Its beautiful out here especially as the sun goes down. Skaters and skateboards go well with the steel drum music.

Less congested, grassy for outings and outdoor exercises. If you want a moment alone sit up top at the street side view nice ocean breeze

An absolute beauty. So relaxing to be here. You are surrounded by fitness groups, yoga instructors and it is nicely topped off by the occasional hobo fight - scrapping over an allegedly stolen crack pipe -, very romantic. Would take children and wife.

I Like this park. Some homeless people hang out there, but its nice and its kept clean :)

Beautiful park set atop the hill of Santa Monica Beach. Picturesque views surround this park with luxury hotels, apartments, and pier.

I got a little upset at the fact that homeless came in the area and they had us and another. Other people move away from them even made people get out of the water while their were enjoying the time there. Instead of moving the homeless.

Awesome Spot to chill. Smack dab in the middle between Venice beach and Santa Monica pier. Its mostly metered parking .

Nice park that at the beach with ample parking. Overnight parking is available for free. You can walk to the pier, downtown, and all the way to Venice Beach if you like. There are tennis courts close by, restrooms, showers and food..you could live here as so many do.

Perfect place to take the puppy out for a walk. Lots of grass to run around till she tires herself out

Cool grassy park right above the beach. Has lots of metered street parking. $2.50 for 5 hours and theres a pay lot below that cost more but had plenty of parking

Great part of Santa Monica beach, (left side of pier). Very clean. Bathrooms & showers on beach. Lifeguards are excellent. Beach is patrolled via air. I visit this beach at least 3 times a week. Parking is $10 on weekdays & $12 on weekends. Closing beach time 8:00 pm. Be sure to be out of parking lot no later than 8:30 pm, parking tickets are given out, ($55.00). Love this beach!

What an amazing view and beach park. You can easily hang out all day. Make sure you go on the pier to enjoy great food!

Meters were not active when they were supposed to be! I parked & waited till 9 15! Came back later & was cited for meter not pd!!Also vehicle parked next to me was cited! Both our citations were same Time stamped 910am, city is corrupt I have photos to prove in court & fight this! How many others are victoms of this deciet?!!

Relatively secluded with plenty if shade and particular spots where Sun is fully present. Calm and tranquil location even if attending solo. Perfect place for some WOD exercises or even yoga. Will be visiting again.

Very nice beach for the family. Id really enjoyed it. The weather was great. Nice view of the buildings along the walkway. They do have scooters for you to rent with your smartphone. Nice view of Santa Monica boardwalk love it. Will like to visit again.

This small stretch of sand is a very busy one. Dont come here if you are looking for a quite place to relax. Do come here to people watch and enjoy the beach. Make sure to be mindful as you walk around because there are plenty of people on bikes and scooters. They seam to think they own the walkway, but the should be on the bike path.

Great Area to sit and enjoy

Yes this is Santa Monica.Yes there are lots of homeless folks but they are well behaved.Lots of police presence.Clean for the most part. Just south of the pier. Challenging parking. But worth the traffic nightmare.

Beautiful location...theres a small park at the top of the hill from the circular drive where youre elevated enough to look out over the beach/ocean/looking north to santa Monica mountains. plenty of sunlight, yet speckled shade from trees is welcoming. If youre walking, jogging, or pushing a stroller, you may find the sidewalk gets congested. Depending on time of day, youre likely to encounter homeless, and sometimes drunken people. Parking can be difficult to find on weekends. Most metered street parking go up to 4 or 5 hours. Bathrooms available near Perrys beach side cafe.

Santa Monica broadwalk along the beach is a perfect place to take a walk. Walk pass the pier to the incline and walk up to downtown Santa Monica. Wonderful restaurants and shops. A farmers market on Wednesday and Saturday. Go check it out.......have fun !!

Parking is ample and reasonably priced. Be careful crossing over the beach as the first travel way is for bikes so pay attention! Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places to spend the day

Good place to start long training runs. My wife and I bring along running strollers so this path is great for that.Be aware that some parking restrictions are NO Parking from 7am - 9am certain days of the week. That is the best time to run for me. So I have to be careful not to park where I would come back to a ticket.

The sunset views are incredible

This is where all the people who are in shape workout lol. For all us not in shape people we just walk by and admire.The boardwalk has food, rides and games. And a few spots for people to fish.A fairly busy place considering its Santa Monica but still fun.Best time to go is after 9pm when nobody is really there haha

Im kind of torn from a review standpoint this is actually a good point to park and go to the beach at night I left at 4 a.m. and there were still people everywhere the reason Im torn is because theres a lot of trash around on the street like people dump their trash out of their cars its also a very young area I would never want to live around here many people are loud and disrespectful to the hour at that time and the fact that people live right near these parking spots on the street but overall the beach scene clean in this area there were enough people around that I felt safe and it was wonderful to just sit on the sand and listen to the ocean for a while

Crescent Bay Park is nothing short of a great get a way that’s only a few minutes from wherever you are.This park is always alive with guests and tourists, as well as locals doing their thing.I would highly recommend stopping by Crescent Bay Park as you make your way up to the Santa Monica Pier.

Really pretty and clean area. Really serene despite being next to a busy street. Beautiful view of the ocean and was a great temperature when I went.

Its the beach! Great place to bodysurf. Lots of restaurants, plenty of parking. Santa Monica Pier within walking distance. Hotdog on a Stick within walking distance.

My friends and I hangout at the park to do yoga when The Original Muscle Beach is closed for maintenance.

What a beautiful day made even better by a day at a beautiful beach. Great access - parking was 12 dollars and very convenient.

Great for bike rides, skating,skateboarding family outing..plenty of restrooms,drinking fountains and showers,pack a lunch and get on out there?live!

Took us forever to get here but once there it was a lot of parking plus I love the atmosphere.

You get a beautiful view of Santa Monica pier. Its a nice place to relax and read a book. Not the best view of the sunset because the is blocked by the mountains
