We stumbled upon this place just by accident. We were out looking for someplace to eat that was new and we saw it and of course we love Seafood so we went in and we were extremely surprised at how beautiful it was on the inside. The employees there were so friendly and excited to see us. We were not required or even asked to have a mask on which was magnificent! The menu was super and the waiter was great. The calamari was excellent I highly recommend it. The seafood platter was monstrous! We rarely have to take Seafood home but we took some seafood home! The waiter was really nice he is also a bartender so he made me a surprise concoction that only he created. It didnt even have a name but it was made with lavender and gin it was very elegant and Light. Dateless to say we were extremely happy with this place and we will definitely be going back. As a matter of fact, we are going again next weekend with my husbands brother who will be coming over from South Carolina.
11/10 Amazing setting with bubble light walls accenting an overall industrial design with a blend of rustic and modern furnishings. Great music selections. The craft cocktails menu is well rounded, we recommend the painkiller or the mint chocolate martini. We had the crab legs and prime rib. Both were great. She said “the best crab legs I’ve ever encountered in my entire life.” She ate them like the Cookie Monster. The mushroom risotto with the steak could have been worked a little more to give it the consistency you want but overall it was seasoned correctly and complimented the medium steak very well. Asparagus was also very good, peeled thoroughly probably blanched and grilled, it was easy to enjoy. Our appetizers were the clam chowder soup and cilantro lemon soup. Both perfect the cilantro soup with basmati rice and lemon was very refreshing. The clam chowder was very creamy and delicious with more meat than any other clam chowder I’ve had.
The fiod was good, but the service was lacking. The waitress told us they did not have a catch of the day dish, and then a few moments later told another table what it was. She only came to the table to check on us once, and I had to go to the waitress station to ask for a to go box, and ask for our check after waiting even longer. The manager apologized and offered a catch of the day dish to go, but after eating a dish i really didnt want, I did not accept it. It seems like they could have comped even a small percentage off the bill if the dish was refused and a legitimate complaint was made on the service.
This place definitely has a good vibe to it. They even host Latin nights. Ive yet to try the food though.
Overall the food was great and the server was great as well. The only issue is that I received an Old Fashioned that didnt seem right to me. After a couple drinks, my wife made mention that there were a lot of granules in the bottom of my drink, which I thought was sugar. When I mixed it up and took another drink, I found out why the drink didnt taste right, it was loaded with salt. My wifes margarita was supposed to have a sugar rim, but it was salted, so we figured out that the salt and sugar got mixed. The server responded quickly and got me a new drink with no issues.
Went last night with my husband for our 15 year anniversary. It was very nice i was a little upset at first we ordered a bloody Mary and they come back and tell us that no bloody Mary mix. Well ok we got blackberry margaritas they were good. Then for our appetizers we order oysters which I was looking forward to. Nope no oysters, well I wasnt going to let that ruin our night i was disappointed but it happens. We ended up getting clam chowder it was very good and for dinner we had seafood rice. That was amazing and to top it off my favorite desert key lime pie. The service was very good im just hoping the next time we go they will have oysters. Maybe Ill call before we go. But all in all it was a great 15 year anniversary
Mrs. Jackie was so patient, effervescent, and helpful. We got our food quickly. I had fried shrimp and oysters. Mom had fish and rice. We got the last/only crab cluster for the night. I could see the golf course, such a pleasant view. No interfering air traffic although we were at the entrance of the airport. The interior atmosphere is elegant and muted. It looks like an average entree is in the $20s-$30s.
Very good fish fry, great shrimp appetizer, dessert was mediocre at best. To the owner/manager, chocolate lava cake should be served warm/hot, not cold. Lava is not cold.
Very good. Best Calamari Ive ever had. Great service too.
Love this place! Crab cakes are seriously the best Ive ever had!
Nice place to go out and eat to. There is also a Lounge and dancing area on the other side.
Service was great but the food and cocktails were just meh. Wont be back.
Went for our anniversary dinner service and food was excellent. Highly recommend
Nice friendly environment great food especially the lobster mac and cheese..the bartender make very good drinks as well will be going again.
The food was great. The main dishes were delicious and the sides that paired with it were creative. The best thing was the friendly service. My father is a regular at the restaurant and the staff treated us like family. I highly recommend the ceviche, but I doubt you can go wrong with anything in the menu
My newest fave seafood find. Great food and service. Loved all-can- eat crab legs Wednesday special.
