Beautiful park along the waters edge! Well maintained & very actively used.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Its perfect for a relaxing trip to just enjoy the water without the crowded beaches! And great place to get some exercise by walking the bridge.

Nice place to go at night to see the lights. Our first spot we visited upon relocation here. We love it ..

Bird Key Park is a tiny park at the base of the island side of the Sarasota bridge. It was constructed when the new bridge was build. It has beautiful views of Sarasota Bay and a waterfront, plus two picnic tables. The problem is that theres not enough parking, and youre very lucky if it isnt full, which is just about all the time. The picnic tables, all 2 of them, are rarely available, sometimes full of kids just sitting on top of them doing nothing, which is aggravating

Marine beautiful view. Park is big and well maintained having several benches around shores.. Safe for children and pets. There is a small beach and a wonderful bridge where you can walk and run and also below this bridge. Parking lots are not so many but you can easy find a spot. Amazing place to stay and relax.

Love going there and just relaxing! Just wish the had Bathrooms so we could stay a bit longer and enjoy that Beautiful view!!

Great place to enjoy vegan sandwiches from Leaf and Lentil. Nice view, cool breeze, covered picnic table.

It is a lovely little area! Pretty walkway and views. It looks clean and well kept. There are a couple wading areas and places for kayaks and paddle boards. Benches etc. My puppy enjoyed it.

It was super pretty with fishing from under the bridge as well as places to sit to look out at the water. Very nice.

Small but beautiful views. Was very windy and stormy when we went but I can imagine the beautiful sunsets and the scene it would be. I recommend for a nice calm walk or for photos

This place is beautiful but dont tell the tourists about it. Its a hidden gem.

Great little place to take the dog for a swim. Hose for kayak rinse there so you can wash them off afterwards.

I love bird key park. Right on the bay, boat ramp, walk or bike path, interesting design (see picture). Very scenic. I love to take pics there at sunset. Also a small picnic area.

This is a really great place to relax. You can watch the water, watch the boats or just people watch. We have fished here for years, and had a lot of fun!

Nice park with a kayak launch and racks to rinse your boat/boards. Dog friendly. Nice hammock trees. Good little walking path. Parking can get a bit challenging during season, but worth visiting when you can find a spot.

Nice place to walk around and it has plenty of places to sit. It also had places to wash off if you went in the water. Now the not so good. No bathroom facilities as far as I could see and depending on which direction you came from it was a bit difficult to get in because of the flow of traffic. There really should be a left turn signal.

Clean park on the water! Walk over the bridge for sum great exercise. Missing bathrooms & a covered eating area.

A nice place to sit and watch the water if youre okay with some road noise. Good place to launch a windsurfer or kayak or stand up paddle board. Also great place to park and start walking around, under, and over the bridge. Or you can park here and walk to St. Armands circle.

Great view of the bay. Nice area to walk from to go over the Ringling bridge or under it in the evening with the multi color lights under it. Easy to launch a paddle board, kayak or canoe from but watch your step as there is not really a beach area with sand but at the waters edge is wave erosion control pavers that are hard on your feet.

Such a nice waterview park. Feel safe and enjoy the view. Lots of nice things to look at, the bay, the bridge, sunsets. And boats going by on the water. Pretty cool

A simply wonderful place to take your pup. Crystal clear water for them to romp in. They even provide doggie bags along the walkway. Beautiful.

Bird Key Park is one of the best parks of Sarasota to bring your dog to or just to enjoy the scenery! Its in the most beautiful location; right on Sarasota Bay and beneath the Ringling Causeway Bridge.

What a lovely place to see the sunset. We pulled in from traffic over the bridge. The sun setting over the barrier islands wad too breathtaking not to stop. Folks doing the same thing as we were. The small parking lot pretty much cleared out once the sun had set.

This is an awesome place to sight see, jog, take pictures, or simply walk the bridge and collect your thoughts....love coming here for all of the above, depending on my mood of course. You guys should try it, I recommend it.

Absolutely gorgeous view with nice walking path, and lots of birds to watch!

Much bigger than it looks at first -- plenty of space to walk and benches to sit on. Theres a fair amount of road noise since the park is wrapped around a road, but its generally easy to tune out. Great view of the bay both to the north and the south.

Absolutely beautiful views

Great place to take a friendly pup for a refreshing dip. There is a spigot for washing your furry friend afterwards but the water is not always turned on which can be inconvenient.

Awesome. Clean water. It is so clean you can literally see bottom as fast as 15 to 20 feet down. Nice place to search and relax and or walk or jog.

Nice view but not really a park, more like a place to park.

Birdkey park is my favorite place to visit in Sarasota. I visit this park almost every single day. The only downside is alot more ppl are there in the winter season.
