Absolutely loved this place! What a blast and open super late. It was busy, but our server was attentive and brought drinks quickly. Great atmosphere and great music. Loved all the songs and the order of them as well. If you want a fun sing along to the tunes and dance bar, this is the place!

This place is so much fun!!! We popped in while visiting Savannah during a girls weekend. We had so much fun that we went back the next night too! Great vibe, reasonably priced drinks, awesome staff, and super talented musicians! We will definitely make this a regular stop while in town. Cant wait to visit again!

Big fun bar atmosphere. Drinks were good and not insanely priced. Piano players were talented, but they definitely didnt duel and the song choices were weird. Fun overall, but my love is the back and forth between pianists, and that just wasnt a thing when we visited.

Liked the music and staff was nice, but to many people in a closed in area so I left. Seems like a great place to visit when theres not a pandemic going on.

Great vibe! It’s like a factory warehouse. The music was fantastic. It would’ve been nice if they had like a dance floor area. The food was actually really good and the Jell-O shots were amazing!

This is by-far my favorite place to go in downtown Savanah. Always a great time! However, its easy to run up a tab.

Definitely a fun place, but I feel like its advertised to be more unique than it actually is. Dont get me wrong, its not a dive, but its fairly run of the mill. The piano players are pretty engaging entertainers, but they should expand their set from just the usual bar songs.

If youre looking for talented musicians you might want to go somewhere else, but if youre looking for a fun place youve found it.

WOW WOW WOWWe ran into a local fella the night before at a whiskey bar up the street who said if we were anywhere near this dueling piano bar we should definitely stop in...and he wasnt wrong. What a crazy awesome amazing beautiful disaster this place is. I kind of want to live there. If youre anywhere in Savannah and get a chance to stop in I cant explain whats going to happen to you so Im just going to end this here.

Had a great time. The guys on stage were fantastic. Service was a little slow, we ordered drinks at the bar and felt bad after because the server came around and checked up on us every 20 minutes or so for the rest of the night.

We love dueling pianos!! Extremely talented musicians and great singing voices, along with fun personalities! Sure winning combination for a fun night!!!

The last thing you want to do on your Honeymoon is call you CC holder for Fraud. The pianists are great, but I was charged 3 charges. (LET ME ADD THAT I DID CLOSE MY TAB). I was charged 35.50 (Our actual tab), 50 dollars, and another 50 dollars. Unlike the owners response in this thread... I called Citizens and they said these were actual transactions and not preauths! It saddens me the two bar tenders I was interacting with were stealing from me. Horrible.

This place was so fun! Bring cash and get some requests in!! Super talented musicians with high energy and great spirit. Prepare for what is basically group karaoke.. ! The crowd seemed like a lot of fun folks. Servers worked hard and were very attentive. Give it a go! Its quite the show!

First you have to understand the crowd and the event. Very popular location so its gonna be crowded. Age is probably 25-40 on average. Music varies on request. 1 bar is cash only. Top bar is card also. Cover was $10. Did I say crowded? First hour was fun. Next hour just crowded and loud. Probably helped if I wasnt the DD.

We had a great night at Smiles. The dueling piano concept is just fun. Dont go if you think it will have refined playing and musicianship. This place is about having a great time - singing along and just having a party. If that works for you, dont miss it. We are glad we did not.

Its a lot of fun. Make sure to get here as soon as they open otherwise its hard to find a seat. The food is not that good, but the service is good.

Some of the most wholesome fun I have had at a bar. Performers were great and knew how to work that crowd. Easy to get a drink and many other bars nearby. Recommend for anyone 22-92.

First night I went, which was on a Friday awesome got there little early. Second night on a Saturday little later standing room only, but great atmosphere, but if your not into crowds its not going before you. Security not the greatest

One of the best bar I have ever been! Looks like a normal piano bar, but then you’ll be amazed how talented the artists are. And the people? Gosh, they are pumped and so excited, amazing and fun crowd!

Had a good time, not my usual scene. If your looking for loud fun music and lots of drinking this is the place to go. If you like sitting get there early or dont bother, it aint for you.

This was my first time here, but I totally loved it. So fun to watch the entertainers duel it out. They are talented and keep the fun vibe going.There is opportunity to request songs, order drinks and snacks.The reason why there is not a full five stars is simply for the fact the bathrooms are not maintained during the night. There is an essence of uncleanliness that the party atmosphere just can’t erase.It is a fun place for a great time, but bring your own sanitizer.Oh and the Jell-O shots are super!

This place is full of high energy! The 2 guys playing the pianos and other musicians and singers had the crowd on their feet! We arrived around 10:30 pm so we had to stand, but even those with tables were standing. They allowed some to dance on the stage when they were playing their songs, but the bouncers kept everyone in check. A fun and entertaining place to go in Savannah!

It’s a nice large location and the music fills the atmosphere. It’s electric! But it’s not worth “buying a song” they play the song whenever they feel like it and the piano players aren’t very nice. I mean I am giving them my hard earn money to play a single song so at least they could do is play it or say they don’t know the song instead of taking the money and leave ya waiting. And don’t say it’s a tip, we’re paying to hear a song. By the way, y’all aren’t gods, come back to earth, be humble and mindful.

