Mast Park Parking Lot

Mast Park has definitely amped up their game with their renovation making their park an over all favorite in the Santee Community. From toddlers to adults...much can be experienced here.

Great parking spots. Painted stall lines. Fun curvy flow and that lo-fi gravel area.10 out of 10 / would park again.

Great park. Went to check out the dog park. If you park at the very entrance, walk past the childrens play area, the jungle gym looked really nice. There is also more parking further down but there seems be fewer parking spots than needed. On a busy day it will be harder to find a spot. There are separated areas for big dogs (>30lbs), small dogs and puppies. The double gated entrance is nice and big. Went to the big dog side, there are obstacles for dogs and benches-picnic tables for humans. Lots of room for your dog to run. The mature trees can provide lots of shade. The ground is covered with bark, even after a week of on&off rain there were no muddy patches. this was our cleanest dog park experience. But there are no water fountains or garbage cans inside the fenced area. Bring water or at least a container to fill. There are few mini buckets to fill in the fenced area. But they are not easy to fill with the slow flow of water.

Beautiful park and everyone seems very friendly. The city has done an outstanding job for the people. Maybe just a few more trash cans.

Awesome dog park for all ages and size. They also have a disc golf course along with scenic walking trails and picnic areas. I highly recommend that you visit Mast Park.

THIS PARK IS THE GOAT!!! It has 3 Different Play areas for Puppy (4 Mo.s old and all Vaccines Required), Medium, Large (30 lbs +). They also Have Wood Chips on the Ground instead of Mud or Dirt!! I didn’t Even have to Wash my Puppy after our Trip. They have PLENTY of Parking which has Security Cameras and A place to charge your Electric Car. The Playgrounds and Tables are all Brand new! Same with the Bathrooms and Grass. The Grass looks Artificial it’s so nice, 100% Real Grass. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very Nice Dog park and park in general. Lots of Trails to Leash Walk also.

Best playground in san diego county

Beautiful upgrades! You have to see it for yourself, tons of brand new playground additions, walk paths through mature trees, a well-equipped enclosed dog park, big slide, climbing structures, spinning platforms, logs to climb etc.

Love this very dog friendly clean park! Newest in Santee with nice features throughout. Very thoughtful planning and wide open spaces. Unleashed dog areas are separated into 3 areas, large, small, and puppies area.Golf disc course there but I dont think theyre complete (I didnt see baskets) and workout features. A couple of shaded picnic area and benches throughout. Love it!

They have done an amazing job on the remodel! Pristine amenities. Great dog run, play ground, gazebos, etc.

I love how Mast Park was renovated this last year. It has disc golfing, three fenced dog play pens, playground and picnic areas. Lots of walking, biking trails along with basketball courts restrooms and lots of parking.

They did a wonderful job renovating the park. There are basketball hoops! Trails, play ground and exercise equipment.

Its easier to find parking at a trader joes then this place

Other than not being allowed to play on the play structures ( covid-) I can say this is a beautiful Park. It was years before place you didnt want to go for safety reasons. I love all the big oak trees and the incorporation of the natural surroundings San Diego River nice clean relaxing well-kept Park

Great new look with a friendly atmosphere that accommodates all ages ... safe and clean. The dog park is very awesome with plenty of room and things your dog can climb up on or run through for fun just like the kids that they are!

Santee really went out of its way. Awesome Park. also has a basketball court, dog park, Family trails, and a wonderful playground. Took the family they really loved it.

Great place to take your dog for a walk. Lots of things to do there and well taken care of.

My wife & I both enjoyed our leisurely stroll throuh Mast Park today. Very happy place to watch people being outdoors during these COVID 19 days. We will go back soon!

The parking lot fills up very quickly if you dont get there early.

Great new park! The old one was pretty run down. There is a big kid play structure and a little kid play structure, with swings and some merry-go-rounds. There is corn hole, ping pong, and workout equipment. Nice place to have parties too!

Nice park. I like the open concept versus the original Mast park that opened in the 90s but Im still trying to figure out how they spent so many millions. Park doesnt reflect all that money even when you factor in labor and equipment.

It was amazing! The new dog park is a great place to take my 8mo old puppy!

Loved everything about it, spacious well kept especially the dog park. I would recommend this park to all familes and dog owners.Perfect for wlalks, runs and small trail hikes.Lots of shade for picinics and gatherings.

Mich better than before. Great playground for kids. Parking is still tight but could be because new so everyone wants to see. Looked like less homeless and drug addicts around but did already see broken glass bottles close to kid play areas so watch out for that.

My kids and I loved this park. The playground is new and has lots of areas to play. It has nice walking paths, too.

Extremely nice park since it has been remodeled. Plenty of walking, a couple playgrounds for kids from ages 1 and up, plenty of picnic tables, and a gazebo. Parking is limited

After the recent renovations, this place maintains the family amenities that it used to with added parking and an upgraded dog facility. I did not see the disc golf course but believe it is still there

The playground are the main attraction, which are great. HOWEVER, parking here is terriblleee. The added parking did nothing, if anything it made things worse. The dirt parking does not allow for cars to turn around so people have to literally reveres all the way back to the top, good luck with other cars behind you. There needs to be a place cars can make U-turns. The parking lot, in general is narrow and extremely hard to drive through. This park was enough to warrant two stars because of just how bad the parking is.

They are constantly trying to improve this place and I think it’s great. I love how it’s tucked away in the city and I am here I feel like I’m outside city limits. Peaceful and enjoyable everyday of the week.

Great park, mostly accessible but needs paths into all dog park spaces for those with mobility issues.

The parking lot is slightly cramped but honestly thats just nit picking. Its a beautiful park.

Well iv been going to mastpark for my whole life it was better before they put the disc golf in had less problems but now their redoing the park putting in lakes and I guess they said they are putting the disc golf back in when they finish dont care for the types of people that are showing up in the park thanks to the game
