I just love this place but the food is always hit or miss. Last week, the food was amazing. This week, I got the exact same thing and it was ice cold. Makes absolutely no sense. There was no one there. Its not like it was busy. It was so cold, the grease was congealed on the tater tots. Just terrible.

First visit, but not the last. Service was conducted approximately a half an hour prior to screening, and all service is completed before the future film begins. The quality of the food and service was excellent, and the only small complaint that I could have had is that by the time my entree arrived, the lighting had already been dimmed for the previews. this meant that I couldnt see my meal as easily as I could under better lighting. This in no way made it hard to eat, merely diminished the potential enjoyment of seeing a beautiful dish.Being able to enjoy a nice glass of wine, seated in a comfy recliner, not crowded by other movie goers, and apart from any noise and bustle caused by children and younger viewers all contributed to an extremely pleasant viewing experience. Just as nice as watching in my own home, but with dinner service. We saved about a half an hour not having to move from a restaurant to a movie theater, and the cost was probably less than we would have paid if we had eaten separately from our movie.I ate the churrasco steak, and it was delicious. The ride and bean side was clearly scooped out earlier, and had begun to dry around the edges before reheating, so it wasnt very good, but everything about my wifes scallop entree was fantastic. The sear was perfect, and the scallops were as tender as can be.Edit Feb 16, 2020: Visited again; the salmon was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender inside, the poke bowl was a bit sparse on tuna, but tasty nevertheless (a smaller bowl would probably help keep the rice on the bottom, making it at least more obvious where the tuna was in the low lighting), and the buffalo cauliflower was great - Id make something like that for a party as a chicken-wing substitute.

I ordered three sliders, got two of them and the third one came about 20 minutes later. Also they make you prepay the bill and the tip. The reason for this is because you would never tip a waiter that never comes to refill your drinks throughout the entire movie. The same with the bottomless popcorn, its supposed to be bottomless but it quickly was emptied and never refilled. I was okay with the overpriced food, but the service was pretty lousy. its weird because the place was completely empty. You would think with no customers they would take better care of you but nope.

Movie screen was good and the movie was nice too watch but I bought the bottomless popcorn and I had to get up in the middle of the movie to get more popcorn and no one came to refill our waters

Great atmosphere, reclining seating large, clean and comfortable. Very good service.Prices a bit high but the experience is worth the treat. Bar available while you wait. We ordered snacks but neighboring seats had food and said it was good. The whole building is very clean and well decorated. It is best to make online reservations and choose your seat ahead.

Its something you have to do if your in town on VK im local but it has me coimg back again and again.

As long as you’re not on a tight budget this is the most enjoyable place to watch a movie. The service & food is incredible. They have full bar ... so even if you’re coming after dinner you can enjoy your favorite cocktail and even dessert.

Upscale atmosphere and very professional service. The food was tasty and enjoyable will be a repeat customer. I see room for improvement on the lobster roll and slight adjustment on prices could be made to better suite menu choices. Overall very impressed with my experience and will be a repeat customer.

The food is okay, a little overpriced for the quality. They come to your seat, take your order and you pay right there, then they bring out the food and you can eat while the movie is playing. Which i wasn’t a fan of this because it created additional noise while the movie was playing. The seats are prettyComfortable and very spacious. It was slightly difficult to consume are food while sitting. The movie itself was a great experience and my boyfriend and I were very comfortable. It was nice for the experience but not something we would choose to do often for a movie / date night. Rather go out to dinner And then go to the movies.

Awesome movie theater. We were traveling from Boston to Lido Beach and had nothing to do in a rainy day. I am glad we found this great spot. Service was unbelievable! Food was delicious. I highly recommend this place. Great spot for brunch as well They change the specials on the menu several times a day. PS: If you’ve purchased your tickets ONLINE you have to print them at the front desk before you enter the hall.

Kind and caring staff, great food, fantastic management. Unfortunately, we ordered tickets for the wrong showtime online and also learned persons under 21 are not allowed after 6pm only upon arriving. The manager gave us free tickets for the correct showtime and made a special exemption for the 20 year old in our party because of the holiday. Will absolutely return in the future.

Service is good, I love the scallops but every time I order them they come out barely warm and this time the cauliflower was just shy of raw. We also ordered the dinner for two my husband had the Halibut and I had the beef, the little potatoes that were included with entree were again just shy of raw. Not good!!!

Went tonight and we all 4 give it an 8! Great service, good food, had burger with fries. Comfortable reclining leather seats, just a little pricey, but its about the experience! All in all great time, great staff and glad we did it. I would recommend it.