Its just shrimp Scampi, right? No! This was really great, perfect!
Awesome!!.. Music, dancing and FOOD. GREAT atmosphere.. Will be back for sure!
The food was good. The server, Tisha was excellent.
Nice place! Delicious food!
Very nice place. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. I really like the fact you can sit down, eat a good meal, and have conversation with your dinner party. We came here after work and they were playing some light jazz that was perfect for dinner. Not too loud. Just right for a relaxing meal.I will be coming back for sure.
Deliciously expensive is all I can say. need more staff on Wednesday so I dont wait forever for a refill. the staff are a bit dry in personally, maybe I caught her on an off day.
This was a delightful surprise. The clam chowder was delicious and the rice soup was an unusual flavor combo that was rich with vegetable flavors and cilantro. Amazing. The shrimp scampi and the red fish were both prepared and presented beautifully.
This place is not enforcing social distancing during the pandemic they are not spacing tables 6 foot apart as recommended by the CDC or governor
This was an excellent classy restaurant with tremendously careful COVID-19 precautions extremely professional and friendly staff the food was delicious served hot service was over the top our servers name was Jeremy who did an outstanding job his suggestions were spot on I would recommend this to anyone who happen to be in Pooler near Savannah great place five stars
Amazing! We went for the Monday $1 oysters, which were so fantastic we had 2 dozen! But we loved the whole experience. The restaurant decor is so nice. We particularly liked the wall of driftwood. Entrees were superb. Hubby had lobster, shrimp mac n cheese, I had shrimp, mussels, scallops with rissoto. Topped it off by splitting a to-die-for caramel cheesecake. And Sean, our server, was excellent! Great find!!
The food and drinks were great, but the bartender was horrible. She was an older woman with bleach blonde hair, raspy voice, and tanned skin. We asked about salsa nights and what other events happen over the weekend. The bartender says, on saturday nights is hip hop night and it gets pretty dark in here. I asked her to clarify what she meant by dark and she says, theres a bunch of black people and it gets really loud. Why is she telling customers this? Is this racist behavior acceptable at this restaurant? It is 2020 and this small minded outlook is completely unacceptable. I will not be going back. Management needs to put their employees through some kind of sensitivity training because that was just ridiculous and completely uncalled for.
The Food and Service was past Excellent. we will definitely be back again soon
The entire area is recently developed and the other places we drove by were overflowing with cars. 201s lot was fairly empty, but we attributed that to being 7pm on a Monday. This is not a restaurant used to children. There is no section for them in the menu and no suggestions made by the server for meals that wouldnt be wasted with their smaller appetites. Kudos: I asked for a dish to be split and they accommodated that request. The portions were large and the food was flavorful. At the end of the meal we had to all twice for it check. Even with such a few number of people dining, it felt like we were forgotten while they moved on to something other than the people in the restaurant.
It was not very busy when we went but the food was very good and the wait staff was well on top of things. Only complaint is the price but I was aware it would be expensive.
Blackened grouper was deliciousService was also superlative
To start with the service was very good! The food was great and the Clam Chowder as usual, was amazing! Our waitress Paula, even after a very busy valentines weekend, was pleasant and very efficient! It was a very enjoyable dinner and we would recommend both this restaurant and our waitress highly!
Terrible... called in an order for shrimp platter and lobster tail. My mom went inside to pick up our order and when she got in the car the FIRST thing I noticed was the strong fishy smell!!!! Ugh! The lobster tail was great, but the shrimp was horrible. Breading was old and the shrimp were rubbery. It had to be thrown out...And I PROMISE we are not especially picky people. Would not recommend to anyone!
On my last visit l order my usual Shimp and grits. This time I got Shimp in pasta sauce on grits. Pasta sauce is not good on grits. The waitress was great she took it back and suggested the white fish, it was very good. The left picture is with the pasta sauce. The right is my usual.
This was a nice surprising restaurant loved the food quality was great will definitely visit again.
The place is absolutely beautiful and the service is superb, the food is great. A must to visit and enjoy if your in the Pooler Ga area.
