Recliner shares and extra wide aisles were great! You can walk past a fully reclined viewer with room to spare. There is a cup holder and food tray. They also sell beer here. The chairs are so comfortable, a nearby movie-goer snored through have the movie ;(

Excellent seating, friendly staff that let you know up front the Covid regulations. Avoid the popcorn, it is definitely second rate and almost tastes stale, even if just popped. Had some candy too and I am guessing it had been sitting there for a long time because it was also stale. Didnt know Nerds could go bad. The bottle water was least cold and refreshing. Go here for the movie and good seating. Avoid the concessions unless you are just getting water from the fridge.

Best theater Ive found in Sarasota county. Tickets are usually a good price and the seating is comfortable. Theres even a bar at the concessions.

Ive been to this theater many times before, but this is the first time back since they remodeled. I was very impressed. The new reclining seats are very comfortable. There is a table to set your snacks and popcorn on which is very convenient and a cup holder for the drinks. The lobby area is modern and the staff was courteous and helpful. There is even a bar to purchase adult beverages. My experience was very enjoyable. I recommend this establishment for a movie experience you will remember. Enjoy! This place has been seemingly scrubbed clean! Floors, counters, restroom, my theatre were spotless! My only reservation would be that once they become busy again, as before Covid-19, that tickets can be purchased at the window and not at the concession; the employees dont need that aggravation nor do those customers who can make more rapid decisions of what movie, where to sit, what snacks, etc.

Parking is not the best. Theater itself in the lobby was nice. Didnt get to see a movie, by the time I finally made it to the concession counter to purchase only the front row was left.Stood in line so long, had to wait for patrons to order snacks along with their tickets.Perhaps I will try again when I return to visit.

My family and I have been going here for over 10 years and we love it! You can not beat the low ticket prices. Make sure you order ahead though if you want a good seat.

Arrive. Early! There was only 1 ticket seller and with the new process of selecting a seat it was SLOW...our show was 6 20. We waited 15 min to buy tickets and then have to go thru security...only to have 26 minutes of previews of movies and theater promos. About the only positive thing was the comfortable recliner seats...and yes the movie, when we finally got to watch it was good. Over all place was not friendly

Very comfortable seating. Good screen quality. Sometimes AC is too low but I just moved from my seat to get out of the breeze. Everything was very nice. I like going to this theater because of the prices as well.

Despite the recent remodel and conversion from 20 theaters to 11, I still dont like this theater. They are always understaffed with only one ticket seller on a busy Saturday night.The parking situation has not improved any from the original and in fact is a little worse than it was. If youre lucky, you can find on street parking.Even if you have to pay a few bucks, it is still better than parking in that horrible multistory garage .

Went to see Frozen 2 while in town on Christmas Day. Nice staff, great parking, not too long of a wait for food.We enjoyed the chairs reclining while watching the movie. Clean theater and restrooms.

I love this theater since their mayor remodel. With seats comparable to cinebistro. Regal Hollywood is our go to movie theater. Good snack and food options, full bar available and very comfortable leather recliners make it the perfect place to watch a movie.

I remember my first movie here was Men In Black and I think the tickets were only 5 dollars each. It was awesome but I dont know what happened over the years. It always has a smell now, its dirty, its really unfortunate. I loved this theatre, but I feel like the comfy chairs were a last resort to keeping this theatre afloat. I do hope it stays downtown because I think movies are a fun entertainment outlet, but I feel like the upkeep needs some serious help, and the customer service too.

I like this theater though this was my first visit. Convenient downtown location with parking next door which is very nice. The theater is clean with clean bathrooms, the seats are large, recline and are very comfortable; even have tables! Refreshments are the usual and the usual prices. Several different screens offer a host of different movies. No bad seats and you can reserve seats in advance.

Great theater in how its built but will search your belongings if youre poor. My girlfriend had to stand to the side and have her pursed search while visibly wealthier patrons walked on by no problem. She pointed this out (in a pretend innocent naive manner, she knew exactly how she was targeted) the security guard tried to lie in response, ended up blushing and embarrassed at his own actions.

Sitting in the lobby because theater 10 is HOT and people are walking out. Horrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and he or she never came out to talk to me. I would ask for money back but they can keep it to help pay for AC.... Im never coming back. I hope my kids are ok in there

Very nice theater in downtown Sarasota. Easy to find. All reclining seats with foot rests & food trays. Very comfortable. Very clean. Went on a Monday...one price all day. $25 for 4 people. Standard movie theater food: over-priced junk food. Lots of theaters. Staff was courteous. Very pleasant afternoon with my grandsons watching Marvel, which was really good but long (2.5 hours+). Many shops and cute little restaurants and bars on the same street. Would like to explore the area next time around. Great find. Highly recommend.

I ho see jumanji and 930 and run out of popcorn. I go to snack counter and Joel tells me I cant buy anything or have a refill. Mountains of popcorn left over in containers. I will never go back to this theater . Thank Joel for a great experience with my son

The reclining chair are not worth the added cost of a ticket. Was better when one could just walk in get a ticket and there were plenty of good viewing seats available.

