Fantastic, well-maintained trails - very much a choose-your-own-adventure, you can come here for a walk or to bike. Great place to come with visiting family or older folks not quite up for something strenuous.

Super fun place to mountain bike. I think theres a trail for everyone. The freestyle jump park is awesome. Most of the bmx park was closed off but we were able to get something out of it. Did about 8 miles around the trails too. Bring water it is very dry out there. Highly recommend.

The trails are very beginner friendly, just a bit challenging because of all the loose rock and some sandy spots. The dirt jumps are great though. Jumps and features for all skill levels.

Awesome bring you bike and helmet, first aid kit maybe a next of kin. This place rocks for all skill levels. There is a center section that states enter at you own risk. This is due to wicked or gnarly hills, jumps and.obstacles in this section. There are other easier sections and moderate areas. This not really a hiking area although you can and I did. I left wanting to ride these trails. Next time Im packing my bike and some.band-aids just in case.

The weather is perfect this time of year and these trails are wonderful to explore. The high volume theft area signs arent that inviting and I almost left because of them however after a 30 minute hike my vehicle was safe and sound. I recommend these trails to casual hikers, bikers, and so on......

Just stumbled across this trail while randomly driving around Santa Fe. Its a quick easy trail to get somewhat out into the wilderness.

Main access to the La Tierra Trails. Pleasant, well-marked trails through the rolling, high-desert alluvium just west of Santa Fe. Trails allow mixed use for hikers, cyclists, and equestrians. Nice, but not spectacular, views of surrounding mountains. A nice place for some quick outdoor exercise.
