up in Saratoga for a few days and this place did NOT disappoint. I suggest making reservations online in advance and be sure to arrive 15 minutes early as they leave exactly at the reservation time. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful throughout. Chuck guided us most of the way and was very attentive even providing some tips and tricks when I thought I wanted to give up (his jokes helped too). Be prepared to spend at least 3 hours if you are doing the full adventure experience. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Fun for the whole family too.

Ive been twice with my 6 year old and we loved it each time. The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive on both of our visits. The obstacles are challenging and fun, and the safety equipment seems to be top notch.We will definitely be back next year!

During a time when activities are limited, my wife and I decided to give MRA a try. A little nervous when booking as we werent sure exactly what we were getting into. How hard would it be? How high would we be? While not old, we are closer to old than young. :-). First we lucked out with a beautiful day, couldnt be nicer then spending time outdoors, in the woods after so much time in various states of quarantine. When arriving, the staff was friendly and glad we were joining them. Lots of gear to put on but staff lead us through the process. We soon realized the gear is important as it makes you feel very safe as you o through the courses and zip lines. First step was getting instructions on how the safety system worked. Guides were informative and better yet it was hands on. Seemed like a lot of information but prepared us well and the guides were always available if you had questions while on the courses. We did a three hour pass including going through several courses and ending with zipline rides. It was great exercise, challenging but we could handle it and the zip lines were a lot of fun. Definitely a good choice to experience MRA and would highly recommend it for kids and adults. If my kids were younger, would make this a family excursion. Thanks MRA for a great time!

Pretty good! This was my second zip lining course I’ve done. This one is a lot safer based on the gear! I prepaid to use the go pros but unfortunately they were not charged upon my arrival. They refunded me with ease for that. My boyfriend and I used our personal phones to record. I would recommend you get a pouch or clip for your cellphone. It did feel a lil unorganized because there were about 4 or 5 different groups going at once and also parts of the course over lap one another. Overall good experience. These zips are a longer distance than the first place I went to. Worth the money.

A great high ropes course with super friendly staff. safety is a top priority. They have high ropes courses of varying challenges and a zip line only option. I recommend mountain ridge adventure to beginner high ropes course families. They will take great care of you!

Our family was looking for something fun to do while family was visiting. We decided to come here based on the reviews - they did not let us down! We had such a great time! Stephanie was our guide - she was AMAZING! She was patient with the 5 kids in our party, she encouraged everyone, and was genuinely excited for us. The safety measures were phenomenal. No one felt unsafe at any point. They did a wonderful job at the beginning of the experience to teach us how to use the equipment. By the time our second round on the course came up, we flew through it! The “leap of faith” was worth it (this coming from someone with a fear of heights)! We all highly recommend Mountain Ridge Adventure!

Covid-19 protocols were in place and my family had a fun and awesome time! Our guide was excellent and we felt safe at all times. A great place to get out the wiggles of kids who are more cooped up than usual these days!

We had an excellent time. great at check in. Traffic flow. Our guide Amelia was outstanding with our 6 year old who was pretty afraid to tackle the zip line. Her patience, kind words, and professional approach around the course was really perfect. We will be back.

The place was really fun and the trip was totally worth it. Although the courses were hard the workers kept cheering you on and helping you get through. Even when you want to give up they kept supporting you and told you, you can do it which was a big part. The workers are really nice and try their best to make even the training before hand fun by making jokes. At the end of each course there is someone waiting to escort you to the next course so you’re never lost and even when on the course there are intersections that may be confusing, but there’s someone always watching to put you in the right direction. Although it was my first time on an adventure this is a place that would make you want to come back and try again. Overall I had so much fun and would totally recommended

This was a nice day out in the trees with our family.The tree were filled with fall colors great for pictures.Everyone had a wonderful time. And the staff was very nice and helpful .

Mountain ridge adventure was incredible! My boyfriend and I had Cassidy for our guide and she was so sweet and helpful! It was very easy to drive there with a beautiful view and then when we got there the process was very easy for checking in. We paid for treetop passes and it was well worth the money! It was not only amazing views all around the treetops but it was an incredible workout as well! My boyfriend and I went yesterday and we work out consistently and we still are so sore from it. We will definitely be bringing more people with us next time we go. We met the owner as well and he is very kind and friendly as well. I can not recommend this place enough. It was very safe and loads of fun.

