This is a sweet little playground, covered, near the. Swings, baseball fields and a basketball court. Restrooms nearby.

Quiet and shaded park. Good for organized sports but a little lacking on play equipment for younger kids.

Been coming here since my childhood. If you like tennis, working out, softball, basketball, jogging or soccer its a nice park .

Great place for pickleball. Love hearing the rooster next door.

Like a lot of parks, this one could use some attention and a few updates. The playground could use some work and some more interesting things for the kids to play on. I would also like to see more picnic tables or benches and some more covered areas would be perfect for the summer heat as well. This is a very popular spot for soccer and baseball though and that seems to be where the attention is given.

Nice park for the kids. Always a fun time. Just be cautious of the motley group that seem to always be in the pavilion next to the only restrooms. They must be living there

A quiet place to sit as long as no baseball or soccer games going on . Can walk around the park although there is no set trails to walk. Public bathroom and a small covered area to sit on picnic tables and enjoy being outdoors

Small park, has nice soccer fields and softball areas. Picnic benches used to have homeless people camping but they have been run off for a while now. Theres a small basketball court and a playground.

Its a neighborhood park Ive visited two years ago in Fruitville region. Its a cute green park. Many locals were playing soccer. Also there were tennis courts, a fitness trail and a playground. Plenty of amenities were available to everyone.***

Nice, clean park. We wish the playground had more awnings. There are a few regular-homeless guys lurking around that I wish would be removed.

Daytime is fine, decent playground, basketball and baseball fields. Nighttime the shelter draws in some undesirables who hang out and constantly smoke around the bathrooms. Not crazy about the kids having to deal with it.

Its okay nothing to write home about. Amscot is located there and so is a nail salon and grocery store

Fruitville Park has soccer fields, baseball fields and tennis courts. There is plenty of parking. The soccer fields are closed quite frequently or usually booked. There are soccer nets across the little hidden bridge usually not in use by the tennis courts.

Sarasota County Parks and Rec is such a joke... close the park to games when not a single puddle on the field on the weekend but leave them open during the week when they are way worse... somebody might actually have to work on the weekend... add the fact that this park is used as the county homeless shelter and it is an awful experience for families... your Sarasota county tax dollars at work, wasted as usual...

Had a great time getting together with old friends. The park was clean seemed welkom maintained, bathrooms were ok too