Very pleasant atmosphere & great customer service with amazingly fresh/flavorful seafood
It was okay. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to brag about either. I had the cilantro rice soup and Brussels Sprouts. The sprouts should have been roasted a little longer. Hubby had the crab legs.
Service was great and food was delicious
Beautiful structure with a awesome dance floor and polite people.
Had reservations for 2 at 6:30 on Valentines day. Arrived early and was seated instantly only to find out they had a special Valentine menu. This was not mentioned on the website. Meals were $50 per person, but no regular menu. I went there specifically for the twin lobster tails for $30. We left very disappointed. May try again on a non holiday but never on a holiday. Sorry,
Food was delicious and serving size was perfect
Really great food and pretty atmosphere. Our waiter was new and the food out the kitchen was slow but the tasty food made it worth it.
Best seafood food very nice place comfortable and kid friendly I will come back again for sure!
Excellent quality food at very reasonable rates. Best restaurant in Pooler.
Love this place. Aways order the scolops risotto.
Service was fine, food was fine, but felt very corporate/chain. Not a lot of character or charm. Scallops were ok, but Ive had much better. Wouldnt object to visiting again, but I wouldnt hurry back.
This place was great! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our food. The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff were professional. I highly recommend the fried flounder and the ceviche. We will be back.
Food poisoning from oysters and they still made me pay for them in more ways than one.
My Birthday Dinner was wonderful with my brother and cousin. The food was delicious. Our waiter Paula was so pleasant & sweet.
Very nice presentation of food served in a cozy atmosphere. I ordered the shrimp scampi which had a bit of a smokier flavor and thicker sauce than Im accustomed to but still a treat. Would I order it again...yes!
Wonderful ceviche, fish selection, LARGE portions and desserts.Desserts: The flan was incredibly rich, better than any I have ever had!Didnt care for the coconut mousse thing so much, but beautifully presented!Skimpy on the avocados on my spinach salad for some reason! Avocados were not freshly cut.All servers ( Sean) and staff were extremely professional.Pretty patio, great upbeat smooth jazz music, tvs to watch games without sound was great.Funny smell all throughout the restaurant when I walked in that made me consider leaving. Must be a very strong cleaner smell.Great foodie food!
Great food and really good atmosphere
Excellent calamari, oysters, fish, seafood Alfredo and service!
Best service ever! Our server, Tesia, was so friendly and welcoming. :)
I am a seafood lover, I was excited about celebrating my birthday, so traveling from Hollywood, SC. This was the nearest seafood restaurant, to where I going to.Atmosphere was good, But when it came to my dinner, I was totally dissatisfied, highly disappointed! I had crab legs, It was VERY small, no good taste, the crabs tasted like the box of crab legs I get from Walmart. Waitress was nice, never saw the manger, to make up, I was given free dessert. Well, I was still not satisfied. It costed my friend $38 plus tax. I will never eat there again and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone!!!
Food was GREAT. Portions given was satisfying for price. Waitress was great. Menu need to be printed bigger is my only complaint.
Very pleasantly surprised, the restaurant certainly exceeded my expectations. Service and food were excellent. I will surely be back.
Nice restaurant, service was good, and the food was great
We had a great dinner tonight. The lobster and shrimp macaroni and cheese was so good!My husband had the new York strip steak and it was cooked great and tasted delicious!
Tonight was our first time on the Lounge side for the Rawls Realty Christmas Party and we had a Wonderful time! The interior was very well decorated, very clean and the DJ was on it all night long. My wife and I are much harder to feed than most people because we do Not eat meat or dairy products and my wife has a gluten intolerance, but the gentleman in charge took great care of us and the food he brought out was Excellent! We Really had a Great time and even though our ears are ringing, lol, we will have to come back sometime and party like we are 21 again, lol... Thank you for a great night out, we dont get those nights often enough and tonight will be a night we wont soon forget!
Nice place, prices are ok for the place but I feel like the low country boil and ceviche needed something maybe some flavor/seasoned/garlic butter/ something. Ceviche was way too sour, fried shrimp was great. Kid ate the burger so I guess it was good . waiter did a good job .
