Ok first of all I can’t say enough about this place! My fiancée & I booked a last minute anniversary weekend & we didn’t want to stay at a hotel amid Covid fears. This was our 1st B&B and we hit the jackpot. The 1st impression I received was confirming my online appt via phone. Tom answered and was so warm and friendly. Recommended restaurants to reserve nearby which was so helpful. I immediately felt like I was about to visit family. Next came Saratoga, a lovely place to visit with The Brunswick as a little gem nestled perfectly near everything. The house: Greeted by Kate with the warmest reception ever and I immediately knew we made the right choice. The house is a beautiful synergy of historical opulence and updated amenities. Social distancing and masks were respectfully and consistently enforced in shared spaces which we loved. I’m a neat freak and the room was clean and spotless. Reserve a room with a balcony if you can, it will enhance your experience 10 fold. Breakfast: Hands down our favorite part of the stay. Delicious food (I mean food not just appetizers) that was made with clean, fresh, and local ingredients. We were also able to meet Renee as well who is just as lovely. Book this place without a second thought. We will be back for years to come. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
We had such a pleasant stay at the Brunswick B&B. It was welcoming with an amazing breakfast served every morning. We felt so comfortable with the precautions they took to make sure everything was always clean.
The room was spacious, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. The staff are WONDERFUL and the food DELICOUS. My husband and I plan to come back every year on our anniversary. Thank you Brunswick staff!!!
The food and its presentation were exquisite. Tom, Renee and Kate are exceptional people, very hospitable and a great team. Room 9 was inviting, comfortable and the jacuzzi was very relaxing and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect place to stay for a long weekend.
We just had a wonderful three night stay here, right after Saratoga area went into Phase 3 of reopening. The building is attractive, well maintained and in a great location, and the room was comfortable and VERY CLEAN, including the bathroom. All appropriate steps were taken so we had no concerns re COVID-19. We were in Room 3, a front-facing room on the 2nd floor with a cute, small patio that is great for reading outside. Breakfasts were great (with appropriate social distancing), and my gluten-free requirement was perfectly accommodated. Owners are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable- exactly what you want.Saratoga was also a very good destination for a visit now- restaurants are open, with many having good outdoor seating options, and stores are open - with everybody following the state guidelines. Were also able to take advantage of outdoor recreation close by, including kayaking and hiking.
The Brunswick BnB is full of charm and boasts the best location to the track and walk ability to downtown. The rooms are spotless, and comfortable. The hosts, Kate, Renee and Tom are welcoming and gracious. The Brunswick has the best homemade breakfast options in town and they even provide fresh baked cookies with great coffee! This BnB is a true gem!
Covid-safeFriendly and attentiveSpotlessAmazing foodClose to everything
Family owned and operated by great people! Loved our stay here! Delicious homemade breakfast! Cant wait to go back!
Our new favorite place to stay in Saratoga! My partner and I usually visit Saratoga Springs every summer because it is a short drive and easy getaway. This year we booked a room at The Brunswick B&B for a two night concert run at SPAC. It was the perfect location for walking downtown during the day, and a quick Lyft to the concert venue in the evening. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, they definitely make you feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was delicious and kept us full for most of the day. Our room was right off the front porch but it was actually very quiet, and as a light sleeper I never had an issue. I highly recommend staying at this B&B!
Tom the owner and his family are very nice people the place is spotless the service was terrific. We were very disappointed in the size of our room room 5. You had to turn sideways to get past the bed frame to get into the bathroom, and we are average sized people. The room is so small the luggage rack was set up inside the small added closet they put in the room..We had to move it to use the closet or the luggage rack & the only place to set it up was the bathroom . Im not accustomed to keeping my luggage in the bathroom..We like to relax and in our room, visit, read, relax, share a few beverages, it was not possible here. So we looked for a common sitting area there isnt one. We have stayed at scores of B&Bs and they all have common areas to sit, There was the breakfast area which while nice its not a place to share a bottle of wine and visit. Or the front porch and it was chilly. When weve stayed at B&B s for special occasions in the past they wrote a note or a card of congrats or sometimes chocolates or sparkling cider you know the personal touches that make us love B&Bs. Tom told us Happy Anniversary when we arrived & that was our personal touch. Posting the room size in the description would help.I would have booked elsewhere had I realized. Saratoga is gorgeous the architecture alone is amazing. Love that this B&B is from the 1800s. Wish our room had been larger.
