I have lived in Sunnyhills Mobile home Community for 18 years & wouldnt consider living anywhere else. The grounds & homes have always been kept up and Management are knowledgeable, care about their tenants, & willing to help in any way. You can get to know your neighbors because nobody wants to leave!

This is where my dad lives. I think its pretty expensive. I guess I dont understand the point of owning the home if you still have to pay rent. But his neighbors seem nice. Ive gone to their pool a couple times. Its pretty nice. Everything seems very clean and well kept. Especially compared to the complex next door.

I do live here. It is a friendly place. Quiet, with no outside issues. Staff is friendly most of the time. The roads are in need of repair, there are no sidewalks, you have to walk in streets with cracks, pot hole, and dodge cars that exceed the speed limit. No rent control. No ADA requirements being met.

This place is real nice for a mobile home park have a nice little area where you can have group settings birthday parties all kinds of good stuff and everybody in the area where I worked at was very nice about parking

Have resided in Sunnyhills for the past twenty years. It is a beautiful park, well maintained and is a safe neighborhood for seniors! The management staff is wonderful - and respond quickly to any issues that might arise. Check it out!!!!!!

I was searching for a home for my parents and found Sunnyhills to have a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very helpfully and friendly I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place for there parents and or grandparents.