I love this place because their food is so amazing. Some people might think its weird to get dinner at a movie theater but thats the whole point. You get your dinner before the movie starts and then you can sip on your wine for the rest of the time! They have reclining chairs which is so comfortable and the only way I can enjoy a movie anymore out anywhere. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that its so expensive! If you plan on dinner, movie, drinks, you cant get out for less than $150 for two people. But honestly if you think about it, going to dinner somewhere else plus going to the movies here and getting drinks is probably going to run you the same amount.

We usually love coming here but lately the food and drinks are not what they used to be. Last night our food came out cold and just did not taste right. It was a slow night with only two other couples in the theatre and it just felt like the food prep was rushed. We asked for fresh sides and the second time they came out cold as well. Wish we ate at home instead of paying for the cold food with the hefty price. Unfortunately will not order food here again. The seats and the movie experience is always great though although the theatre downtown now offers all of this, minus the food AND a lot less money to see a movie. Food needs work!

Nice upgrade from a standard movie theater. The food is good. Seats recline and are oversized and comfy. I like going here. However, the theater shows wear and tear and isnt as clean as it should be.

Would have been great. Comfortable seats and super nice staff but I had a $30 fillet that was burned beyond belief on the bottom. Charred and completely black. Unable to complain because once the show starts there is no more service. Unable to take it to the front desk because I am handicapped. Should definitely have taken a picture.

The only place to see a movie! Dinner and drinks are served while you stretch out on a big recliner. Then watch the movie with your feet elevated, your head back and your entire body relaxed. No need to share an armrest with anyone else. This is the way movies were meant to be seen!

As a place for me not my type of enjoyment while watching a movie, the seats arent as comfortable as they look and trying to eat dinner while movie is going food get cold as you dont wanna look away from the movie to see your food you can miss a key part of the movie. Thanks but no thanks just go have dinner somewhere else and then take in your movie. I feel like $100.00 to see a movie and have food that wasnt that great to us was a waste of funds.

The bar at the front of the house is awesome. We arrive an hour prior to the movie so that we can enjoy a cocktail in the beautifully designed lounge. The theater and movie experience is something everyone should try at least once. Huge comfy leather recliners that move with a push of a button offer space all around for a wonderful experience. The food is quite good ranging from burgers to full plated entrees. You need to order everything prior to the movie beginning and its all served at the same time as well. The trays are on the smaller side, so youll need to keep that in mind when placing your order. The theater is well designed and with those huge seats, seating is limited. We are regulars and have never had a bad meal or experience. A very unique and interesting way to spend a few hours.

Had bad experience this last Friday. Have loved Cinebistro until now. Servers had no idea what they were doing and four people in party and we all received at different times. Two of them we had to ask twice for to figure out where they were. Never did get mayonnaise after asking three times for it. Chicken was dry and hamburger was burnt. Im hoping it was just a bad day! In the past it has been amazing!

Ive been here once before and, same as last night, the service and show were amazing. The food is delectable and anything here is delicious! The wait staff were professional and courteous as well. I had the Water Lily gin drink and that was fantastic! I love coming here and they never disappoint!

Excellent Service, excellent movie watching experience. We had a small issue with a side order. Nothing big at all, and when we let staff know after the movie they were so Awesome! Every time the manager Shelly is on shift this place is an upscale experience. Our family highly recommends Cinebistro, you wont be disappointed.

Wow, the food was PERFECT! We ordered way too much food and didnt finish it but you should make sure you get what you need before the movie begins so you dont have to get up! 14oz steak was amazing, popcorn calamari with a couple real popcorn in it lol. A bit costly but worth the experience. Full bar makes it nice too ;)

I will not come back tho.. due to an x boyfriend who works there and knowing what he has and not being honest with this disease..I think the management needs to know. Service was good . Theater is awesome. Gorgeous bar out front. Didnt get the chance to dine. Look forward to going back and doing so. Seating in lounge chairs with foot stool is like being at home. Look forward to my next visit.

The theater and bar look nice but even at the $15 matinee price it’s not worth it. Once we were in the theater we noticed how the screen was on the smaller side and the theater is too deep. We sat in the back which was way too far back from the screen. They could eliminate two rows for the size of the screen and it would be better. They also have about 30 speakers inside the theater but it sounded like only the front two were working during the movie. The clanking of the silverware and people getting situated after the movie started made it hard to hear the first 10 minutes of the movie. We notified a manager of the speaker issue and nothing was done. I will say that the previews before the movie was awesome to watch because ALL the speakers were working and had bass that made our chairs shake! That’s what you in a theater, not fight scenes that sound like a tube TV turned up to the max! Hopefully it’s just theater 3 that is like this with them charging that much per ticket! We will never find out if that’s the case because we will never go back! Very disappointed!!

The service is always amazing here by the staff who are well informed and friendly. We always come here to watch movies and have had a great experience. We recently came to see Frozen 2 and the wifi went out and while there were a lot of families that were upset by the situation the staff handled it very well and accommodated everyone well for the delay.