The location is great. The historic building is a gem. The breakfasts are amazing. The hosts are incredible. Thanks Tom, Renee and Kate for another memorable weekend. This was my second stay at your lovely B&B. It wont be my last.
Our experience at the Brunswick was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality from the lovely family who owned the bed and breakfast went out of their way to make our experience in Saratoga even more memorable. The yummy multi-dish breakfast, local recommendations, convenient location and charming settling made for a great stay.
Service was tremendous. The family and staff that run the B&B are incredibly friendly. I was there for a rowing regatta. They went out of their way to help with directions to and from the regatta site and even to help navigate through the regattas website. The breakfast was delicious. Again, they accommodated us to come back out of the rain after my daughters race to have breakfast.
The Brunswick is centrally located for those interested in horse racing (the track and the National Museum of Racing are just a block away), but it is also within walking distance of Congress Park and the shops and restaurants of Broadway. The owners go out of their way to make guests feel at home, especially at breakfast, which is a great opportunity to meet other guests and enjoy a delicious repast. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and very clean. Everyone I saw during my visit seemed genuinely comfortable and happy to be there. All in all, the Brunswick is a great place to stay when exploring all that Saratoga has to offer.
The Brunswick B&B is like the familiar neighborhood place where you go because you know you will have a great time and where someone will take care of you. Kate, the innkeeper and chef, along with her parents and small team, are those blessed souls that make The Brunswick feel like it is your bed and breakfast as much as it is theirs. Kate has an easy going and welcoming spirit that reminds you of a long lost friend you haven’t seen in a while. She and her team are very special and accommodating. With their years of experience, through knowledge of Saratoga, and desire to make your stay the best it can be, they anticipate your needs and provide a level of service comparable to, if not better than, that found at four-star resorts. We were in town for the Saratoga Springs Jazz Festival, and Kate went out of her way to make a delicious packed lunch for us. The property itself is very charming and within walking distance to the Saratoga Springs Race Track. It is only a few minutes removed from the hustle, bustle, and noise of downtown Saratoga. The Brook Tavern, a great place for food and drinks, is next door and they allow you to bring drinks to The Brunswick. We did that one evening enjoying cocktails on the Brunswick porch sitting in rocking chairs reflecting on a perfect day. We highly recommend The Brunswick, and most of all know that with your stay, you find new friends with Kate, her parents, and rest of the Brunswick staff.
This place was great! It is perfectly situated to walk around downtown. The room was beautiful and clean and breakfast was delicious. We had a little private balcony in our room where we could sit out and enjoy our evening. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. In the morning, they accommodated my food allergies with ease and made me a special batch of egg and dairy free strawberry banana pancakes. The owners are so gracious and friendly that it almost felt like we were staying with friends. The restaurant next door is also great for dinner. Next time we stay in Saratoga we will be back!
My family and I had the opportunity to stay at The Brunswick while in Saratoga for an event for our son. Our room was very spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and if you let the inn keepers, Kate, Tom and Renee know when making your reservation they are happy to accommodate dietary needs. We will definitely be returning to The Brunswick!

We had a lovely time at the Brunswick. Great amenities, cozy, warm and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was custom ordered and perfectly cooked! Well stay there again soon.
Great location for the race track. We walked to concerts at SPAC, too. The service was amazing and the staff was so friendly. Great breakfast. Nothing bad to say. I highly recommend The Brunswick to anyone staying in Saratoga Springs.
Charming place....lovely family vibe.....fabulous breakfast! We loved it. Will make it our go-to spot when visiting our grandson at skidmore. Very homey and warm.
Our hosts couldnt have been more kind and helpful. Great recommendations and directions for everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
Easy check in, parking no problem, friendly staff, lovely restored guest house, quiet comfortable room, good restaurant right next door, well located for all possible local attractions, especially the race course.
Great comfortable place owned by an amazing family . They make everything better. The food is to die for . Definitely highly recommended.
The Brunswick is a lovely little B&B located right on the main drag within walking distance to the racetrack (3 mins) and a 10 mins walk to the city center. The room was filled with charm and Kate, Renee and Tom were always available to answer any questions we had. Kate took the time to call the Roosevelt spa and mineral baths to see if they could squeeze us in for a couples massage and mineral bath. The breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. We had a wonderful time and wished we had booked an additional night!!! Definitely recommended.
