Has really cute items to purchase and clothes. The ladies there are very nice and go out of their way to help you. Will definitely go back next summer!!!
They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
So wonderful its a lovely shop and beautiful house
I only went on the tour because I liked the movie, I grew up in Mercer, PA (named after a relative who commissioned the construction of the home), and also I love Historic Savannah. The operators should have informed the callers that no photographs can be taken during the tour, which seems odd. Maybe they are trying to push sales of the book written by Jim Williams sister which includes interior photographs of the home. You do see where Danny Hansford was murdered and where Jim Williams died a few feet away however. You do get to see photographs of Jim Williams, photographs taken during the filming if the movie of Clint Eastwood and Kevin Spacey. The tour guide was a bit above himself and not entirely friendly. He was obsessed with my phone being left on and acted rudely, my phones power button does not work and it could not be turned off. Again, they could have told us to leave our phones in the car if they are that particular. The Carriage house employees were very obliging and friendly. They squeezed us in at the last minute for the tour. I recommend taking the tour if you love the movie just to see where the murder happened and to learn more about Jim Williams restorations.
A very lovely shop. Susan is incredibly kind.
Paid 40.13 for admission for 3 folks and then said we needed to go back to car and get masks . Clerk says we sell them for $14.00 EACH ! WHAT A RIP OFF ! We went back to car to retrieve
