I found what I was looking for and more! But, then again no one goes there to buy exactly what they need. we Always get more than what we need! For this particular store, it was organized and I had no problem finding items. Also great customer service.

I really love my local Michaels. The staff is super nice and helpful. You can get a lot of coupons if you have the app so thats a must! Ive been coming to this location for years now and Ive never seen anyone give a customer a bad attitude. Just positive vibes in our local craft store.

I got a square piece of metal framed here for my girlfriend. Bring a coupon - they usually knock the price down 70% but it is still pretty pricey. They did an amazing job though.

Michaels is great it will have what you need for any of your craft needs. My rating of a 4 Star is only because it has too many options sometimes can be overwhelming, at least for someone who doesnt have a clear picture of what they need. That being said it is still a wonderful store to go to when you just need to craft it out!Plus that normally play great music!!

No help... the girl at the register was by herself the managers walking around putting things away before he jumps on a register and start helping her... Needs to get his priorities straight

I have been to this location 3 times now and my review is mixed feeling. Hard to find a team member on the floor when you need help. I wish they had buttons to call for help. Nice store, good selections and friendly team members. Just the one time I had someone that took really long with a guest before me but I guess he was new. Other then that I will probably stop by when Im close to the area.

It was my first time to ever get a custom frame and I was very happy I chose Michaels to execute on my frame order. The staff was very helpful, worked hard to stay within my budget, and had solutions to ensure that the best qualities of the portrait were properly highlighted. I highly recommend Michaels custom framing services but just make sure you allocate sufficient time or make an appointment so that the staff can spend time on your order.

Like the store but wish they had more coupons. Joann always has a ton and they take multiple competitor coupons as well. These guys only take 1.

The place is nicely clean, but my problem was I saw no workers, this was my first time there and I had to go down every isle to find my product. Plus they are over pricing items. Beautiful, clean, good lighting, but lacking customer service.

Terrible customer service throughout the entire store. Ive been shopping at this location for years but after this visit, I wont be back. The deterioration of customer service and the negative attitudes of the employees are my primary complaint.

I have been there many times and they usually have what I want... And stuff I think I will use. It is a dangerous place for a crafty person. I always spend to much because I walk in for a few things and end up leaving with half the store! But that is my own doing, they just have so much! They have a huge supply of Cricut Products too!

Great customer service always with a smile. The store was pretty busy today with customers all wanting and needing help. While I waited for my turn to ask a few questions I noticed that Jade responded to us with aplomb and made sure that each of us were satisfied before helping the next customer. She answered all my questions with a smile. She was terrific. I also needed some questions answered about the yarn I was purchasing and Resma(I apologize with I spelt her name wrong) was just as helpful as Jade. They are both a credit to your store.

I dont go crafts/home decor shopping often, but I couldnt find anyone on the floor to help me find products, and while waiting as the second person in line, it took upwards of 5 minutes to get to the register. I was trying to rush the cashier so the 4 customers behind me could leave as well, but he was reluctant to my haste.
