This is one of the great places to stop if you have a weekend trip in Saratoga. The walk is very scenic and the information boards posted at the springs help to give you an understanding of the springs as well as the history behind them

Loved this trail. Has no idea that this was right 8n our backyard. Really cool to see the types of formations Id typically associate with caverns or even Yellowstone. We tried the water from the springs and lets just say it was hard to swallow. Not a terribly challenging trail and great for the whole family

FOR A PARK ITS A NICE TRAIL. POPULAR AND SINCE ITS IN SARATOGA SOME PEOPLE ARE STUFFY, THEY THINK THEY OWN THE PLACE. WHEN DRIVING IN & OUT PEOPLE LIKE JUGGING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADS, WALKING ON THEM TELLING YOU TO SLOW DOWN. I WAS GOING 9 MPH. IF I HIT ANYBODY THE WOULD OF RAN ME OVER. LOL. BUT THE PARK IS HUGE AND YOULL COME ACROSS PEOPLE PLAY FRISBEE GOLF, JOGGING, SWIMMING, STROLLING, PICNICKING AND SO ON. I GOT THE FEELING THE TOWNS PEOPLE DONT LIKE DOGS. BIG ENOUGH FOR NOW IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT THE VIRUS YOULL HAVE PLENTY OF SPACE BUT NEXT MONTH OR SO IF THE QUARANTINE CONTINUES I EXPECT IT TO BE JAMMED. FOR THE MOST PART YOU WONT BE WALKING IN WOODS BUT ON RUBBER, GRAVEL, DIRT PATHS AND NEAR ROADS. NICE TO VISIT DURING THE SLOWER PART OF THE SEASONS. I DONT THINK ILL BE BACK. NOT WORTH THE DRIVE OR THE COST.

I love the Spa Park. Great trail along the creek. Ends with big stairway up. So if you dont like stairs, you have to go back. It is also a wet walk when going past the geysers.

Lovely hiking trail suitable for young children. Right next to both a playground and the nature center, which is open for events and during the summer. Plenty of parking here, since this is where they release the stock fish every year into the creek. The nature center has a bathroom inside, though Im not sure if its available in the winter. Bring your fishing pole - ages 16 and up need a license from the department of conservation, but younger children can fish for free.

OMG...this was a beautiful easy walk in perfect fall weather. We met so many nice people on the walk (about 1/2 mile round trip) but no so many that the walk was spoiled. We walked on the side of the creek from the parking lot to the staircase, went up the stairs, and walked back to the parking lot on the higher path. LOVELY...and peaceful....

I took three teenagers who would have rather been sleeping late on a Saturday, and I think even they would admit they had a fun time. This is not a rigorous hike; we actually did it in flip flops. We tasted each fountain as if we were on a wine tour and we certainly had some laughs (spoiler alert: only one tasted good!)

Wear your comfy shoes & bring a cup to sample the various waters. Trail is frequent damp, so maybe bring spare shoes (just in case). Feels cooler under the trees, so good on a warm day (bring a jacket if its cooler out).Took my sister in law here- lots of laughs. Warming, if the water smells funky, dont drink it. Some of the mineral water springs along the trail are sulfur & dont taste good tho most people.

We stopped here on a whim coming home from Lake Placid. This is a fantastic park. So many interesting things to see. The springs are so cool. Such diversity of people (in the whole city from what we noticed). This place is a gem, and my wife thought so highly of this and Sarasota Springs in general, she wanted to look into moving there. I will very much visit this place again.
