5stars because My kids loved it! They have a toddler area which is really nice but no one to enforce that its for toddlers only so the big kids do go in there, its a very small place its literally a jungle gym with some slides, a wave slide (which is so much fun) and a trampoline area so be ready to feel a little cramped up they do have little seating areas for the parents but in my opinion too small and too hidden to keep an eye on the kids, the snack bar is just candies, chips, and your typical drinks. They dont check so bringing your own snack is no problem overall for the kids its awesome and very fast paced good place to have them burn theyre energy! My only criticism is them not having enough space for the parents.... My last piece of advice is sign your waivers online if you can it save time!

On 6/26 we celebrated my sons 2nd birthday. It was an amazing time. The staff was amazing, they have great customer service. They went beyond my expectations and made my sons birthday great. I would recommend coming to urban jungle even if it isn’t for a birthday event. The prices are amazing for bringing my son a couple times a week. Thank you urban jungle and staff for the fun time! You guys are great!!

Great place for kids to have a good time and blow out thier energy.

My daughter and our guest had a wonderful time the only detail is not very many places for adults too sit and conversat and get our tables was a bit of a pain but all in all we had a good time....

Fun place for kids, similar to Rock-n-Jump and other indoor jump parks and activity centers. Kids had a lot of fun. Adults just kinda sit around in one small area watching the kids. Would be nice to have more/different adult seating and more adult snacks/drinks like coffee, etc.. Overall, kids had fun.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! My 3 kids had such a great time. We are thankful for the groupon deals especially this summer! We didnt like the slides since all 3 kids were hurt but the trampoline, rock climbing

Great place to bring kiddos aged 5-10. Very friendly, customer oriented staff. Price is great, especially with the Groupon. It,s kind of small and cramped but they pack a lot of fun into the space. Look for parking in the back upper level.

This place surprised me, i actually enjoyed it lol, i really enjoyed those massage chairs lol.

This is a great place for the area it is in to get out of the hot sun and still play. They have inflatables, slides, trampolines, and party rooms. Kids seem to love it, not to mention the big Rockwall and the dodge ball that they can play on the trampolines. I gave it a 4 star because I feel other indoor play parks have a little more to offer. The sildes need to be waxed so kids can slide easier, but overall good experience for childreb, and for the price it cant be beat!

It was the the first time I took my daughter and a couple of friends, cause I heard great reviews from there website. They had so much fun and it was not at all expensive We will be going there again for sure.

This is a great place for a kids birthday party or just to get their wiggles out. Micheal in the party room is especially kind and in tune to the childrens needs. Highly recommended. 5 stars across the board.

The kids had fun running, climbing, and sliding through obstacle courses, playing trampoline dodge ball, and rock climbing. You pay to play by the hour. There are a limited number of things that small kids can do. Grip socks, no matter your​ childs age, are required for playing. They can be purchased there for $2.50 a pair. There are plenty of places for the parents to sit down and zone out on TV until their kids play time is up. They also have 3 small rooms for birthday parties. From their website I got the illusion that this was a very large place, but its not. For what they charge, if it were bigger, I wouldve given it more stars.

We were sad to hear Uptown Jungle is moving to AZ!

Great place for families, the kids really get to use their energy and I love that. The workers are helpful and nice and it is always clean and smalls good.

Its a really fun place, and the kids have a blast, but they charge admission for babies, (I have an infant under one) which I think is ridiculous. They also dont have a pack that you can buy of multiple admissions which makes it very expensive to do on a regular basis. But the facility is great and is clean.

Great place to let the kids have fun and burn some energy.

We love it here! We have been playing here for years and they consistently hire great staff, keep the facility clean, and update attractions/ammenities as needed. It is most fun for ages 5-12, but they do have a seperate toddler area too. They have a little parents lounge area or you can play along with your kiddos. Small snackbar with chips, candy and drinks is reasonably priced too. Perfect for days when its raining or its too hot to play outside. Highly recommended!

This place was a lot better than I expected. Its a small place but theres is still a lot of fun things for kids to do. My kids are never fully satisfied with anything but they absolutely loved it there. Not one complaint. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. We plan on returning soon

Everyone has a good time from little tykes to grandparents! This makes Family Fun Night simple and fantastic!

This is the best place to tire your children out. I took my daughter who will be 8 Saturday and my 18 month old son. He is normally hitting or fighting with me especially, but he was so good didnt cry once. My daughter she loved every bit of it.

First time in here with my Grandson. He played on every thing there was go play on. He looked like an American Ninja. This is a great place to bring children. I gave it a high rating for the safety factor and enjoyment that kids get from it.

Great place to take the kids. Even though the place was packed, everything seemed orderly and under control. Parking can be a problem if you dont drive a compact car, can barely get around in the back lot.

As a family man of 5,this has become one of the nicest places to allow your child to run free ️Burn their energy in: trampoline fun, jump house obstacle course, maze cage jungle gym, city wall climb, and a jumbo slide️ Can even allow young teens to have fun playing Dodge ball matches, yet they alternate for the little kids to just jump too. Service is always helpful, courteous, and friendly. Facility is very maintained for the chaos they deal with daily They work very well with Groupon which is always saving an extra dollar on an already affordable price️

Grandkids and their friends always love going... Wish it was a little more affordable, but we are thankful its available with Groupon.