We loved our room . It was well appointed and clean. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. We would recommend to everyone.
Stay here. You will not regret it. We had room 9, I think. It was upstairs tucked at the back of the house. It had a jet tub. The room was amazing and very clean. The breakfast was even better. We loved our night away from home here.
We loved everything about our stay. The owners were kind, the place was immaculate, and the food was delicious!
Very hospitable and friendly! Well be back every year!
Nice owner, nice place- great location. You really couldn’t ask for more.
Amazing service- very kind people running this place who actually really aim to please. I’d stay there again for sure.
Always a pleasure to stay. Rooms very nice, food and hospitality amazing!
Renee, Tom, and their daughter Kate were incredible hosts! Well definitely be back!
Owner very welcoming; comfortable room; great breakfast.
The B&B is awesome. Clean and bright and elegant with an amazing breakfast. I needed low carb, and the food was amazing while still being low carb and filling. The advice from the owners was all good and they were very friendly.
Warm & gracious reception...very accomodating to each guest... and goes above & beyond to know and please you... wonderful breakfast.
Kate and her father Tom were especially gracious hosts, super helpful about inquiring ahead of time about our needs during our visit, offering helpful suggestions about dining and local transportation options and proactively giving us heads-up about other events going on that might impact our plans. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-appointed, and though the shower water temp fluctuated a bit I think that was because we had a late check-out and they had probably already begun doing laundry. Breakfast was simply delicious -- above average -- in that the flavors were complimentary and well balanced, from the crumb cake muffin and fresh fruit cup, to the hole in one with delicate and tender peppers and onions, egg perfectly poached, and golden soft toast. There was also fresh fruit available for snacking (not to mention homemade cookies the night before!).We would highly recommend The Brunswick! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching foot traffic and cars traveling up and down Union Ave., and its only a 12-15 minute walk to the Congress Park end of town. And of course its so convenient from the highway as well! Kings Tavern is also just a few minutes walk if your looking for a nightcap. We had a great time. Thanks, Kate and Tom!
We had a great stay at this Beautiful B&B...the room was spacious and had a great bed, very pretty...beautifully appointed, all you need in the bathrooms...very warm, friendly staff, felt like we were with family... Katies Eggs Benedict made me forget my calories, ate ever drop...we definitely will go back, didnt know how beautiful Saratoga is.....
A lovely bed & breakfast. The room we had was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend it.
I like this old style. This house need some repair
Clean. Quiet, friendly, nice breskfsst, slept like a baby
The location is definitely not in what I would consider the heart of Saratoga, but its very close to the main shopping district and very very close to the race track. Our room was very well appointed, clean, and spacious. The woman who greeted us at the door was incredibly friendly and accommodating while never being overbearing. We passed on the breakfast that was complimentary considering we wanted to be sure to try some local fare for breakfast, but the deconstructed blueberry french toast smelled and looked incredible, definitely worthy of a sit down breakfast restaurant (they were also willing to make requests in place of the predetermined food). The parking situation was a little less than ideal, but it appears that most of the bed and breakfasts in the area suffer from a similar problem, and we were never forced to park far away, just a little tricky maneuvering with my large sedan. Overall a tremendous experience and I would highly recommend this experience.
Hands down one of the most comfortable and prettiest places! The owners take pride in taking care of their guests! And the Breakfast...The Best! We will be back!!!!If you want quaintness, this is where you want to be.
Clean and well kept but extremely noisy starting early in the morning.
Wonderful spot. Excellent service. Warm, homey, yummy breakfast, and friendly owners. Enjoy!
This place is very clean, cosy and sweet. The owners are very nice and accommodative. Breakfast is delicious and different every day and they offer vegetarian option. We stayed in the largest room with a whirl tub and we loved it. We will be definitely coming back. It is conveniently located next to the restaurant and few minutes away from casino and other entertaining spots.
Staff was great, room was very cozy and clean, the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Overall fantastic experience.
Cleanest place! Nicest people! Best breakfast!!
A gem. Wonderful hosts, and a charming place. And whats more, the best food we had in Saratoga all weekend.
Good location, homey, would stay there again.
Good places to stay
Wonderful!
You can’t beat the location, friendly hosts and charm of the house! It was our first time in Saratoga and we will be back.