Great movie theater. It is a clean theater ! The seats are super comfy too, they recline. We went during the day (daughter and I) and paid about $7 per ticket for just the regular theater; not 3d or IMAX.

For the most part, its a great theatre. Awesome comfortable recliners with tables and 6.00 tickets. There is just a few employees that got under my skin. And when I bought our tickets ahead of time, I was required to buy my 7 month old a ticket but then when entering was told I didnt need one for her....what!?!

Slowest service I have ever seen. It takes them 30 minutes to serve 4 people popcorn and sodas. Airport security is faster. They are not even short staffed, every line is open, still unacceptably slow.

The theater is clean. The seating isnt very clear, but I did not enjoy waiting 15 minutes to get a refill on my alcohol because there wasnt a bartender. Other that that, it is a little expensive. But very comfortable.

The workers are courteous, helpful and friendly. The reclining seats are very comfortable and they keep the viewing area very clean. The only complaint I have is, of course, the prices!

Snack lines were all super long, about 20 min wait. 1 guy was checking tickets even when a long line had formed, 10 minute wait.A couple came up to my group and showed us they had purchased some of the same seats online. They had to go sort it out with a manager.The movie started and the overhead lights were still on. My friend had to go find an employee to to tell them, although no one was even at the customer service desk. The movie volume also seemed low.The reclining seats were comfy and we still enjoyed the movie. The $7 ticket price was also a plus.

The refurbished this theater quite a while ago. The seats are large, they recline and theres plenty of room between them front to back. The screens and sound are great. And its $6 for any ticket anytime of the day. Hard to beat. We will be going back many times.

They chopped out 9 screens and made the Hollywood 11! Reserved seating, fully reclinable seats, leather, and theyre controlled by an electric switch so any position is possible. This is by far the best theater around now! And is still the most reasonably priced. If you havent been in a while, its time to go back.

I was about to give it two stars. The closed caption device did not work. I chose to fiddle with it instead of return it to the CustSvc desk. The manager (two thumbs up) gave me a free pass for my troubles. Plus offerred some additional insight about the movie (Ford v Ferrari) we saw. 5 stars for great management.

Great seats. Love that you select seats before arrival, similar to selecting seats for a concert. The prices were much more reasonable than other theaters and the rum punch was fantastic. Clean, comfortable experience with great quality movie projection.

Really disappointed. We can no longer carry.. if your going to enforce that rule. Enforce it fully get metal detectors. Checking purses is a joke. Anyone can carry it on their person. Your cop isn’t going to get there in less than five seconds to stop a mass shooter and save a life.

Truly love this theater! Very clean, modern, super comfy seats. HOWEVER, every single screen is stiflingly hot! My family and I use to go weekly and it was warm then, but since Summer hit it seems to be unbearable to sit through a film now. Crank that AC and youd have me back A LOT more often

Went tonight to see a movie! the facility was very clean and updated. We ordered our tickets online so we went right in and the staff directed us to our theater. we saw the movie Overcomer, fantastic movie by the way, in our super comfy recliner seats. The movie seats are very good quality and they even have a little tray in front of you that can hold snacks and drinks! after the movie, we walked out of the theater and went home. It was a great experience and look forward to coming back next year!

Horrible experience, get all the way down to purchase tickets with 3 kids 2 adults and there are only 5 seats left all across the theater. Problem is the kid at the register thinks it some kind of joke. Being that the person in front of me had the same issue and attempted to purchase tickets for 2 different movie to have the same result. Not even 2 seats left together. The demeanor in which he asked me which 5 seats I’d like as I’m standing in front of him with my 3 kids under the age of 9. Like we’re just going to scatter about the theater. Seriously we won’t be back! I strongly recommend going to any other theater in sarasota as they will treat you with actual respect!!

Love the new reclining seats that you can reserve. Everything was great except the ladies bathrooms which are desperately in need of updating. Also they were out of soap and toliet paper.

The renovated seating and sound are amazing! Screens could be bigger. The food is not good. The bathrooms are often dirty. And they just raised ticket prices. But the reclining chairs redeem these shortfalls. Most comfortable movie theatre experience one can get.

It was dirty expensive my sound system sounds nicer at home

They were severely understaffed and everything was a mess. We waited literally 15-20 mins in line just to get a drink, there was a line out the door to get into the theater (and only one person working). When we finally got into the theater, the environment itself was nice - comfy reclining chairs, small personal desk for items, roomy... but the lights stayed on well into the movie and I had to go look for someone to get the lights turned off, but there was no one at customer service for about 5 minutes. Two people showed up who said we were in their seats and we both had proof that we had the tickets for that time, so not sure how that happened. Toward the end of the movie, a bunch of teenagers were just shouting over and over and nobody was stopping them. The bathrooms were very dirty too. The elevators in the parking deck looked like a murder scene . Overall a very ghetto and unpleasant experience. At least it was only $7.