Recently saw Aladdin. After we ordered we noticed that one of the appetizers did not come out with our order. We noticed it when the previews started. I went downstairs and found the manager I gave her my receipt she said she would get this right out to our seats. The manager was so nice not only did she comp our appetizer but also a few other goodies that we got. Even gave us free popcorn. Five-star customer service. Great movie theater experience. A little pricey but what do you expect.

We arrived in early afternoon over Christmas with friends and family to see the new Star Wars movie Rogue One. Must admit I had no expectation of a decent meal and movie experience, but also wanted to see this new meal and movie theater at the mall. This theater is in the former Sax 5th Avenue store location and the soon to be renamed Southgate Westfield Mall itself is undergoing a transformation to a foodie location with shopping.Parking is no problem as we were walking toward the theater my first positive experience was a classic and restored old Packard Coupe that was obviously driven to the mall. No doubt we were in Sarasota with this siting and have added photos to this post.Im happy to state this was a good omen as the theater was very nicely done in the lobby area with a comfortable spacious bar, theater seating was extremely comfortable and functional. We ordered a meal when we arrived about forty minutes before show time. Service and waitstaff handled our ordering and food efficiently from our seats. Movie was fun, food was very good, popcorn incredible and the experience outstanding, we will return. Highly recommend for a fun event with or without eating or drinking.

I went here for a date and we had a great time. You can find coupons for this chain often on Groupon, which I did. $20 for two tickets. The prices are $15.99 matinees and seniors & $17.99 general admissions. The food menu is a bit pricey. Come prepared to pay mid level restaurant prices. Cocktails were $12. Popcorn and beverages are normal movie prices, $9.00 for a large bowl with complimentary refills. Seating is preselected. The seats are reclining loveseats with an armrest in the middle that lifts up and a footrest. It makes for great snuggling. Each seat has its own tray table and there are cupholders on the armrests. No bumping elbows with your neighbors. Arrive early to order food. Servers do not take orders or deliver food once the movie has begun. There is a very large full bar in the lobby and table service there as well. We ordered a cocktail and entree each as well as popcorn. Our total bill with discounted tickets and tip which is included on the bill was $90.

It’s usually an amazing experience however this time there were the most obnoxious woman and children we’ve ever seen and heard. The little girlWas jumping up and down on the chair, sitting in the aisle, running up and down the row, then eventually spilled her drink. The boy kept moving his seat with the leather noises back and forth for about an hour. Management eventually came in and spoke to the woman asking her very courteously for the children to at least sit in their seats. The woman automatically made it the managers fault not her fault for not having at least a tiny bit of control over her children. This review is not for bashing this mother’s behavior yelling in the movie as she was asked to be courteous of others but it is for the 2 different managers that spoke to her for keeping their calm, politeness, and professionalism throughout the show of her throwing a fit as her children continued running down the row waiting for her. Kudos to management. We will be back. We drive an hour to get here at least once every 2 months. You will be seeing more of us. Thank you.

Super fun place! Classy and comfy. Service is impeccable. Good eats (yeah, pricey, but hey, youre literally a captive audience, haha!).Prolly wont do dinner here again (kind of awkward to eat leaning over a tiny tray table crammed with dishes, and hard to see when film is on) but def will return for snacks & drinks (hubbys a fan of their craft IPAs). Get the tater tots!Theres also a mini red carpet and props for selfies before entering, and an usher offering mints afterward, and bar is cush, too.Only thing thatd make it perfect would be a stopping point mid-way for a bathroom break (and drink refills) so you dont miss parts of the movie.Outside that, it was a nice getaway from home-streamed movies.

CLEAN YOUR CARPETS, they smell. It’s very convenient yet a tad pricey. If you catch the matinee and buy the tickets on site you’ll save a little money. Plus become a points member and get fairly regular perks like food, snacks and even free tickets. The reclining, roomy seating is great. They are due for a thorough cleaning. You can smell the carpets in the halls from the kitchen into each theater. I’ve also been noticing old food odor periodically is different seats, maybe from food spilling into the seat cushions whilst people eat dinner?

Not impressed. First tickets were $18 a piece. Then for 2 hamburgers with fries, popcorn chicken appetizer, a box of candy and 2 cokes...$80!Both of our hamburgers were extremely greasy to the point we didnt finish them. Mine had so much grease it completely soaked the bottom bun.They also bring all your food at once, with only a small table to work with. They also tell you to place your silverware and napkin on your plate when done to signify you are finished eating. Problem is this pointless as they never come by and clean up your plates.For $80 I can get much better quality food and find a better movie experience elsewhere for cheaper ticket prices.Only reason for two stars was the facility was nice and upscale and the 21+ rule is nice so you dont have loud kids running around. These two are just not enough for the subpar food and high prices.