Fun time here for my kids, my 5 yr old, 7 yr old, and 8yr old all had a good time. Each of them were able to play without height or age issues/restrictions.

Fun as hell with the kids. Im a big kid my self an I love being able to run around an play with my kids. Trampolines, slides, rock climbing ect. Super fun place worth it with the little ones.

My kids like that there are multiple activities to do. It would be nice if it were a bigger space, but they make good use of the small space they are in.

On this hot day, they have AC and it was only 14$ for 2 hours of non stop play for my almost three-nager. There is plenty of seating and plenty to do. With a large three story play ground, a rock climbing wall, a trampoline area, an inflatable jumper, and a designated toddler area... The staff is always watching and they are super helpful and patient! Love this place!!

This place is great to bring children. Younger, older its a great place to bring kids to wear some energy down. Priced accordingly. Doesnt change for child age just per child. Make sure you fill out the waiver. You can fill it out there. Special socks with grips are required. 2.50 per pair of you dont have your own. They have snacks and drinks you have to pay for but its still an experience I believe everyone should take their children to. I enjoyed it just as much as my child and seeing his giggle/laugh was worth it.

Autism friendly! The staff is wonderful and accommodating and the place is super clean. There is tons of staff on rainy days and they are all very knowledgeable of kids with disabilities. The others moms stared at my kid, but we are used to that. Met an awesome dad who was from Roseburg! In all the place is really wonderful and I highly recommend.

My grandson and I had a blast playing in the jungle gym, trampolines, and we had the most fun on the speed slides. The slides had been freshly cleaned or something because we both were catching mad air. Love this place and will be back!

Great place for kids to get their wiggles out. Im not really sure if the party price outs worth it (I would say no, my friend paid). A good mix of everything though including climbing wall, trampoline area, and jungle gym tube extravaganza thing.

Awesome place! Lot of positives. Took my son and neighbors kids for their birthday here. Service was good. They announce birthdays from the front desk. I was able to request a surprise bday shout-out to my friends son. There is space for adults to use wifi and lounge. 2 massage chairs if you have cash and want to get your knots removed!The trampoline dodgeball seems like a blast but keep in mind there is an age restriction. Also there is a weight restriction to rock climbing as well.They have cold beverages and iced coffee. However no hot coffee. It would be a great idea to have waivers signed ahead of time before people arrive. I dont know if this is possible but it would help with the flow for sure (hope management sees this )Overall, great great spot!

Great place to take the kids to get out of the heat and have some fun! Good value, they have it pretty organized. Nobody watching slide though, so the kids that the parents just let loose always running up while other kids trying to go down. If theres alot of people you will have to wait to get in. Call ahead.

I hated that there was only one trampoline, so they had to do certain ages at a time. The wait was long, and the amount of time was only 10 minutes. What kid wants to only jump for ten minutes?? When we asked for a refund (my kid didnt jump) they were very stubborn about it. I had to go over a few heads to get my money back. Too bad too, because this is right down the street from me. We go to Mira Mesa instead.

Great for kids 12 and below. Crowded but controlled. I was able to watch football, kids everywhere. Daughter loved it, 13 year old son hated it!

My kids have so much fun here and so do I. Its a little small and there are definitely bigger trampoline spots, but this one is great for kids from 3-7 where the other ones mostly serve bigger kids. The staff is friendly and the location seems safe and clean.EDIT -- not taking away any stars, but after a recent visit I noticed a growing sense of disrepair about the facility. Pictures show the inflatable that was out of commission on our visit as well as a section of trampoline that had a hole in it. Still had fun and kids wore themselves out!

This place is awesome! I love that its literally dedicated to kids they have a maze, a giant slide, trampolines and much more! And you can pay by hour which is great my son and my nephew and I had a blast!

This indoor playground is more appropriate for kids 3 and up. I took my 2 and 3 year old, and they had a lot of fun. However, their toddler section looks like a small cage which was definitely not appealing for my 2 year old. They are also a bit pricey, I been to other indoor playground where they charge you very much less, for all day playtime. The staff could also be more attentive, they saw I had my 2 year old in my arms, and still the guy with the man bund did not offer to fill in the waiver for me. If he could had at least offer to help me, my rating would had been 4 stars.

Very fun for the kids. Would easily earn 5 stars, except that its so popular that its always crowded. That makes it difficult to keep track of your kids.

Fun for 10 and under. Safe, air conditioned, comfortable and fun for littles 4 -10. Not much for my 12 yr old.

Kids loved it and my pocketwasnt on E so on the way home we celebrated with ice cream!!

My 6 year old loves this place. There is so much to do from trampoline, climbing gym, air jump course, huge slide and rock climbing. We usually do 90 minutes. Just perfect enough to tire the kids out. Lots of seating area for parents. Come early to allow time to find parking.

