We moved into Casa Grande in November 2002. Our first experience living in a Senior Mobilehome “Gated”park. There are 420 Mobile homes the Largest in Santa Barbara County! With many amenities a Year round Heated Pool & Spa, A Nine (9) hole golf course, clubhouse with card room, library, pool room, a car washing area, RV storage with security cameras and with Bomar’s elusive servalence, rounds helps watch over this “Little Piece of Paradise” in Santa Maria. Along with a nice amount of parking throughout the park, well kept Green areas with well maintained trees. On site Manager & back up maintenance manager & crew are all approachable, responsive & respectful. Great Residents, Events, monthly potluck-soup nite, Big Band Rehearsals (Free), BINGO, cards: Poker & Cribbage. Also Crochet & Knitting Group, Ping Pong Club, Bunco and more activities!

I my family has lived here for more than 50 years, across two generations. Rent and bills are fair, its super quiet, and the gate keeps the rif raf out

RV security is very poor.After suffering 2 RV break-ins, 1 a catastrophic loss of contents including my UTV. The so called mysterious LA accountant never returned my numerous requests for a return call. The advertised camera system is not functional for any type of replay viewing. They made no attempt to upgrade the cameras as well. The park is Clean and the facilities staff is supportive.