This is my 2nd visit. Nice interior and size love color changing tree, good DJ he will getcha dancing if you like to dance, chair dancers included. Drinks kinda pricey bartender unfriendly, unfriendly door staff...suggestion>> OPEN THE DOOR FOR ALL PATRONS ESPECIALLY SINGLE LADIES THAT VISIT YOUR PLACE. MAKES A PERSON FEEL WELCOMEDIf I was to go into this place based on my greeting....I truly wouldve turned and got back in my car. The crowd was kinda small this night but was cool for me. Reggae night, my 1st night there was THICK. This night lots of groups came and went but no one stayed longThe DJ had friends come which he catered to as well. They danced but gave bad vibes to strangers If your a woman seeking woman its perfect! Woman seeking man go some where else . This is a good couples spot in my opinion.
The food and service was excellent!! Monday night special on oysters and they were delicious raw and steamed. The lobster dinner was a great choice.
Waited 50 minutes for this; a salad and Brussels sprouts. What was worse is that it wasnt even busy, it was actually pretty empty with only three other tables seated...in the entire restaurant. The Brussels sprouts werent even good; overcooked and unseasoned. I also had the pleasure of watching the manager and server walk by our food underneath the food lamps and our entrees sat there for almost ten minutes. Service was slow, took ten mintues to get water. Only reason i am giving it two stars is because the restaurant was clean and my salad was good. I wouldnt recommend coming here.
Such an elegant experience. The Shrimp and Lobster Mac and Cheese was amazing!!! Literally the best environment Ive been in. Definitely coming back!
Great place, great food Oysters raw were so fresh.Jarrod the bartender great cat...super cool
Their early bird and happy hour special was really good. The early bird special is chose a soup or salad, an entree and a dessert. The bartender was very good.
Place an ambiance was great the staff was fast friendly and helpful shrimp Alfredo was perfectly would definitely go back again
Very nice place. Low country broil was very good. The homemade bread is outstanding.
Classy sea food restaurant.
Some of the best oysters Ive ever had! Mondays are $1 oysters!!! Best seafood in pooler, hands down.
Food was very good and so was the service
OMG, so good!!!! I had shrimp and grits, my son had the low country boil. We took home a full meal of leftovers. We ate at the bar and Mr. James was a great bartender and such a nice person.
Really great food here and great customer service!!!! I had the crab cake made with real crab meat. Ummm!
Good food and cozy environment
201 is the perfect date night location. The menu selection will please the pickiest eater, the drink and cocktail menu is so extensive the hardest thing is to decide what to drink ( I HIGHLY recommend the Moscow Mule), and the wait staff is friendly and professional. Its a little pricey, not so much that you dont deserve it every now and then. So, treat yo self!
I have been going to this restaurant lately on Thursday nights to play free poker with River Street Poker League. The atmosphere is nice and they have several beers on tap. Our server/bartender is really personable. Everything I have ordered off the menu has been fantastic. The shrimp appetizer, Caesar salad, pork tenderloin are my favorites. This is a nice place if you’re staying nearby to just go have a drink and relax
I really enjoyed it. The Low Country Boil Was Season and Very Good. Shrimp fried Rice was delicious also
Nice place. But theres no where to sit. Turns out you have to pay to sit.
Not a foodie stop. Just in for a quicky cocktail. Great staff. Very cool ambiance.
Fantastic, fantastic, quality food and service. Tuna steak was spectacular and everything tastes extremely fresh and homemade. Jeremy was my server and massive thumbs up to him and compliments to the chef! Couldnt ask for more at this price.
Always enjoy myself here. Food is great. Wish though that my last waitress had at least check up once to see how things were going.
Nice atmosphere, good service and the food is good. I would recommend it for a nice dinner out.
Food was great and great bar drinks!
Very nice inside and out super clean and friendly exelent food and drinks super
I went to 201 Seafood Restaurant on recommendation of a friend when I was in Savannah. The decor and amience was very nice. The staff, our server and manager Jackie were very polite and welcoming! Good spread of seafood menu choice as well as other non-seafood items. The food was delicious and flavourful. Crab cake, Shrimp Alfredo and Chocolate dome dessert was yummy...couldn’t get enough of it. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah.
Great food and service
Terrific experience. Wonderful dinners for my wife (crab cakes) & blackened Red Snapper for me. We ate at the bar and really enjoyed our time talking with James, the bartender. He has quite the skill in preparing pretty cool drinks. Id make this a stop heading either north or south on 95 - you wont regret it. Oh, please say hello to James for us (Bob and Jane). Enjoy!!!
