I have been around this mobile home park and area for quite a long time. I visit a friend in the park weekly and yes the park is an older park but it still has charm. The park has cleaned up a lot in the past year or so. There used to be some not so good people living there and they are finally gone.

My grandmother and uncle have lived there for over 20 yrs my grandmother recently died. The management has given my uncle who is a double amputee on dyalisis 3 times a week a eviction notice 5 days. They say his credit score isnt good enough. All they want is to take his mobile home away. What kind of mobile park is this kicking out a man with no legs. The manager is rude makes rules she doesnt follow herself. Lets see what happens next. Best and believe this is not the end. This management is a joke sorry for our lose you started this eviction kick out requirements whatever you want to call it its just straight evil. To kick out a man with no legs and not much time to his life just lose his mother. Your killing my uncle faster for he has to move and leave mobile home . all you want is to take and steal people homes your sick people town and country mobile homes.

They are trying to clean this park, but they have a ways to go. In the meantime, they are raising rent at an unbelieveable rate.

Its a very nice place my mother lives there,its a very clean area and i feel better now that my mother lives there its such a clean and safe environment so glad she found the Town and Country moblie estates to live in

The park is very old. Lots of empty abandoned mobiles. Very run down property

I was told to pay $45 just to apply.The roads in the park are like a four wheeler mountain roads, or fault line cracks.Might as well camp outside.

Quiet, clean and the most expensive homeownership on the coast. For a mibile home Park. They have people that follow you that claims they are security and tell you that your not allowed to be outside without the owner present. I wonder if people walk all of their guest out to their car. I wouldnt ever want yo live in a place that requires rules. But Im sure some people need them and want them. I understand that they dont want bad things happening but chill out on the harassment. They are good for setting rules they dont qpply to themselves.

Just drove through to a specific space to pick something up. Then left within 10 minutes.

Nice enough Hotel but stood outside for 25 minutes in the middle of the night because nobody was working in the office they answered their phone twice but didnt come down to check me in

We live in Town and Country the only thing they need to have the people to clean there yards and need to clean out the theives and neighbors need to have respect for each others.

Simply put...mobile homes

Senior living...but have some dumb rules