The kids (10 and 12) did a week of summer camp and had a blast. So happy to have them off of screens, doing interesting things. All the counselors were nice. They were flexible about what courses they would do based on each kids ability.

Well i went on Halloween and when I was on the website the night before it said you could buy gloves there for $2.00 when we were there that option was not available so bring your own gloves. It would have been actually scary if you had more zombies. They were only focused on the front. And the ones that were supposed to b scaring you as you go in one by one were busy chit chatting with the girl that led our group . Also I just expected a completed different experience drove over an hr they hyped it up. Honestly its probably better to just go during the day. And @ 53 too me its way over priced not worth it. Staff is friendly tho. Maybe its better if you go at the beginning of the night I went at 9 maybe they were tired and decided they only needed 3 zombies

Beautiful woodland setting, fun ziplines and many challenging courses. But the #1 thing that makes Mountain Ridge Adventure great is the staff. Top notch customer service and a ton of friendly, capable guidance on the course. A must visit.

Awesome place! This place is very fun and the ninja(black diamond) course is the most difficult out of the many black diamond courses I have done. Our guide Haley was very encouraging and was there to help every step of the way. Michael (the owner) is a phenomenal business owner and even helped us jump our car! Will definitely be back!

Fun place to take the kids. They enjoyed the zip lines and the ropes courses they were able to do. They werent able to do the last course even though we had purchased the 3 hour pass and had 15 minutes left because they wouldnt have been done...but we could have added time for $10.

This is a ropes course for any skill level. The staff is extremely encouraging and supportive through the difficult areas which made the ropes course feel a bit easier. I would definitely return again and still have just the same amount of fun (maybe more!)

It was our first time here. My son and I had a awesome time! We felt safe and SAM.K was an awesome instructor, she encouraged us to finish the courses... We did our best and loved it..... We will be back!

The staff was amazing this weekend. I have some physical challenges and they went out of their way to help me and to adapt to my needs and abilities. I wanted to give a particular shout out to Cassidy and Stephanie who really helped me enjoy myself and ensure I could have a positive experience despite the challenges I had. I do have some suggestions if management was interested in making some changes to provide for more physically accessibility, which would have made my experience even better. However the staff were really great!

A terrific bonding experience with my young son! Had a nice workout on the courses followed by private zip lining since there were no crowds. Michael and company were patient and friendly guides who were there to assist and ensure our safety. Will have to return with the rest of the fam!

Took my 6 yr old here for the first time. She barely meets the requirements and there were a couple times I needed to help her with equipment because it was just out of reach for her. We had a great time! Next time Ill remember bug spray and cash for a tip!

Nice instructors and fun high ropes courses and ziplines!the courses have some ziplining built in. All felt very safe. They have you sign a release. There is a port potty. Everyone is wearing masks. Bring gloves or else you have to buy theirs! Heard the evening zombie zipline is very scary.

This place is awesome! We had such a great experience ! Our guide Hayleigh was super helpful and very pleasant. The courses were interesting and progressively challenging . The staff were all excellent with adherence to safety precautions for covid 19. After being cooped up for so many months it was an absolute breath of fresh air to spend the day outside in the is beautiful setting and to feel safe being out.

Great day with our great nephews (8 and 10) The 10 year old came in with a fear of heights, but left that behind after 2 hours on the kids course with Rhi. She was patient and great at explaining the mechanisms. We all had a blast and look forward to coming back!

Great time, great place the staff was very helpful always present and very kind and courteous.

This company needs some work:1. More staff would be very beneficial as it could help provide direction on the course AND can reduce the number of unattended people2. Placing guides at each line to catch people would perhaps stop the number of people from falling back out on the cable (I have burn marks on my hands from falling back onto the line 1 time)3. Incorporating stoppers so people can slow down as they are coming into a zip station4. An even the amount of attention at zip liners. Staff seemed more interested in helping and paying attention to obstacles.They provided a 10-minute lesson on how to zip line and expected people to go on the course unattended. Ive been zip lining in various other countries and not only did they give us a lesson but they were with us every step of the way...didnt leave us to fend for ourselves.

