Its a nice park to take the kids. It has a small parking lot so you dont have to park in the street. The basketball court is nice as well as the baseball diamond. The playground area has a little bit of everything including swings and slides. You can bring your dog and go for a nice stroll around the entire park. Its very close to Ishihara Park so you can easily go to both parks for variety. Its close to a business park so there arent to many people there.

The park is located Eastern side of city of Santa Monica on Stewart Street. Between Olympic Boulevard and the I-10 freeway. The park has for restrooms and a drinking water fountain. Its a family-friendly Park and has lights for an evening walking around the park. There are not many homeless people in the park and if they are there usually on the Westside behind the hill of dirt in the bushes.

Its a small park. Be careful rolling in the grass, lots of dogs play here! Good for a pick up basketball game. Plenty of room to play catch. Playground for the little ones.

Very small. A lot of homeless people, which I wish I wasnt scared to approach and help out, but a few just arent okay. Theres not much for kids to do small playground big grassy area to run though. Nice size baseball field. Public restrooms are usually clean.

Great neighborhood park in the middle of homes n insustrial buildings. Its a well kept secret u have to know its there to find it or u will drive right by. Once u find it u will be amazed of its size n all it has. From basketball court to full baseball diamond as well as ample parking.

Great place for everyone! They have a basketball court, a baseball field and lots of extra space for other activities. They also have a jungle gym and swing set. We always enjoy our time here. There is a corn man that tends to come around but if not there is also a Starbucks a few blocks away. The only downside is the amount of homeless people there can be hanging around here and there but they just mind their business. I’ve never seen them get into it with anyone.

An ideal park for families and solo trips as well. With a full basketball court, baseball field, kids playground and a huge field with lots of parking, you cant go wrong. It loses a star though because the homeless are here very often and usually take up different parts of the park frequently.

Not sure how others rated this park 4 stars. My kid had Super Soccer Stars here for about three weekends. In that time, 1 of the nice looking restrooms had a junkie kit inside, needles etc. Homeless people sleep in front of the restrooms. A homeless person rode his bike through a crowd of 5 year olds playing soccer. Others had pitbulls off their leash. And my kid fractured his wrist falling of the monkey bars cause the cork flooring at the playground might as well be concrete. Looks like a decent area for playing basketball though. Not good for children.

Nothing there but a skateboard park and three baseball fields. Not into either sport but hey they have jr and adult leagues so if thats your bag its the park to visit.

Well, its more of an extended baseball diamond than a park. No tables, no BBQ grills, and maybe 3 or 4 benches strewn around. Theres 1 basketball court and a playground for smaller children. There seems to be a dump or a parking lot for garbage trucks towards the rear so when the wind picks up, it smells yucky. Maybe thats why there are no picnic tables here. Who could eat with that stink?FYI, yes, there are bathrooms....and yes there are homeless hanging around.

I think this is likely the worst park in the Santa Monica area. Dirty. You will almost certainly be harrassed by transients bathing in the outdoor sinks.

Drunken homeless and tweakers await you and if youre lucky enough youd step on dog or human feces here or there. Oh, and lets not talk about the nasty restrooms that are normally occupied by campers who spend all day locked in with their luggage inside rent free and refuse to evacuate...

It is a small park with one baseball field and a basketball court. There is some free parking also and a childrens play area. Restrooms are available.SeeThe main park is not levelled. It may have been designed to look like rolling hills but, actually, it is bumpy, uneven and crooked. When it rains, the field, parking lot and basketball court get flooded with stagnant water because it lacks proper drainage. There is a track/ wsljway along the periphery which seems to be used a lot by dog walkers. There are some nice big mature eucalyptus trees in the park and a breeze bicycle stand near the entrance. West end of the park is not good because it seems to get dirty dust from adjacent city of santa Monicas trash recycling center.. previously it used to he called Stewart Park. Summer time this park hosts jazz music on Sundays for eight to twelve weeks.
