Most underrated comedy theater in the city. amazing variety of shows with enthusiastic staff and experienced entertainers.

It was good! You have to appreciate the arts to love improv. I really enjoyed myself!

The show was great and the staff is very friendly.

The performers tried very hard. However. This was not up to par with any of the other improv acts around the Chicago area. there was a lot of promotion during the show and not enough performance and certainly not enough laughs. Great location. Very helpful staff. Good drinks. Hope the performances get better.

We love improv comedy!! However, we didnt enjoy our recent visit there (11/9/19) We didnt find them very funny.. That night, we were looking for some good laugh but didnt happen

I came here with my family on Friday for the “Naughty” Christmas Show. Tame enough that I was comfortable being there with my parents. We all had a blast. The drinks were very reasonably priced, and so were the tickets. The comedians were really funny and great at reading the audience. We will definitely be back!

I was in the small room for amateur and teaching classes.New building and its kept clean.Bar was available and a selection that was a cut the norm.Staff was good at their jobPerformers change but the building and staff was up to the task.

Enjoied the skits. Ive never been to improv before so o cant comment and compare quality but I had fun. Seating was fine. But scheduling and using the consession stand was not easy. I felt pressured and lacked time to get the items I wanted.

This place is the awesome. I signed up for the beginner improv classes and had such a fun time with Phillip. I also had the chance to go to a bunch of the shows and they were always a great time and make for a really fun date night. Definitely give this place a shot!

Ot many theaters offer family-friendly comedy, let alone the HILARIOUS kind, so we’re thrilled to have this option. The early shows are appropriate for kids but still geared towards adults so our whole family is entertained.My oldest loves their Brunch Camp and has a blast showing off her new skills to us on stage. We had no idea she was such a performer!We’ve been on the occasional date night too and the adult shows had us rolling.What a great find!

Very fun time, fun atmosphere. We did a group on. They did have a 8$ minimum food drink purchase, but that was fine and we ended up getting mozzarella sticks, two pops, popcorn, and two packages of cookies while we were there. I wouldnt recommend the mozz sticks, but the popcorn was free refills and good. They also have a bar as well. Candles at the tables.

A splendiferous laughing good time

I love this place, I love there a family friendly show at 7:30 and a adult one at 9:30. There is also no drink minimum. You can go to enjoy the show. But if you decide to drink or eat the prices arent bad. The staff is very nice also. So I would recommend this place. There are usually groupons.

The improv show wasnt the funniest Ive seen but I will say it was still well worth the night out. My boyfriend and I went to a show, had a couple of very reasonably priced beers and several hearty laughs. Its a great date night idea.

This place is a blast. I love the vibe of the theater, the staff is super friendly, and the performers are clearly having a blast up on stage (which makes for the best kind of show). Hilarious comedy in a cool space makes for a great night out.

Went for a sunday open mic. there were no less than six people that appeared to be working for the club recording audio and video. I like recording. I record so I can get better. I dont record other peoples material, because Im not interested in stealing jokes, or being influenced by anything other than the audience reaction. I left before my name came up on the list, because I didnt want my material stolen. not going back. one extra star because it had a nice clubby atmosphere and they had ice cream sandwiches at the bar

It was a good time but more people are needed. Maybe lowering the price would be best.

What a wonderful space! The staff, performers, and space are all incredibly inviting. The shows and classes are wonderful and I would recommend that anyone make a stop here if they are in the Schaumburg area.

Staff seemed Nice, went to one of the improv shows, seemed forced and subpar for improv/other comedy in the area. Maybe it was just a off night for the troop but I wont be going back

I would love nothing more to endorse this theater, but decisions made by their management have made this impossible. The theater is currently involved in a lawsuit in which they are trying to blame someone for actions which happened years after this person stepped in the theater for the last time. This shows a blatant lack of disrepsect for the people they work with.Heres hoping LOL chooses to drop their suit.

I went here for the first time for one of the anything goes shows and I had an amazing experience! The performers were funny and the sketches were presented in a great way. The humor wasnt overly raunchy and the crowd interaction was great because of the small audience size. I cant wait to go back!

Performance was weak. The 1st time I went to the improv I thoroughly enjoyed it this time around was very weak in kind of lacking I dont think there was much comradery amongst the people that were performing that day

Always fun for a night out if you fancy something different. Go armed with current culture references and you might get a suggestion used! There are usually Groupon deals or similar available. I would love it if the show could be just a tad longer but its definitely worth trying if you havent been before.

Awesome classes. If you are afraid of leaving your comfort zone and want to do in a fun and entertaining environment, this is the place to do it. The teachers are great and you learn a great deal in only eight short weeks.

I am writing this review because This company has zero interest in providing good customer service and does not deserve anyone’s hard earned money. My wife and I recently went to one of their shows and purchased our tickets through Groupon as we had sone several times before. On groupon we selected the Saturday May 12th at 9:30pm show, however apparently if its less than an hour before the show you selected it automatically moves your tickets to the next available show which in this case was friday may 18th but never informs you of this until after your purchase is made and you recieve the email with your ticket information. So you can imagine our surprise when we show up to the box office and the employee says he has no record of our purchase. I explained to him we just purchased the tickets about 45 mins prior on Groupon and he immediately understood what happened. He explained to me that if its less than an hour prior to the show the tickets go to the next available show and that I was atleast the third person this happened to that day. Ok great I thought clearly this isnt the first time this issue has happened so they will be able to fix it. Guess again, the next thing i was told is sorry nothing i can do for you but i will sell you 2 more tickets. I thought he was joking but no he was serious they expected me to eat what i already paid for 2 tickets and but 2 more tickets. This definitely was not going to fly with me and I asked for a manager. The next employee came to the window and said the same thing, “not our problem you beed to buy more tickets”. Where I come from thats called fraud! After this, I reached out to the owner Lilly through facebook, she contacted me the next day on the phone. I thought great clearly she is going to handle this situation fairly and apologize for the headache my wife and I had to go through the night before. Boy was I wrong, not only did she call me a liar she claimed the things her employees said to me never happened. No apologies, no remorse. Actually said to me I shouldn’t ever come back. Well thats obvious after all of this but I dont think anyone should ever go there again. This was honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. A simple apology would have solved the whole thing but instead I get called a liar and told Im not welcome anymore. Needless to say anyone I can share this story with I will. There are other comedy places around and they deserve my money a lot more than this place. Maybe they are hurting for money and thats why the are trying to double charge people i dont know but i feel bad fir all tge people who were scammed into paying double by this place. Avoid these terrible people.

Impromptu comedy, wasnt particularly funny although some parts were good. I am guessing they have a variety of shows so this is based on one visit

Ive been here twice and both times were awesome. The crowd interaction is very fun and the skits/games and wonderful.

My husband and I attended a workshop here with 24 other couples and we had a great time. We laughed so much at ourselves and each other. The workshop was mainly about how we communicate with each other and how the other person interprets that communication. We vowed to practice what we learned to help us improve our communication. At least once a day we focus on saying Yes, and which is interpreted as positive as opposed to Yes, but which may be construed as something negative.

This place is awful. rude owner. terrible customer service. does not deserve anyones money. Stay away

The most fun to be had in the town of Schaumburg, and the Woodfield streets as the kids call it. Be carefull of the 9:30 shows. They tend twards adult. Looking to make new friends and lie together on a stage? This could be your new home.