My children love this place! I have an eight, six and three year old, and there is plenty to do for all of them. We even participated in the Valentine special for our older two where they got three hours of play including food and my husband and I were able to enjoy our date together.

Such a great place for almost any active kid, theyve got so much to keep them busy, my only issue if paying by the hour. I get it,but it still doesnt feel great. Wonderful staff though, and the facility is well taken care of.

My 7 and 3 yrs old kids had a great time at this place. Although it’s a bit small compared to where we used to go to back in the east coast, it’s okay to make the kids get tired for 2 hours. Also still adjusting to the per hour rate unlike the usual fixed rate again in the east coast.

For the experience, and duration of allotted times: the price is great! My 4y/o, 2y/o, and 6mo. did great!

This was our first time at this place, we got in line and we didn’t know we had to sign a waiver so went to the computer were the waivers are sign had to get back in line, which the line is quite slow when a guy cuts in front of me I approach the cashier and said “he cut in front of me” she(Manager) yells “I told him to come back to me” I responded I was also at the counter with her the other cashier and she told me to get back in line so I did. She told the guy whom cut in front of me “don’t listen to her” I asked to talk to the manager and sadly the one that yell at me was the manager with no class nor customer service or was it my skin color?She the manager was rude and kept on rolling her eyes at me. Why didn’t I walked out my three kids were anxious to come in to play and had fun. The place is awesome but the manager of this place is the worst person you can ever encounter.

Clean facility, plenty to do, and lots of good coordination among employees considering the place is overrun with children even during a busy time we had a lot of fun and didnt lose out on any experience.My one gripe (which does not affect my rating at all) is I brought my two year old here and most of the giant play structure is a little too big for her to go up alone... so I did a lot more chasing her in that thing then initially intended but now I know to bring her big cousin next time everything else but the structure was just as suited for her as all the other kids and they had a small area perfect for her size.

Thought they would offer more activities. There were only 3 ! My grandchild enjoyed the hr (1). Price is too steep though.

Very fun place for kids. Its smaller than expected but lots of things for kids to do especially on hot days. Really appreciated that they separate jumping times from 6 years and younger and older than 6, always makes me nervous when big kids are mixed with little ones. Overall is a good place to take the kids with plenty of sitting areas for adults to watch their kids.

My son LOVED IT! Had a great time, great prices, very friendly and helpful staff, and awesome prices. Lots of fun equipment to play on (rock climbing, trampoline, slides, bounce house and obstacle course). Will definitely be returning soon.

Took my daughter here for a friends birthday party. She had an awesome time. The best part was that she went straight to sleep when we came home...the wearing kids out since 2014 on their employee shirts is 100% accurate. Good places for the grown-ups to sit and relax while the kids run around. Free WiFi, too.

We just attended and 8 year old birthday party here. The kids had tons of fun. I dont think they would have needed any longer in the play area but the party room did seem like kind of a short time so if youre planning a party here I would plan to go very quickly in the party room.

EXTREMELY upset.Called two weeks ago about having a small party for my sons 6th birthday. Was told its a 10 guest minimum. Argue that website says 7, but the reality is, my son was only inviting 3 friends, 4 kids total.I was told for a group that size I should just prepay for passes and come on in.I called today, day of the party, and tell them that I only have three kids total coming and is there a wait list or anything - I want to make sure my son gets his party, obviously. That was at 3pm. I was told Nope, there is no wait - youre good to come on in at 4:30 (Time of the party.)Arrive at 4:30pm and get told its closed to the public because they are OVER Max Capacity.I stand there in shock trying to figure out what to do and I see 25-30 people leave so I walk up and ask again Are you seriously unable to fit in 3 kids? and I get told again No, we are over max capacity.I then ask the gentleman What could I have possibly done differently to prevent me from having to cancel my sons birthday party AT the time it was supposed to be starting? I called multiple times and spoke to people and yet here I am, you refusing to admit the kids. I get told Nothing, all I can say it sorry. You did everything right.If I did everything right as a paying customer, and you REFUSE my 6yo son and his 2 friends entry - then that is BAD business.

So let’s get something strait... this place is so fun, minus a few things. My sister came here on her birthday. She was on the trampolines and an older girl jumped onto her and she broke her arm. Not only did the staff not notice, the girl didn’t apologize. No ice was provided because the woman who ran to get it never came back, after we waited about 10 minutes. There needs to be a more reasonable limit of kids per session on the trampoline (a less amount), and there needs to be better servalence on the kids, young and old. My sister isn’t little ether, she turned 8 today and she’s perfectly capable of going off on her own IF it’s a safe environment. In this situation it’s obviously not.

Fun, clean and kids love it! It is cool and doesnt feel hot inside. Employees are nice and courteous. Definitely a place for your kids to have fun and get all of their energy out!

Very crowded, wish they notified us before getting in line about signing the waiver we had to get in line twice. Other than that my son had a blast and that is what trully counts.

Would be 5 stars but toddler section is super tiny otherwise awesome place to take the kids to burn off energy.