Was a pretty cool place to check out and was excited to see that it wasnt a college type bar. Was not exactly what I was expecting as the Dueling Pianos really didnt Duel at all more or less just traded off plane requests from the crowd which mostly were 90s and current pop songs. Musicians were very talented took away one star because the server was pretty horrible we waited an hour just to get seen by him. We were there early the place was not busy at all so there was little excuse for this otherwise a great experience

Everything except the bouncers are great. Bartenders made great drinks, watched more than 2 fights go down (both of which were fueled by the bouncers looking for someone to hit or throw) probably won’t be back because I’m not into the environment the bouncers made.

$5 cover cash and $6 for cards but well worth the money. The performers were entertaining as comedians as well as talented musicians. Bartenders were prompt, food was good, booze selection was good. Our favorite place in Savannah during our trip.

Gets crowded on Saturday nights so arrive early to grab a table. And if they look full, most people sitting two at a table for four will be happy to share if you ask. We noticed lots of places for people to sit if anyone bothered yo ask.Great vibe the later the night goes with full on pandemonium after 11. Fun times to be had here... stopped by one night with a bunch of people from work! Loved the vibe. The bar was a bit hectic but fast service when I ordered.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOVE THE TABLES OR CHAIRS! The person that informed me of this was nice and helped our group find a place to sit and enjoy the music. They actually got us a table right next to the stage. We all had a good time and will probably visit again the next time we are in town.

Had a blast here! Loved the evolving quote board. I danced and sang with a bunch of my friends! The singers and players were quite a talented bunch! There were people celebrating different occasions: a bachelorette, a birthday girl, and anniversary, in addition to our crew from EMAG 2019. I look forward to going again next time I am in Savannah!

My husband & I enjoyed it so much, we went there 3 nights in a row. Different every night. Kudos to Marty & staff for making it easy to love.

Let me start with the only bad thing I saw. The cover you have to pay in the entrance.Other than that, the place rocks. It is is for single people, for couples to have fun, for parties ( Birthdays, wedding parties etc.) It is for everyone.Two pianos, two very nice voices for singing, and a lot, A LOT OF FUN!Big place, good drinks, full in the weekends (especially when SCAD is open) and you can order your own songs by writing it on a napkin and adding a dollar in their jar. But it worth...these guys can even play dubstep on a piano...they are crazy!Crazy..good.

So much fun. These guys are amazingly talented. A must visit when in Savannah. But i hear it is crazy crowded on the weekends so go on a Wednesday or Thursday.

Wasnt crowded when we first arrived...got busier though. Good talent, however, the service staff seemed like the only one on the floor. Security and door staff were not impressive either. We were celebrating a birthday and had it posted on their mirror for five dollars, they later posted a crude remark of our birthday person on the other mirror...they sold out a good person for a lousy two dollars! And we wonder why this country is in the toilet. Really Smiles? You could have done better! You ruined a good night

Several servers followed me out After we closed our tab to step out for a cigarette, they waived the receipt in our face and asked why I didn’t give a tip, (I tip at the end of the night) then they banned us from the bar( by cornering us and putting hands on us) after we paid an entrance fee, plus paid our drink bill. They also cursed us out. This place should be sold soon, but there is a “for lease” sign for a reason I guess. We went to the bar next door, got amazing service and tipped 300 dollars. So don’t go to Savannah smiles unless you want to get jumped by the staff.

Extremelly fuuun!! Arrive early to enjoy all night. They have good priced beers and all classic bar/finger food. If you want to have a full meal, maybe look for somewhere else. But I assure that their atmosphere is unique! You can ask for musics (so all the classics play all nights, maybe even a few times, I wonder...), go up on the stage and dance, so it seems to be a great place for bridal parties, because the night I went there were 4 of them.

Great musical talent. These folks are great. The bouncers do a good job of trying to control those few that are rude and drunk...they stay on top of it..so everyone can have a good time. Be ready to rock out!!!!

Fun music but they accepted $10 to write “Make America Great Again” on the board in the front. Keep politics out of piano bars. The worst was ~85% of the patrons cheered when he wrote it.

Fun place! You can go on stage to dance and sing while these guys are playing the piano. The waiters are on point when youre ordering food BUT if its a super busy night, you might have to flag them. But they get your orders in and out!

I only live 3 hours away but never had the pleasure to visit Savannah until last week, business trip. The very best part of my visit was on Wednesday night, 3/20/19. I got to experience Smiles Dueling Pianos Saloon, what a blast!! I live a pretty low key life, home body, but at Smiles, I was able to let my hair down, pure fun! The musicians are fab, thank you for such a great time! I look forward to my next visit. (Marty, I would like to buy you dinner sometime :-) Hugs & kisses to all!!

This is such a fun dueling piano bar! Its huge on the inside so its one of few places in Savannah where it doesnt feel overly crowded on a Saturday night. My only regret is that this usually ends up being our last stop when were bouncing bar-to-bar and I know we would get much more time to enjoy if if we arrived sooner. :) Definitely one of my favorite spots.

If you want high brow piano playing this is not for you but if you want fun and lively entertainment then go there. Mixed age of crowd since Savannah is full of tourist. Kudos for the young folks there they new lots of the 70s and 80s songs that were played.