The theater definitely has an upscale vibe and the seats recline and are comfortable. That’s about where the niceness of this theater ends. I have been there three times and all three times I found the service to be lacking, rude, and absent. You have to order before the previews start which means a server needs to be paying attention to come see you. I was told they were supposed to give refills before the end of the previews which they didn’t want to do. After that you’re on your own. The popcorn was fine but comes in a ceramic bowl instead of a shareable bucket size. We went with a group of about 11 people last time all ordering different things to eat. The food reviews from our group ranged from ok to bad. Tickets are $18. Other theaters in the area change $5-8. At home we have a very similar theater style called Studio C and for a little less or the same price they service the seats throughout the whole movie which is a lot nicer. That way you don’t miss anything when you want to refill your soda or the small container of popcorn. We visit the Sarasota area often & I purchased the tickets online unaware of their odd policy of not letting anyone under 21 into the movies after 6 PM. That was a problem on our third trip which was a 7:45pm movie. We were going with three high school students and two moms. It was a PG-13 movie. When we walked in I knew something was up by the smug look on the front desk guy’s face where he immediately asked me if I planned on seeing a movie and was I aware of the age policy. They ended up refunding the tickets as they should because of their unusual policy but I was still out a nine dollar service fee. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and the way we were treated. Hopefully if you choose to go there you will have a better experience.

By no means is this a cheap night out for family or friends, especially if you order food before the show. However, the seats are very comfortable, the food is very delicious, the service is very good, and the quality of the screen & sound system are very impressive. There isnt a bad seat in the house. For a little extra comfort, bring a light blanket. If you dont mind spending a little money for a good night, you wont be disappointed.

Cocktails and appetizers at the beautiful lobby bar, place your orders, and they deliver your food just prior to the movie. Limited menu includes classic cuisine as well as incredible burgers. I had company from out of town and I was going to use my 4 tickets I purchased on Groupon. I did call prior to see what time I should get there and if I could purchase tickets prior and any groupon details I needed to know and spoke to Harrison. When I got there i was told groupon was not eligible for the movie i wanted to see for some reason, but when i looked at groupon details i was not sure why, it wasnt valid, movie was not Disney, Dolby, IMAX none of the exclusions, well needless to say, totally embarrassed and had to pay $18 a ticket for $72 when my Groupon total was $28. Food was excellent though.

New head chef has made a huge difference in the quality and consistency of the food. Ive been to this stadium seating cinema many times, but the last two times (since the new chef started), have been awesome experiences... Even though the movies stunk.Get the steak, medium and blackened. You wont regret it!

Best way to see a movie!! I love being able to pick and reserve my seat, as well as the comfort that seat provides. Huge, reclinable, seats with your own little table? So very nice. Also love that you can order cocktails and food but dont really love the prices. Ticket cost is reasonable, but food prices are high for what you get. The food is also not the greatest. Still, popcorn is really good and cocktails are mixed well. I always enjoy seeing movies here! Just be prepared for the cost should you wish to order a full meal.

Hands down the best theater Ive ever been to. Saw MiB: International on a Friday evening and couldnt be happier with the experience. From the associates at the ticket counter, to the bartender, to the servers, to the manager who personally inquired about our experience. Beautiful decor, excellent menu, and over the top service. If youre complaining about the prices, then you probably shouldnt be there to begin with...

Sorry I didnt make it back here sooner. Visited about six months ago. The waiter spilled a drink on my wife. They comped our seats and meal which was nice but the manager reprimanded the server in front of us and as a manager of a restaurant myself. Im fairly educated on how these things should be handled. In any case we returned for the comped visit about 3 months later hoping the staff turnover and adjustments would have been worked out. And if we hadnt had a comped visit we wouldnt have returned. Food was sub par. Menu well thought out but poorly executed. Seats were comfortable enough but not even as good as the ones at Hollywood 11 right down the road. I always include specifics in my reviews as I hope the business will take them to heart and maybe with enough people.of similar opinions. Changes will be made. Thank you

This experience was the ultimate date night for watching a movie! The service was, without question, some of the best weve had. The food was equally tasty! We ordered the wings and two desserts which were delicious!! Overall, we would do this again and recommend it for any adult that wants to totally relax and watch a movie!

Tried to take my family of 8 for my sisters birthday and they wouldn’t let us in because we tried to take a 5 month old baby in to Secret Life if Pets 2. Could have understood if it wasn’t a cartoon movie meant for kids. Will NEVER go back. Their loss. Our kids would have gone to movies all summer. Hollywood will welcome our business. Took my mom there for Mother’s Day and miraculously the baby wasn’t an issue. She slept through the movie.

My wife and I really enjoy going to see movies here, comfortable seats, good food, all around pleasant atmosphere
