I am a Disabled Vet with a Respiratory Disease and was told by the Pro Shop that it is MANDATORY that I ride with another player. I explained my issue and was told thats just our policy. The Course must be in Pandemic Denial, because during the HEIGHT OF THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC AND GEORGIA LEADING THE NATION IN CASES, the General Managers direction is, everyone MUST RIDE TOGETHER, regardless of Health Risk. Wish I could give less than a 1 Star. ALL VETERANS IN THE HINESVILLE/SAVANNAH ARE, READ THIS REVIEW!!

Dont waste your time or money, poorly managed and horrible drainage. Course is a mud pit and the personel are clueless!

I am sorry for the club being in total disarray from previous owners. Course is in bad shape. Some holes is: #7 should be closed completely. I will not return even though it structural ly is a good course. No scoring ability because the greens are saturated by bad grass. I am sorry hopefully new owners can improve it someday

Great course, and great staff. We met sonny on a night out and he was very friendly, informative, and helpful and even suggested we come play the next day because the weather would be better... we did, it was, and we had a great time!

I played this course earlier in September. On vacation didnt bring clubs so I rented them at the course. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MY VACATION DAY BACK!!! It was probably the worst course I have ever played on. Tee boxes were terrible, sand traps with barely any sand on the front 9, greens were patchy and I do believe on the back 9 I saw streaks of oil in the green from the tractor. The rough that was somewhat cut just left the patched of dead grass laying around. Probably lost 4 balls just from that. $35 for 18 holes and then the rental clubs on top was $25. THIS COURSE IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Asked the clubhouse after paying where the first tee box was and got a mumbled answer couldnt even understand the guy. Definitely has potential just needs a lot of attention. I would post a picture, but the course really wasnt worth it. From the website I was pretty excited, but ended up being a huge let down.

This course is in the worse condition that I have ever seen it. I was told that the mower was down so they could not mow, That does not stop the grounds crew from repairing the sand traps or from clearing debris from the course and cleaning the course. The club house is in need of repair and updating. This use to be a fine course. No excuses .

Course has a lot of potential in a great neighborhood but needs a lot of work. Greens are rough. Bunkers are full of weeds and very little sand. Fairways heavily covered with grass clipping to where you cant find your ball at times.

Stopped for lunch. The course looks like it was ready for filming the Walking Dead. Place looked rough. Decent food, but rough looking grounds.

Course was in pretty good shape with the greens needing a little TLC. Its a beautiful and challenging layout that is a good test of golf. Will definitely play it again!

The course is now owned by the Southbridge Community. They have started lots of projects to improve the course. Already looking better.

Went at the beginning of May and course was in excellent shape. Greens were some of the best Ive ever played on. Cart paths do need work. Whoever complained about porta potties on front 9 only. Well I used a walk in concrete bathroom on back 9 and Ive really never heard of fairways being mowed too low and as far as yardage markers, well most people have range finders nowadays.

Greens are very nice fwys starting to look better considering no rain until this week very good shape. LOVE THE PLACE. 3 hr 30 min round

I was greeted by the very golf educated, very friendly, employee named Josh, He knew all the pars, holes, even gave me a few tips and was top notch, I assumed he was the on staff pro, but he seemed a little young? I would have asked him ad should have, because even being a retired PGA Pro, he impressed me!. His knowledge of the Southbride courses and the game of golf was stellar,atleast to me and Ive been playing twenty plus years.I would like to note that the greens were in poor shape? So Josh if you are in charge please look into greens improvement, if you are not the GM/ pro tell your boss an ex pro said that Southbrige Greens are sub Par! I would only play again due to the impeccable service from Josh. Im not givinf the greens a star but the employee Josh I think his last name was Williams?Thank you Josh you made me and my two kids have a great day! South bride, get your GREENS up, and Please give Josh a copy of this review, He was top notch!

Good friendly service, Carts could use an upgrade, tee boxes weren’t bad but could use some work, fairways were nice but really tight and kind of blended in with rest of the course, greens were in great shape and fairly fast, course was a beautiful layout. I’d recommend this course to others.

Good course in Savannah GA. Stopped in on our way to play golf in Myrtle Beach. Nice course, greens were a little beat up but pin placement kept it out of the worst spots. Enjoyed the layout, challenging enough to make it fun. Not overly tight and the fairways were in great shape. Would play again when passing through.

There is only a porta potty on the front nine. Would have been nice to have a couple if that is what you are going to provide. Lacking signs at cart path intersections. Otherwise, love the layout - greens were great. Could use some water, but we will be back!

This course needs a lot of work in order to be rated anything higher then 2 stars. Fairways cut too low, grass dying out. Rough cut poorly. Tees uncared for. Greens are half way decent. The owners of this course are not local and it shows. My last trip to this course. Sorry.

Terrible shape. Overgrown weeds all over the golf course. Fairways had more dirt than grass. Greens were bumpy, sandy, and had dead spots. They couldn’t pay me to come back and play again

A lot of unmanicured grass out there full of weeds but decent rolling surface is only thing I can say

HOME SWEET HOME!!!

Nice 18 holes, however they seem to keep their fairways wet and soggy in spots and make it a little messy at times. So makes it a little more challenging when fairways are wet and play slow but greens are dry and fast. Overall nice course and not overly priced!

I played this course 2 days ago and its in terrible shape. Weeds everywhere, bumpy greens, grass in the bunkers.

Great Rees Jones Course in master planned community, less than 10 mins. To Historic District

This post is just for their banquet hall, great food and attentive staff, a usual place for Realtor luncheons.

This course was absolutely disappointing. There was no difference between the rough, fairway, and tee box. The greens were inconsistent. All around the course was garbage.

Nice course but the cart paths are in terrible shape and they dont have 150 yard markers on any of the holes which is frustrating.

They had a tournament going and did not tell me. After 3 holes in an hour and a half we just quit.