Michael and Olivia give very thorough instructions in a relaxed easy manner. We were a group of about 25 and had a lot of fun. Some of our group were hesitant but realized they had nothing to worry about. Its completely safe and easy to do. Well be back!

So much fun!We were a family of 6, ages ranging from 14 to 47 and everyone had a great time. The guides were friendly and cheerful, always encouraging but never pressuring us so the experience was challenging but relaxing at the same time. It was 3 hours of great fun zipping around in the treetops. We didnt want to leave!

They have great birthday partys for all ages (above 6). The staff are wonderful and kind, great with kids fun to talk to and just amazing people. One of the best places I have been too.

Visited Mountain Ridge Adventure for the first time last night and it was a blast. We did the Zombie Zipline and it was a super cool experience. The zips were fun and the staff were very helpful. I definitely would recommend this to anyone seeking adventure and a fun time.

Good prices, awesome staff, great time. We got 2 hours to play on ziplines and we did the leap of faith (40 ft drop/jump) which was fun but eye opening when ya get up there. Another cool thing is the guests helped each other if we or someone else needed it. I am going back and taking more people with us too.Yes maybe backwards jump. Maybe!

Really fun and positive experience. Weve done quite a few of these and it was great to have one in our backyard. Well worth the trip. And they are expanding so well be back to try the new course they have planned.

During this fantastic experience I just wanted to really say thank you to all the staff that helped me become a pro at zip lining. Great place to have an amazing time. The owner Michael, Chuck and Nick took a lot of time to help us maneuver through the zip line. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a great time. I would highly recommend Mountain Ridge Adventure.

The workers were so friendly - Im VERY afraid of heights and they made it such a fun and comfortable experience anyways. I was so embarrassed to be scared on the beginners courses but Kelly encouraged me and cheered me on the whole time. Definitely going again & recommending to others.

We went there for the zipline course this weekend. My kids love it! It was fun AND safe. And our instructor Glen is awesome. We all had a good time that 2 hours felt like 20 minuets.

Fantastic experience. We were four adults and four boys and girls ages 8-12, visiting from Maine and Virginia. Very professional staff, focused on safety and enjoyment for all. Worked out well to bring a picnic lunch. We were well advised to use the port-a-potty in the parking area prior to going to the ropes course area. If we lived closer, would definitely consider Mountain Ridge Adventure for a birthday party-- for kids or adults!

Used this park today and had a great time. I had a hard time with the zip lining but I am no longer in my teen years. A few teenagers had to wait for me because the ladders Were very high for a 76 year old lady but I did it and had a lot of fun.The staff was excellent and knew when help was needed. I had a helper named Chuck and I would not have been able to do the course without his help and guidance. Thanks Chuck.......you are the best.Diane Hamrick

Super fun! The staff is extremely friendly. And, although you’re only in Glenville it feels like you’re in the middle of no where! But 20 minutes away and your in Schenectady! It was a lot of fun. Definitely recommend.

Ziplining in the dark is extremely fun! If you are looking to be terrified.... this isnt it, but its suitably unsettling zipping thought the dark towards nothing. We went the first weekend so I am sure it is scarier now after they worked out the logistical kinks. They did have a very creepy old man following us on our hike through the woods.. Wish they had 10 of him :) I highly recommend. Also...the people who run it are amazing. The hospitality was second to none. Seriously. Great people.

I went for the Halloween event (Zombie Ziplining), and had more fun than at any of the other Halloween events in the area. The attention to detail is excellent, plus ziplining in the dark is just fun.

Felt proud after finishing all of the treetop challenge courses. It was fun and enjoyed it.Hosts were friendly and helpful. Hopefully next time the go pro battery is charged :)

Me my son and his buddy went, with no resery but were quickly acommodated . Very friendly staff and specially our guide Courtney ( hope that was her name, Im bad w names)She hoped the kids and made it more exciting and also gave some pointers and egged us on.Definitely a place to visit, and from the sounds of it theres more to come, cant wait to go back.
